Raising The Body's Vibration/Frequencies

I read that we can raise our frequencies or vibrations higher then they are now. How would I go about doing this, and how high can we raise our frequencies/vibrations?

The easiest thing to raise your vibration naturally is by doing things that brings you joy, things you love to do... follow your heart (your feelings) and don`t try to figure out things with your mind:)

To raise you being's vibrations, one has to learn first to relax and release all negative vibrations, negative emotions and thoughts, which tense our body and our being. The tensed and stressed body cannot harbor any high vibrations.

Anything negative that you carried with you inside is then replaced by the positive vibrations those of Love, Unconditional Love, Happiness, Gratitude, Happiness and Joy.

Daily meditation will help you greately with this process.

Those previous ways mentioned, go about raising your vibes during everyday awareness and activities.

To phase, (teleport mentally I assume you mean, such as in astral travel), etc.. you want to usually meditate and focus on raising them yourself, breath in as much energy as you can through your whole body and focus on feeling it pulse throughout your entire being, and consciously raise this feeling until your subtle energy bodies are literally vibrating intensely with the massive amount of energy they are receiving...then of course its just the matter of moving your awareness into one of them and getting used to the plane you land in.

I have been wanting to do that too Baki Hanma. I want to teleport, raise my vibration to the Astral level then just teleport back to the physical. Also the higher your vibrations the faster your body renews itself. I already meditate everyday, its sometimes so hard to feel the energy moving through me.

No I mean to do it physically. I've heard of the Yogis in India and the Aborigines in Australia are said to be able to bend time or teleport from one place to place. I have also heard of some Yogi's being able to be at more them one place at a time!

Adrian has told me that you have to raise your vibrations in order to perform Teleportation. Thats why I asked how do I raise my vibrations to that level.

Right after I watch Jumper I looked it up on you tube, thats when I saw that. That isn't a teleportation machine just a atomic copying machine.

I do not believe that they did the teleportation correctly in the movie. Space kinda moved with them as if they were bending space time itself. We all live in the one great thing, we are all apart of it. Space doesn't exist so its not something that can be bent. I think if someone were to teleport you would see them glowing with a bright aura, then a flash that kind of gets pulled into them and they would be gone.

I think that there is a lot of good advice on here already, Joy, Happiness, Unconditional Love, Meditation, Deep Physical Relaxation, but with desire you will still yet be to focused into the physical & those would be the vibrations you would attract.

Well I dont know how its done being that I have never saw it done in reality. I have had dreams of me doing it, but I would simply think of a place so strongly that I end up there. Thats how it happens in dreams. I have done it a few times during AP as well. I want to now manifest it physically  .

In any case this seems to be a very difficult subject and power to abtain. Its not like TK.

I notice your book and the "Science of Being" it talks of vibrations. I am a little confused though when the subject of raising your vibrations comes up. As Lawliet I thought raising your vibrations would cause you to melt or combust, because raising your vibrations is the same as raising your atomic rate right, the speed of the atoms in your body? When the atoms are excited like that, it cause reactions which raises the frequencies and emits heat right? I heard that there are 90 naturally occurring kinds of atoms and science or making more! What type of atoms or vibrations do you speak of when you talk to us about raising our vibrations?

I think this is a very important question that not many people want to answere . Is it because people don't know or is it that it is an annoying question ?

Raising vibrations, refers to Energy first and foremost - everything in creation is pure Energy and the fundamental characteristic of Energy is Vibration.

When we talk of "raising Vibration" we refer to the inner Spiritual bodies, but the result of which will also manifest consciousness in terms of the way we feel and realise Source, and even in the physical body.

Spiritual evolution results in a raising of vibrations of the physical body which is reflected in many ways. The person might for example look much younger than their physical age, often appearing to glow and even "Angelic".  If we raise our vibrations far enough we will dematerialise once we exceed the vibration of physical matter. People with high Vibrations can also affect those around them in various ways.

Conversely evolved Beings such as those known as "ascended masters", although they reside within the inner realms of Energy, can lower their vibration enough to physically materialise as a flesh and blood body. Some Beings who do this are known as "Avatars". 

At a nonphysical level vibration affects the Aura - evolved Beings have a very bright Aura with an intense glow around the head and shoulders - one reason why Jesus and other such Masters are depicted with a halo around their heads which denotes a strong inner connection with Source through the Crown Chakra.

Spiritual Evolution is all about increasing Vibration with perfection. As our Vibration increases, we automatically transition to the inner sphere with the identical Vibration once we leave the Earth Vibration.

Still, I am having trouble understanding the difference between spiritually raising vibration and physically raising vibrations. If the spiritual high vibrations manifest physically it would cause the physical vibrations of the body to raise. This would, in most cases, cause the body to heat up! If you raise them too high! You may end up melting! Your body is physical matter, so when it's physical vibrations are too high, the body should melt or combust or something, not vanish.

Sir Hanma I suggest that you find some other place or one that can further educate you on this Teleportation thing before you try it . Tampering with knowledge you don't understand could prove fatal in the end. You may do harm to your body. There is a way to do everything, but you must first obtain the knowledge before you attempt the practice. I've read nearly all your post's on this forum and I  find it that learning this Teleportation gig seems to be of your most concern. Being that you ask about it so much, you must not be getting the answerer's you seek here. Try seeking else where.

I think Adrian is right. Its not wise to think negatively about something. If you can Astral Project that is awesome, I can't so you should be proud of yourself for that.

Raising your vibrations isn't about teleportation. Its about being enlightened. I think if you increase your vibrations like we all suggested above then you will be able to do it. However keep in mind that this kind of stuff is for the enlightened. Those who are enlightened seem to have nothing! Are you willing to give up most of the things you have to match the level of pure spirit? What did Jesus have? Nothing, and he was an ascended master. Is there anyone who can teleport who have passions?

Well Sir Adrian seems bent on the 'Mind' controlling everything. If such a thing is even possible I doubt that one would have to be that enlightened to achieve Teleportation. Like learning anything in this world, you simply must know how to do it. You must have the knowledge to practice, and then the appropriate form of practice to achieve it.

Giving up possessions may not be necessary if one only wishes to achieve psychic abilities in it of themselves. You may choose to hold on to anything you wish to. If you give up something it is because you see no value in it. Thus if a person where to become so enlightened as Jesus did, they would view material possessions as non important to them. Your not forced to give it up, you'll just loose interest in it, thus it no longer serves any value to you.
