Everyone here talks about this and experiencing it after laying down, but I sometimes experience it just when im walking down a hall, and all of a sudden the lil buggers are everywhere, the first itme it happened I got dizzy following them with my eyes haha. Any body else get them while standing up?

That many worlds theory sounds a lot like string theory, could it be that? String theory says something about eleven dimensions or something. Then theres another thoery that says gravity is what stops things from occupying more then one location at a time.  Something like, after your born for like .00000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000001 of a second your actually in mulitple locations?  I really can't remember most of it, I read about both in a issue of Discover dealing with Quantum Mechanics.

This is, and will probably seem like a dumb question.  Is instant travel possible?  Not for say you or me, but for like an ascended master who would come back to earth for a while, would it be possible for them, because everything is energy, to simpley poof and be someplace else?

Hello, although I've never had a obe myself I HAVE read extensively on them and have been trying to acheive one now for around two years.  I think, others will probably tell me im wrong(and i very well could be) but i think that your probably having what used to be known as a real time astral/ehterical projection,   Anyway, the reason why you dont notice any physical part, is becuase your astral/ether bodies aren't the same as your body.  Actually while in the astral body you have the ability to see 360 degrees.  Even though you dont have "eyes." in the same way you can move even though you dont have "legs" per say.  Hope this helped a little.

My name's Jake. I've been trying to OBE now for about 2 years, and still have not mustered up the right method for me apparently.  Sorry for the babbling, any way, to answer your question, it takes lots and lots of practice.  And an incredible amount of experience in the astral planes, most people(in my opinion) have to relax, meditate, and then form there go onto the astral planes and locales.  Some people can do this in a few minutes with lots and lots of practice with concentration, focus, meditation, and relaxtion. Others like me, take a half hour or so to get relaxed and in a state of meditation to even attempt.

I've never really been able to get up early, so i stick to my meditation during the afternoon and a few naps here and there to practice.  But once I did find some good information about this method, I think it was called sun-eye method to obe.  Or sometghing like that, any way, to anyone whos interested in trying this, that'd be a good resource to look up.

Just an opinion here. But wouldn't trying to be an "astral pimp" and have "astral sex" be controversial to why people have obes?  The point is to realize where were headed and what an illusion life is, not to be greedy and selfish.  But, then again, if were supposed to realize all of our desires for simply being an illusion, and then to move on from it, maybe you've got the right idea, although i doubt it.

What if, you truly feel that your energies do match with somone, however no matter how hard you try, they dont accept you as a friend/peer/etc? Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!

I'm kind of confused by the whole oponopono thing.  It seems more like a belief/religion more than a healing technique.  I mean, yes it heals, and yes it does relate to the fact that love being the highest vibration will only bring in good things to your life, but isn't it just that.  I feel like im really missing a part of this, can someone help me out?
