Ah yes, some things that one rarely hears about. That seem strange and fall upon the confused mind, at least that is how I experienced it. Just to keep the record straight, It's not my intent to shoot holes in the bible, or try to discredit it. Only seeking the Truth of it all, in order to better understand what may have been dual meanings or a hidden message.Taken at face value, would have to, again, toss it out, in what I call tanglefoot understanding.
Isaiah 1:37 and Kings 2:19, have, and are verses that are practically the same. Why, I still don't understand? Is this why the early church leaders disliked the commoner reading the bible!
From what I read, Isaiah, could have qualified as a "The Fifth Gospel." The first four being, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.
Seems that what was prophesied in Isaiah, was fulfilled by Jesus, and written about, much the same as were the four gospels. Many uses of the word "oracle" are shown. Was this use of the word meant to convey "the future", or describing mediumship or just that this was a tale writer!
In Isaiah 14:12, there was as I've found a few words left out. The words " Oh Lucifer" was tossed out and replaced by "O Day Star", should have read as, "Oh Lucifer, Son of The Day", at least that is what shows in one of my bibles. Here we have a top honcho, displaying free will, in all its glory!
So it goes. All these inspired writings based on the Word of God, with many variations, preventing a clear understanding of Gods supposed words.
Do recognize the difficulty involved here, on what was the original versions. What I find troublesome is the bias introduced by those reinterpreting the words.
Oh well, back within to seeking hidden meanings in bible writings in the bibles that I have.
