Hello to anyone who can help me.
I am stuck and I feel as though I can not go one.
No, you must go on. Get rid of that feeling pronto it is whats hindering you, though I see what you mean. I had a hard time with some of these exercises. I have performed similar concentration exercises during earlier training in my life so once I began Adrians it really wasn't that hard for me. I'm currently working on the last few exercises.
I have done Exercise 1 & 2 and I am finding it very difficult to do the 3rd Exercise. I can't seems to figure out what number comes next and if I do I have to count up to make sure I only skipped two numbers.
Is there an easier why to do this Exercise?
How did everyone else do it?
What would happen if I skip this Exercise and go on to the next one?

What should do is keep practicing it but practice in a way where it doesnt feel like you trying t oaccomplish anything. Have fun with it. Practice counting up tp 100 by threes. Keep at it until your familure with the number order and what numbers come next. Then practice doing it backwards. Go slow and take your time. You dont have t ostart over each time you mess up at first. Practice getting the order down and the coorect numbers. Then as you become familure, then practice going faster and each time you mess up then, at that level, you should start over. Work your way up even if it is just with ne exercises. Be ambitious about it. You will get this you hear me!! This is easy for you okay

. Tell yourself this and you will notice that this exercise becomes more and more easy.
