Using OBE As An "In Person" Meeting~Telepathy instead of a phone call

I have been practicing using OBE and telepathy to meet with someone I don't see often. They're very surreal. Usually, when taking part in these meetings I lay in a comfortable position with my eyes closed and clear my mind. Then I just focus and let myself go to them. Things often look water logged with a spectrum at the edges. Sometimes we meet in the middle or they come to me. Usually when they come to me it's out of the blue and I feel words close over my mind like a warm blanket fresh from the dryer. Other times when I need to talk but I can't lay down, I'm able to form thoughts and say them very loudly and clearly in my head as I send them out across the distance. I don't hear words in response but I feel them wash over me. Sometimes, I find that focusing can be very difficult and, for lack of a better term, the "signal" goes in and out. For some reason, when I turn my head to the right I'm more able to concentrate. Is this typical in OBE or is there something I can do to make this "signal" stronger?

I find that some focus on the signal as a stream, or laser helps to solidify its connection. Turning to the right activates and engages the imagination more readily.
I have experienced the fogginess and watery sensation as well. It takes awhile to acclimate in these new realms of communication.

Thank you, Darrell, I've heard that somewhere before about turning to the right. I had forgotten. I'll try using your stream/laser technique.I remember the first time I ever had an OBE. I was only about 6 or 7 and I was listening to the radio in the next room while watching myself sleep from the ceiling level. It was just like I was watching someone else sleep because it was so clear....but it was me! I told everyone about it but they told me I was just dreaming. Even as young as I was I knew it was so much more than a dream. Since then I have spents years practicing with OBE, telepathy, contact with gentle and lost spirits, any kind of energy work and psychic abilities. I even had an experience with healing another. Every experience is so exciting for me and it's so hard to talk about in so much of society. I plan to continiue with my "studies" and to learn all I can. One day it will be commonly practiced.

As children our imaginations lack the boundaries of beliefs. Our most spiritual time is before we become educated to forms. As infants we see energy and need to focus for form, so it is still lucid, fluid if you will. Waters seduction is the pleasure of that feeling, to flow in the water, with it.
 At six or seven I would do the same, at school, in church etc. It is a very surreal experience, and yet more real. I find it saves me much turmoil to not really talk about it, just do it and let them think what they will.
I was raised Catholic, and it is a quality they search the schools for to recruit priests. I am grateful to that education, even though I am not there anymore.
I learned if I incorporated a sense of the spiritual personage in life, the ability's you described would become second nature to me. To do them as we would any of our more mundane motions in a day. Talk telepathically as we are writing this, as we talk to anyone, ease and fluid, belief wraps the thought and it becomes the laser we spoke of, it moves with the ease of hearing someone speak to us.

Its my experience that it is received much like email, as when the person ' logs in ' to themselves, it opens. I think it is that feeling of being bathed in feeling about a person that is talking to you.

It is so nice to talk to someone who understands and agree with my points of view. I grew up around likeminded people but so often they would tell me I was wrong about what I felt and generally saw me as a child who knew no better. It was very disconcerning to know what I knew and still have no one to share it with. I'm in a place now to be able to say, "I know this. You don't have to agree but this is a beautiful and amazing part of my life." I have spent the better part of my life learning how to work with energy. I practice with other things as well but energy work is by far my favorite. I've done home studies with willing 'victims' (I say that with humor) and had amazing results almost worth printing. I never use energy work on anyone without permission. If I do see someone with a need for some kind of help I work the energy just outside their aura or push good will towards them to do with as they need. I believe that when someone is hurting in some way they are looking for an out. But you can't always go up to someone and ask if you can play with their aura or energy for a sec! If you were interested to hear any about my home studies please let me know. I love to share them. It makes the future sound so promising when this becomes widespread.

Like minded people are not as ' like minded ' as we suspect. Even some of the most seasoned people I know regarding ability's will not venture out their closets into mainstream life, often fearing ridicule and demands on themselves.

The old paradigms of life are in transition and it will not go into this willingly, as we are seeing played out in the Human arenas at present. Wars are erupting everywhere from fear of changes occurring in every corner of the world. I have actually copyrighted the term " Energy Nation " in my writings about the presents transformation. Within the old is growing a globally connected nation of Energy Beings, Humans that recognize their energy  selves as the primary form of their creation, connected as the internet, with the web being a reflection of this matrix.
I use to teach meditation at Spiritual Centers where I live, but left off that about five years ago. Each person is a Center of spiritual / energy no longer requiring a ' special ' place to practice this save within their own lives, and acting as if it as normal as breathing when you awake. Miracles become the ordinary approach to things when we stop seeing them as such extra ordinary occurrences.
Close scrutiny of our economies and personal lives reveals a great attachment to the dis-eases of our lives. As a race we find it too difficult to imagine life without all the stress and illness and its economic connection to our society's.
Even much of the spiritual community is fear based in that we are told to learn, practice, and develop ourselves on a very subtle, yet profound, " Or Else " message.
Fear is an economic corner stone in culture. To present a view of life without the drama and dis-ease is more perplexing to the mind than we credit it for. Yet this evolution in Human growth is unstoppable and irreversible.

I agree about fear being a cornerstone. I come to the power of Believing. They believe the world will never be as such and therefore their world never will be. I believe they will be given 'chances' or hints at what could be but if they aren't listening I feel they will continue to live in turmoil. I don't think we'll ever live in a world where we won't need transportation or things won't break or bodies won't pass on, BUT I firmly believe the way we feel when things go 'wrong' can be greatly altered and we can find peace and happiness in knowing there's a reason for everything, and although bodies may pass, souls don't. Like going on a long vacation, "See you when I get there!". I believe one day people will recognize their past lives and the past lives of those around them from when they had been connected. It will become like they moved instead of came into a new life.

When I don't tell someone about my beliefs, it is thankfully not out of fear but rather because "now is not the right time". I know that I could be ridiculed but like kids on the playground, one day I will be able to walk out and be accepted. Because, like kids on the playground, people will grow and Believe.

Bodies age, problems occur, death seems inevitable ~ yet in this time we are learning more and more self control, in that we are learning to control more and more of ourselves, from our anatomical levels to our outside enviroments.

It takes a mature spirit to realize the power of our minds, the magnitude of our thoughts on our physical being. I tell people my brain weighs three pounds, my mind 160 lbs. I consider my entire body the home of my entire mind.
People are curing their own cancers, and aiding others. People are communicating without phones and internet. The pace of growth has stepped up dramatically in this age.
But many ' spiritualists ' are like myself in that that prefer to deal with what works for me in my everyday life. many people I have talked with over the decades live with a deep rooted fear that what they believe is somehow their beliefs are not really possible, or that it is not going to accomplish anything for them in a practical way.
Yet more and more we are reading and hearing stories of cures in everything from illness to economics. So I feel that this has been a reality all along in our midst, we are just now coming forward with it.
