WHAT İS LOVE..

Hello Melody,

After thinking a while..I decided 'LOVE ' is ;  'to understand the GOD ,to live the GOD and to realize theGOD..'

I think,in some meaning 'BEİNG or ACTİNG like GOD '

Because ; LOVE is the structure stone of UNİVERSE..The humanity and everything in the universe is created by the love of GOD..I think ,it means that ; the subatomic particul and the galaxies ..and the space between them is LOVE..The raw material and structure stone is LOVE..The humans ; (we)  must progress and developt to move towards to this divine love..our biggest potential..Perhaps, our journey of life's (lifes) main purpose is this..to be ONE with divine love..

Acting like GOD..gives us many responsibilies..it's not easy to behave each other, as the DİVİNE LOVE behaves us..
Actually,I'm not sure we love each other..or ourselves ,as GOD loves us..but we must learn..

According to me a love must be..I don't want to say REAL LOVE..or UNCONDİTİONAL LOVE ...because ,there must be only love..and I beleive there are not any terminologies..in divine plane..We must have been created such ,things..

LOVE is FREEDOM..the choice of freewill ..We must give the each other ,the rights of choice..Wrong or right..to experience everything..But we don't behave ,in the same the GOD behaves us..We are acting ,as if we are the owner of each other..The fact is ; we are not owner of our partner's and even our children..They prefer us ,as parents to experience the life..and that is all..

There is no RESPONSİBİLİTY ..without freedom..If someone loves,must be take the responsibiliy of own life and actions..

The loved one is INTERESTED ,the whole life..and concentrated on the things which love..Like a mother ,loving with her baby..or an actress concentrated on his work of art..

And the loved one, must have KNOWLEDGE..for ,to understand , to know and to learn..I mean, not encyclopedic knowledge, the wisdom of experiences..

I can not think love ,without RESPECT ..to put limits and reguarded limits to each other..because ,it's a big deal to respect differences in love..

EFFORT is also important ..we must work, in getting progress,to experience and learn ..to love and understand each other..

SELF-DENİAL..to aware that..the others are ourselves ,actually..We are ONE..So give each other ; time, power,knowledge,abilities and richness..without expecting ,,turning back..

And CREATİVE..being unique.. creating difference ..being elastic..being open to new things..being original..Feeling enthusiasm ..to the life..Feeling vibations in your cells..

Yes, Melody ..at present ,that is all.. I hope ; I could express my feelings ..WHAT IS LOVE..

Hello Oneness,

Thank you for starting such an interesting and important topic.

If Love had ruled this world, there would be no problems, no misery, no pain - just harmony and joy.

Maybe the only reason we are in this physical plane is to learn to love.

We mistakenly think that the only way to achieve anything is to become more intelligent, knowledgeable and gain material abundance through our mental efforts. But this does not generally lead to acquiring the vibrations of Love, does not lead to spiritual progress.

Love to me is a totally harmonious vibration in all the cells of our body, on all the planes of our existence.

I wish one day Love would vibrate and resonate throughout all of humanity, through every being on this planet, and that Love will connect us to each other, to everything that is, and to God.

But the good thing that we now humans, after experience, are deeply convinced that knowledge is not only acquired through the five senses, and that as Einstein said "Imagination is more important than knowledge."
I am now studying Pharmacy,and deep in me there is a whisper saying it would have been better if I have chosen Psychology. We tend to care too much about the physical body during illness, and at many times the source of illness is our real image "the soul". For me I lack lots of spirituality, and I believe it will be better to cure my soul  first before looking to help patients.

For me I learn how to love from children, angels of God on earth, they store in them lots of positive energy, very pure creatures, they don't have in their mind dictionaries the concept of "Hatred", but unfortunately they acquire it as they grow.

Sometimes I feel it was better if we live as our ancestors used to. Its true they didn't have all this technology we now have, but they were more spiritual, they didn't need anybody to teach them how to be spiritual, but we now misused technology at many times through history, and moreover, lost lot from our spirituality.

I wanted , to share Bernie Prior's interpretation about love..

    ' Love is formless. It does not have a shape or size, or even a feeling. It has direct communion with that that you already are. It goes all the way in, all the way home, and something in you recognises love. It is not a movement of mind, or of understanding, it is a direct cognition of that that I am. Two people who sit in their own love, share their own love and reflect their own love, are two very wise people. Then love does not go, or die. Love is not about someone outside, but my own inner love reflected in this love – in other words, I meet the love inside of me. It appears to have a face but truly it is faceless, and what I recognize and love is the facelessness of my love. That is eternal love. Then if somebody died or went away, the disturbance around that could be minimal; when we love truly and selflessly, from a pure space. When we love selflessly, there is no pain in love. Divine love is not pain. Human love is pain, because it is based around projected emotionality. If you see that emotion coming up through the two of you, be so radically honest to yourself and each other, and it will disappear in divine love. It may appear to be painful, but that is just the burning up of the lie. You are not the one that is burning up, the distortion is burning up; your attachment is burning up. That is what you come together for, so that your love actually becomes Divine.

Dare to let life take you. Lose yourself – then you’ll truly know what love is. Love always takes you to truth.'

By the way,do you know about Oneness University in India..? and spreading out some countries..
Since ; I've learned and realized  that ; one enligthtened soul can be effectful postively on other souls (indeed ; not other souls but different image of us )  only by vibrating love enegy..I'm very hopeful.. They say 1 can be effectful to 70.000 ..(no idea ,how they can give exact numbers..)

They are using love energy..They regulate ,the connection between  the left and right brain..(Another ,topic to discuss )..We know ,sciencetifictly that,most of us are using our left brain..left side is, for metaryalistic world..for our 5 senses..right is creative ..and spiritual..Last years ,they say many children are Hyperactive or they have ADDL (they cannot focus and concentrate )..and their treatments are depending on medicines like ritalin ,in  ortodox way of clinical medicine..Most of these children are working with their right brain..They are new energy chidren,whom we call them indigos, more younger crystals..and star children..(Out of subject ,but have related)..

Thet call it DEEKSHA ;with the love energy, they balance of these ,and activation of chakras..especially opening of heart chakra...and in this way the soul gets rid of uncomfortable feelings..feels complete..and produces love energy ..

It is so true that Love if freedom, and the most positively changing power their is.

Your information about the university in India where they actually teach how to love, and project it to others, and affect many people positively in this way is fascinating! We all should be striving to be full of love and projecting this vibration all around us. Maybe this is actually the solution to the puzzle what are we here on this Earth?...

I watched the movie and I really liked it! I'll be watching it again! Thank you very much for bringing it to our attention!

And also I liked how the word LOVE can be described with 4 other words.

Well now, the word " love " is an interesting word.  Check it out in a dictionary and you will find a number of words to describe, it's meaning.  Basically the words " love and like " windup, meaning the same thing.  I had thought, that I had a good understanding of " loves " true meaning. How wrong  I was, showed up, while reading a book called " The Disappearance of the Universe", by  Gary R.  Renard. The book explains, somewhat, the hard-core metaphysics ( as one reviewer called it )  of  " A Course in Miracles ", and how to properly use the " Course " material. 

Can only say, be prepared for a wake-up call, regards the words "  love and forgiveness ". 

Oop's, left out a short " note ", that I made to put into the proper sequence, and completely missed in doing so.

The book " The Disappearance of the Universe", is not a short read. There are 420 pages of talk on and about, illusions, past lives, religion, sex, politics, of forgiveness, and, how it all relates to ( you got it ) love.

If you read " The Disappearance of the Universe", I would be pleased to hear about, your thoughts on it.
