Hello. A friend was telling me about a mirror and candle technique whereby a person can see what they looked like in past incarnations. He couldn't remember specifics. Does anyone have information on how to accomplish this?

I would say this is highly unlikely, or unreliable at best. Each personality, e.g. your current one only experiences one life, it is your Higher Self that experiences multiple lives; your Higher Self being the total of all lives. Therefore to gain access to past life knowledge involves communicating with your Higher Self through your Subconscious Mind.

There is little if anything to be gained by this knowledge, indeed it can be a negative, which is why this knowledge is blocked from the conscious Mind.
