Abundance and Health / Abundance and Health / Re: Meditation or Sleep??

Once seasoned in meditation - it will give your BODY the rest of eight hours of deep sleep.
The longer I meditated with discipline and desire, the less sleep I required. The more energy I felt and the longer the continuity of my energy maintained a high vibrational level. It has been so for me for over three decades now.
When I was raising my family - i slept three to four hours per night, meditated twice a day, and then evolved to meditation while functioning daily. I go into formal meditation now only when the desire is felt to. Yoga becomes the natural motion of your body, meditation the natural frequency of mind, when you do not look at a clock to see if it is time to meditate - you are Zen. I do not do guided or meditations of anothers perception of it, that is their own meditation, as I am my own.
You want it - or you do not.

Ah- topics of my heart, my life, my immortality.
Silver Chord, like a vine from creation to the present, a new layer of life added to it in each carnation. Like a Self Tree of Life. All designed to make us understand the dialogue is announcing the arrival of God to creation. Only memory fades with the cutting of the infants chord - lost to the wonderment of what in it now beholds - my my - " I do Awesome work ''
Marriage - indeed. Antiquated, the dinosaur of love in this dimension of understanding. " Love thy neighbor as thyself. '' Mortal Love is Immortal - mortal lust however is not. Lust is sexual at times, yet most times, tis the energy we are seeking, and the power of it. Some never connect to the power within the Silver chord, then seek it from others. Love however takes us into darkness, the unknown, the unfamiliar. It is where life emerges from, life as we measure its effects - within our own creations. As meditation takes me to the emergence point of my thoughts - Love takes me to the source of Sources thoughts. In prayer I make Love with Love.
I do not believe in a fading Love scenario
When we take light into the darkness, is it light then, or illuminated darkness?

A welcome to you
I would feel noetic sciences would invite you to know that the shadow - the powerful knowing flows into mind from the sleepers within the cells, and micro-universe within. Ghosts that appear in the mind from voices long forgotten, summoned by the brain at the minds command.
When you think awhile on heaven and hell, do they not appear in your reality? Nothing is the canvas of everything.

Spiritual drunkenness is a common thing now days -
I still often need to pull in my reigns too. I can get so far out there, I forget there is a here and now. I just refocus on mundane things, common things I do around the home or outside, often this takes me to the thing I have been thinking of or perplexed about. Our minds can get so full and so much e-motion can churn that feeling overwhelmed is easy enough to do. Mediation too reigns me back in - but just doing mundane chores can be a meditation too. The best grounding I know of is to find one of the grand - kids and drop down to their level on the floor and see life from there. You are most fortunate to have such a good guide.

Its the end of the world - RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It sounds to me like you were experiencing dimensional perception of the fourth dimension. I call glimpses of things yet to occur. The slow motion re-entry is often felt by people after an abusive experience. It is also the way I re-enter after an OBE. Snapping back into your body can be quite painful and shocking to the biology as well, and can take several days to recover from. I don't feel there was a message in the dream as much as an experience - experiencing life in its more pure form. As for your wide disappearing - there could be many reasons for it, you would know best. For the last few years I have been drawing close to my family mentally and psychically - because in this transition, not all are going to choose it, or make it. Some of them may be people we are very close to. This realization has been with me since I was a young father, and even before that. I layed the ground work as best as I could for this time period, for them and myself. Yet as they grow, they make their own choices.Thats just my feeling as I read your post.

Evening John,
Thank you very deeply. Kind words ~
I never had a brother - I did however - recently found three sisters and a niece I did not know I had - alot of women, add six grand daughters, and feminine energy has taken over my family. My fours sons and I represent the last of the dynasty - although I have a grand son I do not see. That one is sailing into his own Universe, for us to meet when the timing is good for us both.
Atonement was a ' path ' to salvation in my Catholic upbringing. Attaining grace for ones sins until atonement was reached - which it never seemed to be. When I discovered At One Ment - walked into the woods with a smile to the sun and a single finger behind me - to Mother Church. Such is the nature of true spiritual education though - is it not? Make the Human search the forbidden rooms for his Being.

This is one of the most impressive threads on here. It is talk of things rarely talked of - as all too often the spiritual aspects tend to ignore navigation through such times. Yes - all is divinely unfolding, yet in a very real way, no-one is unaffected. When the threat of no gas was broadcast just after 9/11 - I watched a four lane highway become a car lot - people running out of gas waiting to get into the gas station, then evolved to violence at the station when they ran out of gas, then the police - the evolving was rapid and the consequences teetering on animal violence with every new hour, and that was just one small city in Ohio - for one night.
Spiritual people should address such things as this, in the present moment, while keeping the awareness of the changes. The fourth dimension is not separate from the others, they are all inclusive, unity of the three creates the fourth. The equation is in constant evolvement. As will all beliefs will be, from the most violent to the most serene. War is a Human desire, and will not be deleted from the Human equation until it serves no purpose to the survival of the race. For now - it is imperative in its belief system, it is its instinct, and as powerful to the biology as intuition is to Spirit Mind. It also possesses a unity of purpose lacking in Spiritual governance of Self or Race. Form has one driving purpose - it WILL survive regardless of cost. Being told to kill in the military is a reality, doing so when in battle is not - there are battles and personal encounters that ended when both looked into the eyes down the barrel of a gun, and walked away - all soldiers know this. Human Beings recognized each other and realized the depth of their slavery - the many generations of them aware in the same instant, and the Human stood erect.
Generals are trained in one ideal - war will not cease until all become Human Beings - the logic is to keep the death to a minimum, not wasting energy and trying to stop the battle that has a life of its own. War is instinct allowing itself to be seen by the naked eye - for awareness and a plea for unity with Spirit. Real Spirit - that knows the value of what it is seeing, and honors it as it does its Self. A quality yet to be seen with the same determination of purpose and power. Those of here with the loftiest words and intentions will see that we cannot - DO - nothing for those that do not feel the future approaching - and to entice them to our workshops, coaching seminars and rally's is not going to help them. They live in darkness - unseen - not uncaring or unworthy - they just do not ' know ' and those of us here that have attained knowledge to navigate a new dimension - will be watching the same street I watched, and the saem battle field of Human fear. We will have to walk into the dark and test our Light.

You can choose to leave physical existence anytime you desire - peacefully and gently - it is innate in all of us to do so. Yogi's did so / do so yet it is not a requirement. The body accepts its immortality, it matters not to it if it is in this body ro the next, it has passed its Self onto the children, in totality from the inception of its blood lines - male and female. So it is in all aspects immortal and consciously aware of it.
Eternity is not a length of time without end - it is total ' no time ' and accepting your immortality asks that you see that. As the moment we hear so much of - it is not measurable, so it does not actually exist in our understanding. I feel my own mortality - it is knowing that I am aware of my life - all of it since the first breath of God - Sources first breath - OM - something in nothing - BANG ! yeah it was big. I do not need to know all knowledge in time, only to trust that their are experiences awakening and returning to slumber constantly to serve this reality I am talking in now. That billions of life experiences in me are not stored within my biology, but '' Live '' there, in me - and as me. This is our immorality - and we - our very form is our eternity.
Depok Chopra wrote that we age because one day we went and asked our parents how long people live, the standard answer being - 70 to 80 years. At that instant we made a choice to die in that time frame. I must heartily agree with him too. When as a child, some cruel child or adult told you that you were ugly - you agreed to ugliness. That is where the true pain of these experiences seed from - our agreement to live within those answers we received when we asked and accepted the answer as absolute truths. If I say to someone coming to me for counsel " You are an Indigo child " they go to the internet that night and research the title and then the agreement is fed and becomes the belief, followed by behaviors and actions that mimic the newly gained knowledge.
It never meant that we would look 20 yrs old all of a life lived, nor that we would not age. I look in the mirror and see a different man there everyday, make up was designed to mask this truth of Human existence. We want it to look one way and stay there. Healthy has yet to be defined and ' not sick ' is not healthy. anymore than ' not depressed ' is happy. There are 90 year old smokers and drinkers, and somewhere a 30 year old jogger just dropped dead. Someone that did all the doctors said to died of cancer, while the woman alone cured her own cancer.
We can literally DO anything we desire - and do it forever, we just do not realize how deeply we fear this. Most complain they cannot fill a day - what will they feel when seeing the truth of eternity?

Most Biblical scholars of this and past epochs agree - the events contained in Revelation already occurred - during the fall of the Jewish Temples and the scattering. Playing across decades.
Within it is the same message of prophecy - certain paths of behavior will result in certain consequence by a race, a tribe or an individual, and of course the entire race. Just as specific dis-eases enter our energies through specific behaviors. The Christian Bible is One Holy Book - representing pretty much One Race, as there are numerous other books of the same or greater value to people and individual's. What matters is the Holy Book it awakens within you. " The Holy Spirit will cause you to remember ( re-member to ) "
Looking outward we see borders, boundaries, dimensions, limitations to expand outward, within we re-member to vastness, no place to fix our compass, yet we feel deeply it is more Home than this life, but not of more value to the whole.

I walked upon religions pathway and returned on sciences sky ways. Who was it that said work within light requires the pain of stumbling in the dark? I do not know. Are not the skills of Self-discipline the art of seeing in darkness. So where does the light not shine?
The pain returns, because it is always there - there are billions exuding such energy's into the manifestation - every nano-second. It creates as well as LOA, because it is LOA working. But the Self-discipline is a covenant between you and your Source, you and your atoms, cells, and particles. Pain never returns - for it does not flow - it paralyzes. One can only invite it in the door of Self.
