Hello and good morning everyone!  My name is John. I was reading the free chapters of Our Ultimate Reality, and then I started to get more free chapters, then I said, "this is way too good, I've got to get the whole enchilada!"  And I did.  I started to read it last night, and I didn't want to go to bed anymore.  The one question on my mind is:  Is it possible to rekindle a lost love?  My Ex Wife for that matter?

Welcome to the forums and thank you for your kind words.

You cannot influence the reality of another person; e.g. your ex-wife. All you can do is to work upon yourself. By loving yourself, in the purest terms, not in a narcistic way, you will enable others to love you more, which might make a difference in th presence of your ex-wife.

It is best to let go of the past and concentrate on the future you would really wish for; you have no idea what awaits just around the corner.

Hello Adrian and Fellow Members

Thank you for providing this for us    I love that we have things such as a Forum like this and can connect with people from all over!  I live on Vancouver Island in BC.  I have been reading the newsletters for some time now and they have been helpful.

One question I have is about raising one's vibration. Think Happy Thoughts, Visualize ...I understand this. When a doubt comes in ... or anxiousness ... does this cancel out the previous work of visualizing completely?  Do we need to start all over again ?  There is so much information on the Law of Attraction and some of it is conflicting... while I seem to 'get it' intellectually I am not mastering it and realizing it in my physical reality... so I wondered if for example, I have done the process of asking but then fall into worry or doubt do I start all over again ??

Raising our vibration involves much more than happy thoughts; important though they certainly are. We must only know total joy through for example service to others, as well as rejecting all negative thoughts and situations. For example avoiding watching the news is an excellent move, because the mainstream media tend to focus almost exclusively on negative things.

Other excellent things for raing vibration are music, and in particular favourite fragrancies. Also taking time to relax and recall our happiest and most joyful times will raise vibration.

I hope that has proficed some insight.

But can/must we always force ourselves to feel happy? Sometimes, when I feel bad, I find more well-being in letting the bad thoughts rise up, let myself go and stop resisting against my will than in resisting and force myself to be happy.

This may not be in its place but please answer.

Hello, I am Robere .I am a full time rv'er . I am now in Pennsylvania,USA. I travel the country living and working at various campgrounds along the way. [ workamping ]. I am also a student of energy healing and have studied various forms. I have also studied various spiritual beliefs  from native american studies to the Course in Miracles.I am also a drum maker and pipe maker and have taken part in native american ceremony.
I beleive we do create our own reality thru our thoughts in every aspect.
Is this but a dream we are having,I am having ? And if it is a dream , have I not created every thing in it, people , situations good and bad , everything? And if I did can I not change , mold , my dream in any way I choose ?
