Dear all,

In case you have been wondering where I have been I suddenly switched in to writing mode, and the result is a 45 page, 20,000 word paper that I am sure you will find most interesting.

It is entitled The Reality Matrix and provides the answers to all your questions to the extent you have the capacity to penetrate the levels of knowledge. The more you read it the more you will see.

If you can comprehend and assimilate this information, it can completely change how you approach and experience what you think of as "life".

I have attached the PDF to this message.

It is the first edition which I wrote non-stop in a couple of days and then edited. It is not perfect grammatically by any means, so there will be future editions.

I am also focusing very hard on my new service which is both at once complex and time consuming, but which you will find to be profoundly valuable I believe. It will not cost anything.

So please forgive my absence while I work on the bigger picture for you.  I am still here for you as always, and your moderators to whom I am grateful for their time and dedication will help you as well.

Thank you very much indeed for your comments which I appreciate.

I am still not entirely happy with the grammar etc, but then again I wrote what amounts to a quarter of a full paperback book and edited in 2 days - a process that would usually take months, so I am happy with the outcome as it was.

Apart from the feedback on The Reality Matrix itself, which has been phenomenal, I also received many saying they really like the PDF format for a newsletter. So I am very seriously looking at that.

My only observation is that if the newsletter looks like a more formal document, grammatical errors will be even more obvious, and there is no real time to edit to a great depth. Newsletters are not intended to be book quality anyway.

I will give readers whatever they prefer of course.

Thank you very much indeed for your kind words. It is always nice to receive feedback of all sorts.

As for the "where from" - that is an often asked, absolutely completely valid and indeed expected, yet the most difficult question to answer.

I also have to be very careful what I say in case people inevitably draw erroneous conclusions.

I can say that I do not "channel" entities as such. I do not recognise channelling as evidential, never have and never will. I also reject plenty of requests from channellers to include and promote their material including some that are backed by very intelligent people. I am referring to channellings from the Likes of Jesus, both Mary's, Archangels, an assortment of Ascended Masters and so on.   I absolutely refuse to have any involvement with them whatsoever.

I know that has not answered the question, but I was pre-empting the thoughts and questions of many others who are used to doing the rounds of all the channelling sites.

So what about me?

There is no easy answer, but the simple version is that my information comes to my direct consciousness from a "Higher" or "Inner" version of myself. Beyond that I am not sure how I could best or should explain it.

But to give you some insight, I wrote "The Reality Matrix, at 45 pages and 20,000 words, the equivalent of a quarter of a full paperback book in less than a day from start to finish - before editing. I did not stop, I did not think, and I never, ever refer to any external source of information. The only reason it took me that long to do the first draft is because I never did learn to type, otherwise I probably could have wrote it in a couple of hours.

I write all my newsletters in the same way. After all - it is my Sunday morning and I like to enjoy my Sunday afternoons

I knew the quotes from the Matrix because I have watched it a few times, but I was only paraphrasing from memory.

I hope this has not confused you, but it is the best I can say for now.

I was just thinking that if as we can very well see that "everything is energy" and plasma traverses our bodies so easily - can you imagine about the power of thought?


Plasma needs a 'conduit'. Thought is only limited by out imagination, so we have full power to channel its conduit.
If plasma can lit up the bulb ... imagine on how the thought of LOVE can lit up others... and the whole world.

I finally finished readind The Reality Matrix. Towards the end I come upon this fragment and I would like you to explain it further if you have the time.

Humans, even in the context of a physical body, Exist and Encompass Everywhere Within the Context of the All, Concurrently, independent of any concept of “space”. 

I understand Encompass, however how Exist applies here?

My general understanding or mental image so to speak about humans is that of an 'energy extension of the All' cast in the human body, of an animal same in an animal body, object etc.. well at least what we can comprehend with the 5 senses and beyond or what we know as existing.

Now my question is more related to the fact that I grasp The All and what I Am in it from where I am - human condition I suppose - rather than from The All perspective which at my stage I can only assume albeit transcending my 5 physical senses.
So, while I can 'see' on how I can possibly Encompass Everywhere and Everything within The All .. how can I know that I Exist Everywhere ?? Is like ...I am a ripple but then are others Existing concomitantly and while even if they Encompass what I am and viceversa my existence and theirs are unique.

Your question is an excellent one, and encompasses the true meaning of "life" itself.

During Spiritual Evolution - keeping in Mind that Earthly humans are only setting foot on the path, humans can experience any point in the Energy field that equates to the Vibratory Frequency of their Spiritual body. They may also experience lower Vibratory Frequencies but never higher until evolving to that level through he process of Perfection.

So in very broad terms, anyone can experience anything that they have the capacity to understand or comprehend providing it is within their sphere of Evolutionary Frequency - on the same or lower "plane".

So even all exist Everywhere, concurrently, as an individuated Energy Field experiencing Its Self as a single point of consciousness, it is only possible to experience other Energy Fields, Thought Forms etc in the same context.

However, and here is the glorious Truth.

When a Being has finally graduated through all the Energy levels of Evolution through the process of Perfection, and Vibratory Frequency approaches that of Source Mind, the potential exists to reunite with Source Mind at which point All that Is may be experienced concurrently as Source Mind. This is considered to be Ecstasy. 

At this point although Individuality is merged, Consciousness remains autonomous, and so we experience Source Mind as Source Mind with all the same powers.

I know that many are scared about "merging" and "losing their identity", but this is a human reaction based upon current Evolution, not knowing the true nature of All that Is.

Also, this "merging" is optional. Many individuations of Source Mind decide, of their own freewill, not to merge, instead to continue in Service to the All from an individuated, but immensely powerful perspective.

I can't believe it. I've always thought you were a quick reader and a good typist! Even I enjoy the ability of typing. Once you learn it you do it sub-consciously. You should really take a typing class.

Cells are built using Amino Acids right?! I know life force can become Amino Acid but for those who eat they build there cells with their food right?

Hey Kai long time no see. Hows your raw foodie thing going?

The raw vegan thing is going wonderfully, thanks.  I love this new raw vegan lifestyle.    I will never go back to eating cooked food or any food containing any animal products again - at least to the best of my ability anyway.  There's the challenge of going to the in-laws on the holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas.  They are Cajun and they very much pride themselves in the food they cook, so I will most likely have to eat meat during that time, but I figure a day or 2 out of the year won't be harmful.  Eating the food might be difficult however given that I feel wonderful about no longer contributing to the slaughtering of animals for the purpose of eating, but I will probably eat it anyway out of respect for their feelings unless I can figure a way to talk my way out of it, hehe.  They do cook excellent food though.

I have eventually started very slowly losing weight however.  So far I've lost 10 pounds down to 160.  I would have preferred to maintain my weight at 170, but I feel wonderful regardless.  The only weight I've lost is what fat I had left on my body.  I have lost no muscle mass, not surprisingly, given that I'm getting plenty of amino acids.

So far I've only been on this diet for over 2 months, so I'm basically just getting started.  I'm interested to see what I'll look and feel like 3 years from now.  Another interesting side effect I've noticed recently is that my skin feels very smooth, soft, and silky.  It always feels like I just put on baby powder, hehe.

Oh, and on a side note, and this is just based on observation: Projecting and dream recalling seems to have increased since being on this diet, which is not surprising with all the brain stimulating nutrients I've supposedly been getting from these "super-foods".
