Once again, thanks. That article will be of great help to me and my wife. Just yesterday she was talking about feeling stuck, as if she was "wasting her time." I had a similar feeling earlier in the week, although I didn't even tell anyone about it, until now. Now you see why I don't believe in coincidence. Things happen with intention, even if we don't know it. I mean, you had no idea what we were going through, but yet you sent me that article. Pretty neat, isn't it?

Overall, it was a nice experience. Usually I get a peaceful sensation throughout my body and that's it. No visual stimulation of any sort. But this morning was different. The best way I can describe it is if someone was shining a flashlight right at your closed eyes. It gradually grew stronger. The only thing I can think that I had done differently was that I wasn't thinking about meditating. I just did it.
...I think I may have answered my own question.

Greetings.
I have been looking for a forum like this for a while, and even though I've been getting Adrian's newsletter, I never thought to look to see if there was a forum. Anyway, I've already posted a couple of questions on some subjects on the forum. I hope I can have some great conversations and eventually contribute once my knowledge of these subjects increase!

This morning I was determined to take the time to meditate. I went into the bathroom(since it is probably the most quiet room in the house) and concentrated on my breathing. About four or five minutes later, I started feeling really light(not floating) and even though my eyes were closed, I could "see" this bright light. I got so excited I opened my eyes. After I calmed down, I couldn't get back to that feeling.
Is that what's supposed to happen? I've never had that happen before, but then again, I've never tried meditating first thing in the morning either. If anyone could give their experiences or opinions as to what happened, it would be most appreciated!

Our Ultimate Reality / Our Ultimate Reality / Does the Law of Attraction work when you don't know what you want?

Hello!
This is my very first post so let me first say hi to everyone out there.
I've been reading about the Law of attraction. My question is, if I only have a general idea of what I want(in my case, being able to get to deep states of meditation and eventually astral projection) is it okay to manifest that type of idea? I know visualization is important, but I have no idea what to visualize as far as that stuff goes. So would the LOA be null and void with these concepts?
