Spirit or Automatic Writing

Hi dear friend

I have a thought of communicating with my spiritual guidance through Spirit writing or pen because I stumble across with an article about spirit communication through Spirit writing. But I am not sure whether if it is save to do.

Will I accidentally summon someone who are not my spiritual guidance? Will I accidentally summon demon?

You have Direct Connection to Source. It's just in realizing this.

The subject in regards to being able to contact demons has been related to in this forum. Again, type it into the search box above and you will be able to browse through the posts at your leisure.

What has been shown to me in regards to Angels and Demons is that an Angel is Energy, and when we begin to fill ourselves with dark thoughts of negativity, taking our eyes off the Light well, the Angel Energy is now transforming into Dark Energy or a demon. Same Energy just transformed. We Ask the Holy Spirt (Whole or One Spirit, our Higher Mind directly connected to the Source of our Light) to lead us back into Light Energy and that is when the demon or dark energy is transformed back into Angel Light Energy.

Keep your Heart, Mind, Eye focused on your relationship with Source and allow the Light, Love Energy of Source already within to flow through. That is what I call Spirit writing. You open yourself to the Most High Energy and then just flow with IT. You become Single Minded with Source. As in agreeing with Source by allowing yourself to be led by Source Energy.

Thank you very much for answering. I really enjoy this forums and the topic of paranormal of personal experience and finding can share freely (Thanks to Adrian for all this). It is really inspiring and if we are to share whatever we learned here to the outside world (I tried), they may think I am crazy but they don't understand that this is the ultimate reality. I really wish to stay in here as often as I can. There are still many things I don't know yet.

I am into language. My mother is Asian and made a very big deal out of speaking  what she defined as 'Proper' English. So I was constantly being corrected as a child.

People made fun of the way I spoke but it did not bother me because of moving around so much I was taught to go with whatever showed up.

So, paranormal to me is funny. This is normal really. para only exists in 3D.

I just place a writing pad in front of me and holding a pen in my hand. I tried to relax and looking forward for the pen to start moving and writing something but I waited for quite long, there is still nothing happen.

Welcome to the forums.
As with all worthwhile endeavors, some come easy others do require more training and practice. Relaxation is a must, here, the stilling of the thought flow. Do consider using the Abyss program available from Adrian. I've listed some other sources on my blog you may want to check out.
I've sat for automatic writing, with some success. What I got must have been in another language, as only a few words were readable. So need more time at it. Should have kept the original papers for efforts toward making sense of the words, but didn't think to do so at the time. You are interested, so that is good, now gain more experience with practice. You might laugh a bit if you get into some of my blog posts, on how some experiences unfolded. I know I had a good laugh at some of them.

Good Morning Jim, Talker and All ~

Mmm... well, I suggest to anyone to read Talker's blog. Truth. He is an 'out of this world' thinking kinda guy!

That is why it may seem that 'Talker's Babbler' relates to Julia's ummm. whatever blanks you may choose to fill in. Again, personal responsibility applies here.

Ahh.. it's flowing.. I sense background to foreground ...

1985, sitting in my dining room in Prairie Village Kansas, designing invitations due to a 'prompt' to throw a fun Christmas Party given by yours truly.

I am in earthly terms an artist. My ex was also a brilliant artist. We both shared many of the same qualities. He played music, I sang and so on ... we tended to fill in the ... for one another...

So, while sitting at the table drawing, Julia's then husband in California for Company business, children nestled in their beds on this windy, wet, cold Autumn going into Winter evening was lost in her design. No sense of time, space, Being nothing.

I was in a sense in a totally relaxed state or also known as trance like to some.

A voice rose up from within yet so clear. I was given my 'name' as I Am known in other 'realms'. I looked up from my design and saw the room so clearly yet in ethereal fashion. I was not given permission to share this name or the meaning. The meaning came from Julia asking her husband to look up the name because I was on the edge of thinking I imagined what I heard and I did not trust this and I also was silently within doubting what I had heard and thought I was losing my marbles!!

Well, not so. He found it in old language. I cannot express to you the Energy and vibrations that streamed through and no, I did not give him a 'reason' for my asking.

Fast forward to 1991, my ex and I had reached a fork in the road and had to part ways. I sitting in my living room now in a home we had bought. It was my birthday and my girls abed, I alone sitting in contemplative mood, listening to the cold North winds blowing across my front porch singing through my wind chimes had an 'urge' to write. I wrote fast and furiously in true 'liquid' flowing fashion.

The beginning of my book I am writing that applies to Children of All Ages.

Here it is 2008, book still not finished. Chapters are there, I just found them yesterday having forgotten them. I am on my way.

Jim, what I am sharing in all this is, just show up and say I Am Open. That's IT. Can't tell you the time, place or how. All I can say is that when you tap into your Primary Source, hold on brother, you get what you ask for.

One precaution here. You will not have any agenda, you are just Being when IT FLOWS THROUGH YOU. I Am Julia expressing as God in this illusion.

Why? Because I am more 'In Lightened' than others? No way. I of myself am No-thing. Undefined. I am not this or that. I am Open.

Go your way Jim. Your desires are known. Your guides surround you and stand at the ready.

It really is like this. And once you Open yourself to allow the Father to Speak through you well, there are those here who will attest,

It's all an open road...

Relax, Jim, Your desires are known and answered ...

Don't get caught up in the process, InJoy the Joy of discovery...

I hope this helps, and yes I understand about not being able to 'speak' of these things to others. Source is undefined and therefore there is No Reasoning to be able to 'explain' this to any other. No need to explain. Just Be One with Source.

Honestly Jim, these things happened to me when I wasn't looking for them specifically or even thinking about them specifically.

Just Being Present in the Now moment and in total openness, not thinking about anything at all. Some call this in deep meditative state.

Just Being.

What is Present as a constant is that in my Asking,  my desire has always been to Know Source building upon my Trust that It Is So and I have been answered and these things revealed. We are intimately known by Source who desires to give us the desires of our heart in having this One on One.

That is really cool. I really hope that one day I can be able to communicate with me source freely just like you. And I think spiritual writing is the most direct way that can be understood as it translate language that I understand.

I had just read a chapter completed by Adrian mentioned about the Automatic Writing is dangerous like the Ouija Board because it may attract the spirit in the lower Astral and provide unresourceful and even destructive advice.

Been away for a few days and just saw this.

Again, I see it as deciphering terms used. I am aware of those who have gone into a trance like state with no memory of their 'absence' until they return.

This is not what I am describing here from my own personal experience. I can only share with you a description of having this normal experience for myself.

First, I am totally aware and coherent when the stream of energy moves through me, I am fully present in my body as I am moving with this energy while my fingers dance across the keyboard. My body feels radiant energy and it is uplifting and peaceful. What I am focused on is the energy and not so much the words. I do see the words flowing across the page. It is more my Spirit expressing itself outwardly and only when I feel led or moved to respond.

This is not about being possessed by another being. It is rising from within your being and flowing outward and not something that is trying to move into me as I stream write. The only thing I am not aware of while in this stream is time.

I will say if something brings you fear then it is best to leave it be.  Fear based thoughts seem to resemble more a campaigning for something in my honest opinion. Love does not force Itself on another.

Love's energy relates by communing within loving energy. Love Being welcomed to the receiving or accepting and not holding it in or back.

In regards to Quija boards and automatic writing in OUR book, the similarity I see in what Adrian is sharing about automatic writing with this idea is similar to being open to making contact with another energy being to find answers and such. Seeking something outside of oneself. As in looking for power of knowledge or future telling and such instead of looking within Oneself.

This is about recognizing One's Spirit as Divinely connected to Its Source and being open to expressing as an Ambassador of Love's Good Will towards all others. No campaigning for a particular cause, or swaying of the masses. Love speaks to all.

I'm kind of late to this subject but I will expound my two cents worth anyway.  As an Occultist, I've always been told to stay away from any form of 'spiritual communication.'  Most Paranormal Researchers and Demonologists claim that any form of pendulum, ouija boards, and the like are huge do nots.  When unfamiliar with what you're doing, it's possible to open doors that shouldn't be open.

As a spiritualist, I say HA! What the hell do they know anyway?  I have opened may of those 'forsaken doors' and to be honest, although at first a bit intimidating, I am much better off for it.  The key is to be confident in what you're performing.

When first attempting to reach into the 'abyss' the best process is to sit in a place where you are comfortable.  Fill the area with positive energy and build a 'ward' around yourself.  This will increase your chances of success.  As you become more comfortable then you can deal with the negative energies at the same time.  If you need help with the 'warding' procedure I can explain more.

Finally, from a scholar's viewpoint.  There is no scientific documentation for the success of spirit communication (or writing).  There have been unique cases throughout history without valid authenticity that have claimed such abilities.  However, don't let this discourage your efforts.  Psychologists sometimes use automated writing as a means to tap into one's subconscious (or from a spiritualist's view, one's higher self).

So everything said and done, do what your heart desires, but be conscious of your efforts and the reactions you've created.  Whether speaking to a guardian angel, guiding spirit, god, ghosts, demons, your higher self or subconscious, whose to say that it is any less important than the other?  Answers can be found anywhere, just listen to your intuition.  Never trust anything the first time they come through, if a spirit has genuine intentions, he/she/it will be patient with you and earn your trust.
