To be honest, I don't exactly know what to think of your posting and your ideas about gaining full control over matter - since THAT's what you want, isn't it - and then think you won't be reborn.
When I think about your "program" I remember that I heard and read again and again that psychic powers are not important, they are just something to play around with and have nothing to do with real development.
Which would be the full connection to the source.
Though of course I DO understand your wish to have full control, who wouldn't like it!
There are so many theories and I always come back to the point that we don't seem to be equipped with brain or mental tools to understand what's really going on, since nothing sounds really convincing to me!
All I can do is try to live as best as I can with the possibilities given to me.

I know my own Spiritual Evolution. I don't know my other lives but I know nowness. If I fallow the eight fold path then I will be a living Buddha, if I can balance my soul I will be a Immortal Taoist. I do not need to return to the flesh so I can watch more TV. I wont need any more lessons, & I am not dieing in this life until I learn how to Astral Project! I however will need to reincarnate to have the physical body I want! I can not feel any other way until I have it in the physical and experienced it. If I have to reincarnate based on how I look then I might not find Adrian's book in that life, or even be a Monk like I so badly wanna be. I am so wise in this life, I feel so close. I can't pass up this chance to be enlightened. So that means I have to have the physical body I want in this life.

From all this it is not clear to me how and why you think this would be your last incarnation and,  if so, that you only need to have the equivalent body or/and do out of body trips!
Is this a feeling or intuition or how do you KNOW or think to know?

I used to want to "steal" the bodies of others but Adrian says you inhabit all your bodies at the same time so someone can't steal your body when your Projecting or something. My only hope is to tell my cells a new way of being. If they knew a new way of being then they can change shape.

But why is this so important to you?
And what a weird idea to have astral projections in order to go around and find another body to occupy!
I really don't understand this!
I don't say that one body is as good as another one, since it is not true, thinking of misshapen and ill ones, but still,  a body is just a body to wrap around you and YOU are certainly not your body!
Furthermore, if you are born with a certain kind of body, it is probably meant to be like this, don't you think so?

One can use the Law of Attraction to attract perfect health, even if you are ill because of genetic causes. It is said that everyone creates there own physical body now. You always look the way you do because when you wake up and look in the mirror you expect to see you. I am on a mission to alter my genetics & my physical body. I have been trying stuff like this for a long time, always reading about Genetics. Has anyone any luck in altering there physical self with there mind?

I'd really like to hear "success stories", but real ones!
As I said in a former posting, they should be really spectacular, miracle like, e.g. a crippled person would have a perfect body, a very old one would be wrinkle free, an ugly woman pretty and all this without surgery of course, by will power and belief in it.

I need to express myself physically, this is one of the very few things I need from "life". Then I can end this cycle of reincarnation.

How do you know this for sure?

Well, I take all this with a grain of salt!
We are physical beings in a hard material world with it's own conditions.
The way to change things easily IMO seems to belong in another dimension!
Not matter that this is NOT the core of our being, which is eternal and sends out aspects of himself to experience.
The idea that we can achieve everything we want if we set our mind to it, is a very seductive one and one I have been reading about for a long time.
The crux is, however, that no one has given prove to me that it really works!
Okay, up to a certain limit it does. I know this from my own experience.
But why then has no one ever succeeded in having grown a new leg  after amputation?
Why does everybody grow old, why has there never been an 80-year old person who looked like 20?
There are millions of women on earth who would like it!
Okay, okay, I HAVE read of those, but I never saw proof, they seem to dwell in places nobody sees them. They seem to hide well!
Otherwise the media would comment on them, wouldn't they?
I haven't even seen a person with a too big nose to have it grow smaller when he wished it so or a woman having ironed out her wrinkles without surgical help.
These answers - you can achieve everything you want, you can alter your physical appearance by your mind - sounds too glib for me.
You CAN, indeed, influence your health condition - I did so successfully.
You CAN, indeed, look much younger than you are - I do so!
But I COULDN'T get fuller lips, for example, or straight hair - both I would really like!
Or how a poor crippled  woman I know, with a hunch back and a short left leg, could straighten herself out?
Dear Adrian, can you tell me concretely how to do it?
Please - DON'T tell me I don't succeed because I don't believe in it deep down!
Do you have a different answer than the one I just gave?
I really am the most willing woman on earth to believe in miracles and all things wonderful to have a great life, I really am!

How perfect is God then if he can only gain experience through his own creations? He must create in order to experience yet the experience themselves are an aspect of him already. Am I to understand that God teaches himself in this manner? If so, how can one learn what one should already know? If he is indeed Omnious, then he must already know what it is that he is trying to teach himself. So what is there to teach? What is there to experience? These are really good questions!
That we are living to be God’s experience and of course being therefore an aspect of God, is a concept that has popped up some years ago. Before then it was unheard of!
I think Walsh was the first one to state this in his “Conversations with God”.
Since then I read and I hear it everywhere.
BUT, it must NOT nessessarily be the RIGHT ANSWER!
There is, IMO, fundamentally something wrong with it.
When it comes to nice experiences like love, riches, beauty, fame, all the good things in life, I can understand it well, since one could never get enough of it, even God, I think!
BUT when it comes to torture, extreme mental misery, painful illnesses, being born misshapen, being neglected your whole life, starving, I really ask myself:
Is God in his right senses, when he wants to experience things like that again and again? The same old atrocities over and over for eons?  What kind of a strange fascination would that be? Hasn’t he got enough over the thousands and thousands of years and lives in total misery?
And we all know there is more misery in life than joy!
Is God a masochist?
Well, since that cannot be, and I refuse to believe it, I can only conclude that there is something fundamentally wrong with this theory!

So many questions! They come all down to ONE, in my opinion:
Why do we live, what is it for, why do I live this specific life, why?
The answer for me is: Not only do I not know it, but no one has ever answered this question satisfactorily for me.
This “God is experiencing himself through his creation” doesn’t sound true, it doesn't feel true, I explained why. The answers religions give, that God’s ways are his and not always understood, and He knows best and so on does sound crappy to me as well!
But this doesn’t mean the question cannot be answered! It can only not be put into words.
Because SOMETIMES I know why, but it is NOT a thought construction, I cannot put it into words, it is a FEELING, just a feeling.
This feeling I sometimes have, and you can imagine how very wonderful this is, how blessed I feel then, how connected. The question is no longer there!
Unfortunately the feeling is not a constant one.
But it is the answer I got so far…

Could, when I pass from this life on Earth, reincarnate on another planet of life forms in some other galaxy?

I think, it is quite possible. In any case, I remember, that once was the extraterrestrial form of a life in other galaxy. Now I live on the Earth. It turns out, that if transition from any other planet to the Earth is possible, return transition also is possible.

Now this is most interesting! How do you know about living somewhere else than on earth?
Please tell me about it!
Was it by "Rückführung" ? Sorry, the English word doesn't come up in  my mind right now.
It means being led into former lives, either by remembering or by trance, induced by someone else.
How did you live there, how did beings look like, how were communities set up, how, how, how...
It must have been very different from being human, wasn't it?

Yes I believe in reincarnation and that I had a twin brother pass away and reborn the next year on the day he died at the same time yet it was am instead of pm, it was my sister who gave birth to him and it seems he had chosen a life path which was totally the opposite from the life he had lived previous, a life that was to strengthen his weaknesses which had failed him previously. And the occurrences that are happening in his life now as I have have know him he would have wanted it to happen, yet as it is he can not remember its sad that certain things that have happened are in a sense part of this new learning experience he is required to go through.

And when my Grandmother passed away she was planning a trip to England, my cousin and her were so close and had so much in common, well at the time my cousin was three months due and after she had the baby (boy) my cousin left with her boyfriend to live in England for three years, and funny enough my Grandmother also wanted to come back as a boy as well. When they got back to Australia her son said a name that my grandmother nicknamed my grandfather which her son would have never known and which totally surprised my cousin.

Looking at these two situations I see that great opportunities come up in which   
we have a opportunity to move into a new form which is going to greatly support and nourish the souls journey in its next life so that it can ultimately fulfill its purpose, and if it is giving up the previous life to attain this, it is well worth the sacrifice. Yet I feel we don't or should have any control over this.

Teleportation is absolutely real. But again only for those with a high enough level of Mind Power.

Ok so how possible is the ability to speed - slow down or even freeze time? I understand that you cant manipulate "objective time" meaning the time everyone is perceiving and lives by. However, I have experienced some form of Time Distortion where minutes seem alot longer than they should, and yet the person next to me experiences a faster perception in time stating that this was all over too quick. I mean I have read in "Erickson's" book of a lady able to count about over 800 cotton balls within 3 seconds of world time! My question is how would this look to someone witnessing this? Would they be moving super fast or something?

A witness wouldn't realise anything unusual, I presume!
We really seem to live in different spheres, all of us.
But then we are, of  course, limited in our perceptions.
If we experienced the timelessness of time or the simultaneity of everything there was, is and will be, we would probably go mad, at least it would paralyse us.
At least I think so!

Yes, Adrian, I really know all this and I do my very best to bring myself into the mood every day, but it is not so easy as it sounds!
Still I am improving bit by bit.
About my upbringing ...
I experienced no corporal punishment, but emotional neglect and rejection.
My parents didn't like each other, my mother hated her life, herself and everybody else, especially me, her eldest daughter. My father was never there for me. He retreated into himself.
The atmosphere was cold, strained and really bad. I cried  so much, I was so unhappy.
In addition I thought it was all my fault, the way children think in such families.
I felt worthless and wrong all over and I was the loneliest child and young person on earth.
It would have helped so much had there been books to tell me that parents can be all wrong.
I've learned much from books over the years!
I am even older than you and the atmosphere in Germany was all over stifling then.
I felt so helpless and very often I still do.
The worst is that I feel to have wasted my  life, my youth, my intelligence. I regret so much I did against my feeling. But when you are convinced to be wrong in everything you think and feel, than you never trust yourself and you think everybody else knows better!
But I know too that it is absolutely useless to feel and  think that way. I couldn't help it, it seems to have been my karma or what else and I can only start NOW.
Again and again and all over NOW.

Wouldn't it make sense to raise your vibrations if your going to manifest anything? To manifest riches and aboundance you must match the vibration of that reality right? How exactly would you do that!? Just be simply believing that you already have it, and have absolute faith?

I do affirmations a lot! I tell myself over and over again that I deserve all the good things in life and to be happy and that I am a wonderful person.
I feel that this indeed has already helped a lot, at least I feel much better about my situation.
Given time and patience and not letting go of these exercises and NOT losing hope I am convinced much can be achieved and that slowly, slowly we raise our vibrations and get into resonance with what we need and wish for.

Okay, Adrian,
but then the next questions is: how do you do that effectively and how long does it take?
Right now I think it is quite a long process, at least with me!
I started to better myself and my life a very long time ago, in the dark days without computers. You were very isolated then!
Of course there were various books and groups, but the information was slow and hard to get and you could so easily be led into wrong directions.
I found out far, far too late in my life that I could and should always trust my gut instinct, my feelings about people and things and plans.
If you know this, you cannot go wrong!
That's why I think young people who find  the way into the spiritual dimensions are really blessed now.
On the internet they can read about many directions, they can join forums, feel connections.
I come from a dysfunctional family and this was so very bad for me!
There was no information then, only that parents  were always right and children had to obey and when their parents didn't like them, it was the child's fault.
Growing up like this and feeling unloved and all wrong is disastrous for a person.
I needed so much time to overcome the bad feelings about myself, to really know that I am a wonderful human being!
But that's the way it is! Complaining doesn't help, I must  start each day anew to help myself.

using the mantra the whole day long, whenever you remember it, seems to be a really good thing!
I  always try to do this with my favoured affirmation, but a mantra may be much more effective.
Just one question:
What kind of a mantra is yours? Did you choose it yourself somehow or did you get it from others? I, for example, have got a mantra a long time ago from the transcendental meditation movement. You probably know that it is supposed to be secret and taboo - which for me, though I have not been with this movement for a long time, it still is!
Have you got a TM mantra too?
