I just learned something very interesting. I've come a long way from the time my senior year when I thought about the heart. I thought why do people say they make decisions with there hearts? That's dumb the heart is just a muscle that pumps blood throughout to body.
I have learned about Cell Memory since then and now I've learned about this.Little-known fact: your heart has neurons in it, too! But they are wired differently than in your brain. But they are there, nonetheless. There are also neurons in your gut and gray matter all down your spine.
A Native American once told Carl Jung that white men all suffered from a form of psychosis, because we only think with our heads, and flit about all over the countryside trying to prove something to ourselves, rather than thinking with our hearts. Thinking with your heart (and even your gut, when it "speaks"!) is powerful stuff.

Kool Louis!! Great link!! From what I remember from the Heart Math Institute - our hearts have a magnetic field that extends up to 8 feet around us. Also an electric field and both these are many times stronger then the electro and magnetic fields produced by the brain. ..in other words we think more with the heart even if we are not aware - because all the emotions are first registered in the heart and that creates waves in the electro-magnetic field and the signals are sent to the brain so the brain produces or commands which of the hormones are needed fast for us in order to feel good ..so you see on how that the heart dictates - according to the emotions we harbour. That's why is so important to get above the emotions and start using both brain and heart in synchronicity for what is best for us. People think very little about how negative emotions influences the heart and that in turn all our overall being. In turn how great is the realization that with our mind we can actually control which emotions to entertain. It takes though a bit of training and change in consciousness for the human to get over its reactive streak - to pause, to realise where the emotional state is and switch accordingly. Great topic!

Laura, I knew you would come here! In fact I was going to send that link to your E-mail but I decided I might as well post a topic about it since I don't think anyone has yet. So this was originally intended for you.
I know how very important the Heart Chakra is however since the Heart is Electromagnetic it makes sense that it would send a signal through a wave. Subconsciously no doubt. The heart and brain communicate back and forth.
You also bring up a very good point that most people don't realize. You can change your emotions through intention. Altering the Breathing is the best way in my opinion. As I go to bed I am going to spend some time with my heart.
oh and the most effective sleeping pill is Peace of mind
Peace and Love Laura!

If you fully develop the Heart Chakra, what happens is that your default location of awareness moves into it and stays there. That's what they mean with the phrase "living from the Heart."
(For the "average person" their awareness is somewhere within the skull, near the eyes.)

Cool.
I'd like to thank my mother, and my father who were so supportive, and my uncle Englebert for always pushing me to do my best, and that lady on "Britains Got Talent" for showing me that any one can make their dreams come true... Oh! Dont let me forget my producer "God", and Julia herself who is my creative inspiration... and wave the president of my fan club, and the man who first discovered my talent for being like Julia.
Thank you. I love you all. Namaste to all the bloviate fans.
Tune in next week when..."I am Larry".
It's sure to be a treat.

Neurons aren't the only cells that communicate. In fact All of the cells of the body release neurotransmitters or hormones of some sort that affect the function of other cells around them or even as far as other organisms around the source. Keeping this in mind, it is also pertinent to realize that all chemicals put in contact with the body affect the function, be it simply because of kinetic energy if not a direct chemical reaction somewhere in, on, or around a cell. On top of that, Every electron in the multiverse feels the forces enacted on it by the push of other electrons around it or the pull of protons in the center of the atom. On a slightly smaller scale, the patterns of the electromagnetics on earth, gravity included, are affected by those of the planets around us. When you change the electromagnetics surrounding any organism, changes in it's behavior are usually visible. In short, Everything affects Everything and it is nearly impossible to restrict the bounds of yourself to that of your body alone.

Dear SaintSoldier That in indeed a very keen observation of the quantum hologram. Of the physical reality enfolding in patterns where same degree of order can be seen from the small to the very big. Indeed every cell is a functioning unit in itself, for instance the cell membrane being the equivalent of the "brain" of the organism. You are a very talented soul and my sense is that you will come to full bloom when you will loose the 'soldier' in you. Or...when you see that all the battles we seemingly come to be in, are only illusions of conflicted self. Loving blessings.

I agree with you Saint. This is something that not many biologist are perceptive enough to see.Indeed every cell is a functioning unit in itself, for instance the cell membrane being the equivalent of the "brain" of the organism.
Yes very true Laura. It is the Membrane not the Chromosome that is the brain of the cell. All cells can remember and learn. Cells are also very impressionable.
A saint and a soldier are very opposite people. There will come a time when one of those personalities of yours must go.

They are inseparable in my opinion. A saint soldier as of the likes I wish to become one day is a servant of all those around him and takes active role in spreading peace and harmony and prevention of the loss of humanity in humans. Right now, I am neither. Maybe through my name, you can understand my intentions? If you believe that humans if left with peace alone will come to the light, you have not lived as a human. Both sides of the coin exist one for the sake of the other. If there is good, there must be bad. If there is perversion, there must be inspiration. Humans are funny creatures; we can be influenced and controlled by the simplest of things. If it is to free someone of 'demonic' possession, it is a noble thing to kill. The demon doesn't have to be in you to control you. I hope that explains myself more clearly. Also, a quick google would teach the christian based mind a lot about the nature of god's message and how it has been changed over time. The more vague I get, the more intelligent you have to become to understand what has been in front of you.

I understand. One must make a stand for freedom. Freedom isn't free, it requires conscious effort.
