earlier today at work I had a strange throbbing dull "pain" (uncomfortable feeling not really pain) in the center of my head behind my forehead, it lasted for about an hour. I was pretty sure it was my ajna chakra so i started thinking of good things to manifest in the future. anywho it dulled down a bit after an hour or so and 3 cups of lemon water but I still don't understand why it happened in the first place. Any advice or opinions?

Hello Logic and All,
First things first. Pay attention now, for frequency of these occurrences.
Would be to ensure that no medical condition needs to be addressed.
Now, has any new technique or activity been introduced in what you are doing!
Any areas in your life activities changed recently!
Basically it (pain of any nature) is indicative of a malfunction taking shape. Pinpointing that pain source, is not always as straight forward, as it may sound. Consider that one is 'Spirit, Soul, and Body, a malfunction (or inharmonious) something is in progress.
It all boils down to a breakdown of some type, regards 'love'.
Won't enter into what 'love' is all about here, go to:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/LoveAny conflict within the arena of 'Soul, and Body', versus love or absence of love, is going to show up in some way shape or form. Ones soul may get/experience sadness, but not pain. So the body is the next and most convenient place to get ones attention, by creating pain of some sort. Deep introspection and review of ones life activity, is to my awareness, the only way to commence finding out just what is the root causative factor. Doing this introspection and review, can be quick and easy, or long and drawn out. Yet the answer is in there, if addressed honestly. Dependent upon how advanced one is on the learning curve of incorporating 'Unconditional Love', into their life, will be the determining factor, on how easy or difficult it is arriving at a solution to the pain experienced. An untamed ego will resist all efforts to resolve the situation. So the battle begins, 'honesty vs dishonesty', deep within ones psyche. If no medical condition is the cause, then, the chakras, enter the picture. Blockage, tilts, tears or misalignment, within the first five chakras, would be the place, where one would be looking for solutions, to the discomfort being experienced, and only the one involved, can resolve the situation.
Be Well
