as sum of u may alredy kno i finally got that science of bein 27 lesson book. i already started workin on the first less two days ago. i need help though. i am havin problems relaxin while sittin? it feels that the more relaxed i becum the more my body starts to slump over. how am i to relax my whole body witout fallin over. wen i relax my legs and back i tend to slouch forward but if i tense to keep posture then it doesnt feel like im relaxed! wat do sum of yous do to over cum this?
the only time i feel the most relax is wen i am layin down. i wud do them layin down but i tend to fall asleep everytime.

Basicly, it helps to keep your back with the natural hollow curve it should have and stomach a bit forward. It might take some practice to relax that way. Lot's of people are accustomed to sit with bad posture, so they have trouble to relax with good posture

What might also help is to relax all the muscle groups by first tense them for 5 seconds and then relax them. There are probably full body relaxation exercises to be found online. Basicly, it's about tensing and relaxing calves, upper legs, buttocks, abs, chest, back of shoulders, arms, jaw, and facial muscles. Not all at once, but separately.
After doing that for awhile you can relax at will because you got more control over these muscles.
