For me, the fact that we have a digestive system, organs and physical senses gives it away. Surely we already ARE spiritual? We decided to have a physical experience and so we "possessed" our bodies and became both human and being.
For me, the challenge is to live as fully as possible in the physical - enjoy all the privileges of physicality. Spirit beings are not able to enjoy the gifts that are given to us on the physical plain - eating, drinking, sex, laughter, crying, loving, touching, hurting... So while we are in the physical I believe we should have as much fun with it as we can.
Carrying the breatharian philosophy to it's logical conclusion, we should also be able to exist without breathing since this too is a physical act using physical organs?
Dear Gregory,
Welcome to the OUR forums!
I also enjoyed reading your posts, and appreciate your wisdom and philosophy.
I think the same about eating habbits. Mind is principle over everything, so some people can ingest poisons and they are not affected. Some eat meat, and if they think it's good for them, it is. And indeed the plants have also their level of consciousness, and don't like to be eaten either.
Seems to be a matter of "being at peace with Yourself".
The food we eat should be the reflection of our inner reality, and not imposed and restricted by any theory. It must come naturally.
Still, the divine order sends us messages. In this respect, I'd like to thank our brother Wave, that he asked me what I eat, which finally led to my confession, and now switching suddenly (in fact a return) to vegetarianism, and hopefully soon to raw food (as soon as can get enough available.)
Regarding living life fully in the physical realm, my humble opinion is that in this "incarnation" or "personality", you are here to experience that part of becoming a "complete being".
Our Higher Self needs all kinds of experiences to become complete, from lowest (murderer) to the highest (spiritual master). So, we are here in all stages of experience, each of us having different lessons to learn and experience to gain.
Those who gave up the physical pleasures, already tasted them to the fullest (in this or other incarnations), and now need something different.
Spiritual Humans do enjoy eating (as they like what they eat), they feel no need to drink so this is not restrain, they cry and laugh - as this is part of experience -, they Love much more than others, and their sexual experiences are also much more intense than "sex for fun". They create true states of bliss, through transmutation of the huge sexual energy.
The "Spiritual Leaders" are most beloved humans, as they posses a tremendous magnetism, which attracts toward them lots of spirits who rejoice in the energy they spread. Therefore, they never lack Love, on the contrary.
Even the Indian Guru were deeply beloved and worshipped by their disciples, whom they loved in their turn.
There is only NOW, and everything happens in this moment. The Higher Self has sent more "personalities" to gain different kind of experience, and grow through them.
If you are here, in this forum, regardless of what you eat and how you taste physical gifts, you are awakened and aware of our spiritual nature, as well as of the great evolutionary step we are about to take. After all, it is a matter of vibrational level and Unconditional Love, which can help us make the transition.
In Love and Light,
Leila
