I remember reading a while back about people's astral travels and the ability to perform energy healing on their bodies.  Is it possible to perform healing on other people across the globe?  I know energy has now boundaries so I would assume yes since everything is energy, energy is everything.

I'm wanting to know because I recently developed tendonitis/repetitve strain injury from playing drums and driving a forklift/lift packages at work and it's not getting better.  Would it be possible to heal this with energy work?  If so, who could do it?  I'm feeling really down about it right now because I can't drum for the pain and I love it so much.

Hi Justin, smiley

Wonderful to see you again. You know by now ~ Take what speaks to you and leave the rest.

I have a wonderful book by Louise Hay titled 'You Can Heal Your Life'. I have truly InJoyed this book because it is a very unusual and unique way of simply viewing one's remote or deeply hidden, deeply buried thoughts. Why is it so hard to see the forest for all of the trees? Hmmm... step away from the nearsightingness and take another view or look into the forest.

That said, I will share a few things in Julia fashion, and I invite you to INVITE Divine Wisdom and Discernment (Guidance) to what if anything in this sharing will uncover the 'cause' of this repetay discomfort in your living experience. How it takes care of IT Self is up to you to decide. I say this in genuinene LOVE based intention.

Here is what is shared on tendon ~ 'itis' ~ Inflammation of ...

Decription in earthly terms first;

What is Tendonitis?

Tendonitis, also spelled Tendinitis, is an inflammation or irritation of a tendon. Chronic strain, overuse or misuse of a tendon leading to a repetitive stress injury, or a serious acute injury can lead to a weakness, tear or swelling of the tendon tissue resulting in pain and stiffness near the tendon.

Are we agreed on this definition? Identifying the 'physical issue or outward problem'' Okay then, here is what I was prompted to 'look into' here.

Inflammation  ~  Probable Cause (Source, root) ~ Fear. Seeing red. Inflamed thinking.

New Thought Pattern (Applying Sacred Alchemy~Geometry to the issue) ~ My thinking is peaceful, calm and centered.

'Itis" ~ Probable Cause (Source, root) ~ Anger and frustration about conditions you are looking at in your life.

New Thought Pattern (Applying Sacred Alchemy~Geometry to the issue ~ I am willing to change all the patterns of criticism. I love and approve of myself.
[/i]

My Genuine expression is tucked away in the Law of Attraction post. It doesn't matter how it shows up as an Irrititation or Inflammation, just a call from your Higher Self in regards to a closed door of Energy flow, a blockage. Once freed up, it becomes a point, softened that is of Inter rest. Play with the language. Roll it around in your mouth until the enunciation becomes familiar. A not having to think about it, you just Intuitively recognize and know what speaks your language.

I ask that you do not take my word for this. Just feel it and let it go if it does not vibe with you my friend and brother.

Nice to speak with you once again.

I see you Well.

Be Well in all ways, always,

Love in Divine Spirit,

Julia cool

Better days to you.  I read the Fundamental Lessons, by Eugene Ferson.  There are many things on self healing their.  I have found that any sickness, pain, irritation, whether it be physical or situational, ie. people, finances, truly are expressions of self.  You can heal your pain, as I did, with energy, but to remove it from your life takes changes in mind.  Easier said than done, but all it really takes is the choice, for me getting to that precipice was difficult but worth it.  And the folks here at OUR have made all the difference.  There are also chapters in OUR book by Adrian, actually in most or all of the books recommended here.

Hello Gretch87,
You have some very good advice already given with your situation.
You know and I know, that playing the drums and or quiting your job are not on the agenda, are they!
So mind is the first consideration.
Energy or remote healing, poses a some what awkward solution, as the cause of the difficulty, is going to be continued. A doable event, but with many variables involved.
You may want to look into the use of vitamin B6, in large doses for a few days, tapering down after that.
What may be involved are compounds called Hydrazines and Hydrazides. These are compounds that are widely used in industry and agriculture, that creep into the food chain. They also cause interference with how ones body handles the B6. So a diminished B6 supply within ones body, can readily cause the wrists to manifest pain, as Carpel Tunnel Syndrome.
Check it out.

Thank you everyone.  Sounds like a good idea Talker.  I just got back from the grocery store.  I'm slowly but surely converting to veganism.  I bought some carrots, bananas, plantains, soy milk, granola, and oatmeal.  I was just reading how plantains rich in protein, carbs, potassium, as well as vitamin a & c, and b6.  Never had one before but I'm willing to try them out.

I know when i changed to vegan I thought i was going to starve and never eat good food again, one place that changed my view was ecopolitan, the restuarant is in minneapolis mn, but their site has a menu and recipes, i think the recipes cost, but I was pleasantly suprised at the range of food available. www.ecopolitan.com

Hello Gretch87,
Looking good, except for the 'soy' milk. Have posted seven articles in my blog, about soy, that is being so highly promoted. I personally believe any product with soy in it should be labeled 'Warning, contains unfermented soy and may be harmful to your health'. Soy is useful only under certain conditions, that I won't repeat here.

Bummer...
Is there any "milk" like substances that are good?
Is there fermented soy milk?
Do you think soy milk in low quantities would be okay? i.e. enough for a bowl of oatmeal?
Finding reputable food vendors that are cost friendly is seemingly difficult.
I have no idea what is good for me anymore.  Everything seems bad once the veil is lifted...

Now Now Justin!! smiley

More than one way to approach this. And while I appear to be disapproving of ones vegan ways ~ Fooled ya~~

I do these things I share only, I buy from knowing. So you can buy these from a health food store or make your own. There is soul to be found in ones adventures into homemaking 101, of which I apprenticed in to become an adept in more ways than one.

Vegan? who cares. really. Be one. I am one in proper moments and yet, I can be all things to all people, whatever leads... Leads to more OPEN invites I say!! I can partake of all's idea of Heaven. ~ Leads to more experiencing Heaven from all ways ~ mmm...delicious that~  wink

Or you can go and buy Diamond Brand Almond Milk.

Nevah absolutely nevah say NEVAH!!

Yes, just messin' around with you Justin with your Highest Good intended. Even if IT is not seen in the moment.

Love you bro,

Gretch (love the name and the guitar),

You could eat a bowl of "glass chards" mixed with Gasoline, and be healthy if your mind could assimilate the idea. That's what I believe. I have alot of unhealthy habits and I am healthier than most of the people I know who spend countless energy trying to watch what they eat. It's all in the mind... I'm positive that good food helps , but I dont think taking it to Extremes such as worrying about milk in your oatmeal is going to make that big a difference. Enjoy yourself more my friend.

Not an authority. Just my two cents. I am sure opinions differ.

Namaste,
John

Hello Gretch87,
Got a bit curious myself about non-dairy drinks, so did  look see for my self, again.
Did a while back try out Almond milk and a Rice milk.
There is also a Oat milk, but did not try it.
The Almond milk was a tad to sweet for me and the Rice was ok, but not as satisfying as the Almond.

Here's a slice of fresh made bread, lightly covered with pure, real lard, with a shake of salt. A real treat at that time, some seven and a half decades ago.
Oh, for the record, THAT was the whole meal.
We've come a long way baby.

Indeed Talker,

My grandmother can walk out into a mere "yard" (not garden) and find things to cook (all in crisco oil of course) believe it or not...all these little plants and things you would never think of... I truly enjoy hearing her stories of they ate in the great depression period... certainly far from the diet of popular and finicky the "whole foods market" crowd...still she cooks things that would make the average vegan cringe...but guess what? She's 83 years old and still as rambunctious an onry as ever! I believe she could probably still whip my butt!

She still has biscuits and gravy, and eggs for breakfast everyday!

Still to all of those who wish to have a "clean" diet... more power to you, I shift in and out of that phase myself... just whatever the body is calling for at a given time.

Namaste

Julia, there is a rap song I have wanted to play for you but it is so risque... it would be like fanning the flame of religiosity in the midst of "the religion of spiritual seekers who are against religion"... the "organized belief systems of those not allegedly not participating in organized belief systems".

Anyway, if you ever feel particularly rebellious (just for the sake of having the feeling of "hey , I'm being rebelious. YEAH!", let me know I might post it.

Love John
