I saw a really interesting program on the history channel about Edgar Cacy.  I'd recommend watching it.  It gave me a different perspective on the topic.  You can find it on youtube. - just type in Edgar Casey or Cacy.

How these events will play out is still far from certain.

But, to the extent of our knowledge now, it  likes possible that Earth, Gaia will "ascend" to a higher vibration with all those on Earth who are ready - of the same vibration - the remainder being left behind on this version of Earth that will see some sort of Apocalyptic scenario related the Galactic Alignment.

Keep in Mind that everything in creation does and will continue to exist at every level of vibration from Source to physical - the only factor that changes is where we are focused relative to our experience.

Beyond Earth everyone lives upon the vibration in which they are focused, and as they evolve their increased vibration focuses ever inwards.

If this scenario does take place then our physical bodies as they are today will likely be destroyed, but we will be focused in a "higher" or "inner" version of that body which will be pristine. This is already what happens after "death" except the transition, for most, is to the Astral.

Either way - stay focused, evolve, and everything will work out just fine.

Bless you Adrian.  Although things looked bad, you help me see the light shine through.

I feel that I am on a time crunch and much work must be done very soon.  There is much more evolving for me to do.  Where to start?  I don't know what to do other than the traditional esoteric practices such as yoga and meditation. 
What are some things you all do to evolve further down the spiritual path?  I feel like I need guide.

Well there are many things I do throughout the day.  Every moment of every day is an opportunity for spiritual development.

Mainly I continually work on transcending the ego and transcending beliefs which can be very detailed.

I also maintain my focus on Love, peace and happiness.  I feel Love fill my entire being as much as I'm aware, and then I radiate that Love "outward" to the people around me and the situations I encounter.

With four kids going through education and a full time job I don't have much available time to actively perform physical philanthropic activities so my service towards humanity at the moment is loving my family and providing service to people I happen to interact with.  Also while meditating during lunch breaks I fill myself with Love and inspiration and then I'll radiate Love to the entire planet by visualizing myself floating in Earth's orbit and then I'll visualize a pink light pouring out from my heart encompassing the Earth.  I then see the Earth respond by glowing a bright radiant white light.  I also then visualize thousands of other individuals doing the same thing - all of us surrounding the globe pouring our Love out onto the planet, all working in unison.

I also try to maintain my focus on the present moment as much as I'm able while maintaining a positive attitude giving no thought of the past or present, but rather just enjoying everything that's happening to me at that moment.
