People live there lives bound by what they accept as right and wrong, true and false, correct and incorrect. That is how one defines reality!

But what does it mean to be correct, true or false? Hmm, merely vage concepts. Their reality may be a mirage!

Not everything in the world has an exercise per-se buddy. Use the knowledge giving to you to create one if you can. He is stating that it is the mind that creates and influences the body. Your thoughts is what does that. So if thats the case, just imagine and believe that your body is perfect. Thats all you really have to do, its just that it is not as easy as it sounds.

Bruce Lipton is doing workshops together with Rob Williams and he teaches the exercises how to change subconscious beliefs.

There are different techniques. The power therapies like EFT, then you have The Work by Byron Katie which science now considers as the most effective way of cognitive behavioral therapy. Sedona method is very effective as well although i personally haven't tried it yet.

Thank you I shall read all about that web site when I can. Right now I am studying about Diary. The more I read about Dairy & more I think about it from a broader perspective the more I think it is gross.

That not everything has an exercise? I am going to just try to feel my body how I want it to look for as long as I can and as often as I can. Although I do not let myself feel Negative it is kinda discouraging that after all this time I still have not change anything positive about my body. I really just want to be a breatharian as soon as I can & then go from there. See if that does anything.

What do you mean they are not as hard as they seem. I use affirmations such as, changing my body is easy, I can do anything! Yet when time goes by so fast and nothing has changed its hard to have faith. I have it I just keep saying I have it everyday, I have faith in the Source, but it hasn't happened yet. When will it happen, am I wasting my time, my life?

I guess it depends on the person then. Some of these things are difficult generally, but sometimes certain things are not as hard to practice as it may seem. That is what I was talking about. It's not always difficult to make your own exercise or meditation out of the information given.
