there is way to much assumptions on this whole 2012 gigg to the point where I dont know wat to believe. wat on earth is suppose to happen and if no one knows then wat could u possibly be preparing for?

No one really knows for sure. My advise is to find your quiet place, meditate and the answer will come to you. Study current and past events and pay attention to all that is going on. Pay attention to everything no matter how small you think it is, small details and behind the scenes details are where you will find your answer. Trust your gut, as it is never wrong. I cannot stress enough to Turn off the TV and learn for yourself through books and research. You will be amazed as to what you will experience and learn once you use your inner guidance and intuition. There is allot going on right now designed to take your focus and attention away from the Reality  Believe what comes to you. Whatever you learn be not afraid. We are all in this together. We are all extremely fortunate to be living in these times.
I cannot wait to see it all unfold. It has already begun and is accelerating at an exponential pace

I like very much your posts, and want to say you a very warm hello, and send you my friendship and Unconditional Love.
I never forgot you since you gave me too a very hearty reply, and always resonate with your words, because we are interested and fascinated by same issues, meaning the amazing spectacle of our unfolding lives.

Your above post applies perfectly to me too. I also pay attention to every small detail in my life, and am astounded at the obvious synchronicities and evident unfolding of the divine plan.
I have turned off the TV for months or years, and hardly hear few minutes daily some news at the radio, and even then they are hardly bearable. The negativity in people's way of thinking makes me not want to hear what they have to say. They also are not open at what I tell them, and even members of my family look at me like to an 'alien', and are tired of my 'theories'.

Thank God I am in contact with the members of this forum, so I can have a decent talk with them.
My life is getting upside down, and like you, can't wait to see it unfold.
Good that I know how to stay in flow, recognize Inner inspiration and act upon it, revel in seeing the changes in and around me.

Indeed we don't need any 'instructions' and 'help' from outside. Nobody can help us better than we do.
Even less pleasant events have their role, and lead to our Highest Good.
Transition from 'old' reality and illusion, to the 'new' reality or the life we want to live is interesting and sometimes puts our 'Faith' at test. We just need to stick to it, and remember our Spiritual nature and power.
The Universe provides us with everything we need to succed, if only we can see it.

With this being said, I want to close by thanking again my best and most beloved friends, the three Mods, Julia, Darrell and Talker, who are the Universe's special gift for me, and nurture me in their love and support, knowing that I face challenging 'times'.

People are apt for hysteria.  We are paranoid creatures.  It doesn't help that we constantly feed ourselves 'the worse scenarios' like fear, anxiety, frustration and depression really help solve any situation. 

Personally, I say there is nothing to prepare for.  If you want to prepare for 'something' then prepare, there's nothing wrong with wanting to be the prepared the best you can for any event that might come along.  In fact, most people would probably consider that a good thing.

But yes, Vibra is right, no one really knows.  Researching Nostradamus or the Mayan Calendar could probably answer for you what people fear though. GL

Given the exponential acceleration of the rate of change of events within perceived reality (More's Law etc), the task of identifying and preparing for particular future eventualities is continually increasingly difficult and more likely to be futile than for previous generations.  Despite our 'advancement', it is now harder for most individuals to guess their own subjective future or forecast collective happenings. I agree with others here that avoiding the glut of egoagendised misinformation from the mainstream media (and those who are prey to it) is key to optimal realisation of understanding. Ironically, before this information overload, people were more likely to assume there were many unknowns and simply feel their way forward to the future, making decisions based on their own experience, forging individual paths with heart. Now, we are so overloaded with information that many succumb to rationality bias - how many times do you hear "entirely rational" being stated as a goodness? Better to focus on what you feel rather than what others think - you are the truest guide to your own future.

Many people are preparing you are correct. But preparing for what? Ask 10 people you will get different answers. There are many theries of great calamity on the way. How do you prepare if that is actual reality. You must first believe in your heart what your reality will become. Preparations should be an ongoing experience for everyone in this physical existence to become one with our true reality no matter what is projected. I have my beliefs that we are in the midst of a great transformation. I don't believe the earth and existence will abruptly end. What I do believe is we are going to be taught an extremely valuable needed lesson in life. So much that I can feel it deep inside my existence in almost anything I do. We rely too heavily on monetary and technology falsehood's while ignoring the obvious. The past 3-4 years of my life have been eye opening. Many many others feel the same way, this is no coincidence or accident. Life as we know it will change in the near future. My best advise is to look inside yourself find your answers. Whatever you experience, do not be afraid it is but a learning experience. Goonie, you are here on this site for a reason, use it and everything you witness to your full potential. There are many  people here who can help. Yes I believe we are looking upon a grand experience that will not be pleasant to get through but the outcome will be more than worth the tribulations.

thats exactly wat i am sayin vibra. everyone is preparing for something but no one knows wat! wat should i prepare for? wat is running out of time?

There are way to many assumption and not enough proof, evidance to get one to believe that anything is going to happen. I myself am not sure of whats going to happen so I am not preparing for anything in particular as 2012 is concerned. I am simply living my life and improving myself in areas I feel I need or want to improve in.

I dont think anything is going to happen out of the ordinary or out of Gods original plan. Perhaps it is the expectation of something is going to happen that everyone is preparing for and maybe those people will experience what thet believed was going to happen and not one else.

I say until the signs become to obvious to ignor, you shouldnt stress anything involving 2012. Just keep your mind open to possibilities though. You dont want to miss out on all the clues.
