I can't believe it. I've always thought you were a quick reader and a good typist! Even I enjoy the ability of typing. Once you learn it you do it sub-consciously. You should really take a typing class.

I have typed this way for over 30 years, so I am not going to change now. Actually I can type at a fairly decent speed.

Hey Kai long time no see. Hows your raw foodie thing going?

The raw vegan thing is going wonderfully, thanks.  I love this new raw vegan lifestyle.    I will never go back to eating cooked food or any food containing any animal products again - at least to the best of my ability anyway.  There's the challenge of going to the in-laws on the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.  They are Cajun and they very much pride themselves in the food they cook, so I will most likely have to eat meat during that time, but I figure a day or 2 out of the year won't be harmful.  Eating the food might be difficult however given that I feel wonderful about no longer contributing to the slaughtering of animals for the purpose of eating, but I will probably eat it anyway out of respect for their feelings unless I can figure a way to talk my way out of it, hehe.  They do cook excellent food though.

I have eventually started very slowly losing weight however.  So far I've lost 10 pounds down to 160.  I would have preferred to maintain my weight at 170, but I feel wonderful regardless.  The only weight I've lost is what fat I had left on my body.  I have lost no muscle mass, not surprisingly, given that I'm getting plenty of amino acids.

So far I've only been on this diet for over 2 months, so I'm basically just getting started.  I'm interested to see what I'll look and feel like 3 years from now.  Another interesting side effect I've noticed recently is that my skin feels very smooth, soft, and silky.  It always feels like I just put on baby powder, hehe.

Oh, and on a side note, and this is just based on observation: Projecting and dream recalling seems to have increased since being on this diet, which is not surprising with all the brain stimulating nutrients I've supposedly been getting from these "super-foods".

I am pleased the raw vegan diet is doing well. It will make a huge difference in the longer term and you will wonder how you ever ate anything else.

Well the reason you did is for the same reason everyone does - diet is a very early part of programming. No baby comes in to this world craving meat or cooked food or big mac's - it is totally unnatural - it is all parental programming based upon their own programming and so on.

Alas this is manifesting now as devastating health issues even among children, so anyone who can restore a natural diet and help kids do the same is making a major contribution.

...here comes something else, and someone needs to read it, else you would only be giving that to yourself. 

Your question is an excellent one, and encompasses the true meaning of "life" itself.

During Spiritual Evolution - keeping in Mind that Earthly humans are only setting foot on the path, humans can experience any point in the Energy field that equates to the Vibratory Frequency of their Spiritual body. They may also experience lower Vibratory Frequencies but never higher until evolving to that level through he process of Perfection.

So in very broad terms, anyone can experience anything that they have the capacity to understand or comprehend providing it is within their sphere of Evolutionary Frequency - on the same or lower "plane".

So even all exist Everywhere, concurrently, as an individuated Energy Field experiencing Its Self as a single point of consciousness, it is only possible to experience other Energy Fields, Thought Forms etc in the same context.

However, and here is the glorious Truth.

When a Being has finally graduated through all the Energy levels of Evolution through the process of Perfection, and Vibratory Frequency approaches that of Source Mind, the potential exists to reunite with Source Mind at which point All that Is may be experienced concurrently as Source Mind. This is considered to be Ecstasy. 

At this point although Individuality is merged, Consciousness remains autonomous, and so we experience Source Mind as Source Mind with all the same powers.

I know that many are scared about "merging" and "losing their identity", but this is a human reaction based upon current Evolution, not knowing the true nature of All that Is.

Also, this "merging" is optional. Many individuations of Source Mind decide, of their own freewill, not to merge, instead to continue in Service to the All from an individuated, but immensely powerful perspective.

I understand what you mean. Basically is only the realization that humans are Source will bring about the sight of "exist everywhere". Yet... as you said the higher vibration is not understood by a lower one thus the only optimal course of potentiality for a human is evolution towards the Source and while in doing it so it creates at higher and higher level of understanding (encompassing) and creation. This is daring!! so daring actually that I can see on how so many blocks are needed to test the worthy ones. Also, on how conscious humility is needed to understand exactly where one is at personal level then act at consciously overcoming that level. Also how things might be complacent at some level and lots will settle at that point for a longer stage.

I know what you are saying about 'fear' at loosing identity at merging point ... images from Star Trek and the Hive comes to my mind (if you ever watched those episodes) . In some ways it all goes back and forth with no beginning and no end...with humans incarnating in the first place for finding their unique identity... then finding that which they seek deciding that there's virtue in walking naked once again (I am referring here to the eating of the forbidden fruit aka hiding individual Mind from All).

About this choice of merging or becoming a Being at the Service of All I suppose it also comes with the deepening of our sense of purpose? Or in other words what's the best way to serve... eventually?!?
Just, this whatever it is and is considered "Ecstasy"... sounds like a finally much sought for reward then perhaps when fed up with to much Ecstasy... starting all over again?? ... like a refresher in appreciation of that bliss ... ?

Even if I'm the type that likes to know what to expect I am almost now like... please don't tell me, just let me enjoy my ride kind of thing.    Gosh I don't even know what I'm asking anymore.

You really inspire me... I can't wait until I am a raw vegan! However recently I added some cooked foods back into my diet.

On rare special days like thanksgiving why don't you just agree to eat some of there cooked food and tell them you don't want to eat the meat? You're stomach might have a difficult time with it. Just eat what ever Vegetarian food they cook and compliment them on it! If they are such good cooks why not challenge them to cooking a tofurky. Real good cooks can make a good dish with any ingredients.

I am really looking forward too Astral Projecting & Lucid Dreaming. I am also planing on being a Breatharian still!

This is the stuff dreams are made of. My whole life I have tried to understand how everything interacted and Adrian, you have made all the difference to me in understanding the whole as much as I can in human form  What a blessing you have been to me and I know will continue to be as I absorb the idea's that you put forth. Great job on the Reality Matrix and of course the book. I can hardly wait for more.

The reality matrix is complicated in some ways to me, but after reading it over and over I begin to see how it all makes sense. I have always felt that there is no past and future and we just live in the now and you have certainly shown me that what I have been feeling for the last 20 years has some merit.

I finally got around to reading 'The Reality Matrix' late but I am glad I did
now I am only on page 15 and I had a question that I thought I should ask.

When we go to the astral realm, we remain there correct? But then if we/ our higherself
decides that we need another life on earth does the being that was in the astral realm from
this life leave and become incarnated in the physical world again?

Hopefully that made sense, but basically is there only on part of our self existing at a time
or is there maybe beings in the astral realm right now that were "past" incarnations of our
own higher self?

P.S - I read on and kind of answered a part of my own question in that we are experiencing many
different incarnation right now. But my question is more when this happens what happens to the
astral being that we become after that life? THANKS

P.P.S - Wow I am chuckling right now because I read on and my question was fully answered. I definitely should
have read the whole paper before asking this question LOL.

But now another question when you decide to move on from the Astral Plane you join your Higher Self? So then
you "witness" the other incarnations of yourself? So it is almost like an evolutionary "path" within and evolutionary "path"
as in you and your higher self are on the path to source while this indudual personality of the higherself is on the path back
to the higher self?

Yeah, I definitely recommend watching both videos for those who haven't seen them yet.  I really enjoyed watching both videos.  I enjoyed them much better than I did the Zeitgeist videos as I resonated more with the solutions in Ben's videos than I did with Peter Joseph's Zeitgeist videos.  Ben Stewart is a very enlightened individual, and is wise beyond his years in my opinion from the several interviews I've heard him in.  If you want to listen to some of his interviews just do a search on "benjamin stewart" or "ben stewart" on youtube.  He also has a website at http://www.talismanicidols.org/

Kay I tried watching Zeigeist but it was dark and insidious for me... I got really bored. Apparently Kymatica was made after The Esoteric Agenda (which I haven't watched...yet, and also Kymatica I watched only 20 mins as I was about to leave work) as much as I would like I simply do not have the time ..yet.
