Either consciously or unconsciously from the level of the soul, we are seeking to realign with source…to bridge the gap from the little isolated self to become once again realigned with source…the pure energy that is at the bases of our beings is always seeking, being drawn back to where it came from…we as the human self, become aware of this transcending experience, of this journey, then we have the ability that no other creature of this earth has…to consciously take measures to once again reconnect to our source…to reinvent who and what we are….transfiguration…


We are a mass of vibrating subatomic particles of energy….our thoughts, our memories, our emotions, every little thing we experience, each and every person, place or thing that we are conscious of are also composed of this same energy….all that we are conscious of, is a part of our energetic body.

We are also flesh and blood…a physical fleshly body made up of millions of cells….we are both fleshly beings and spiritual beings.

Since humans, unlike any other creatures of the earth have the gift of “self awareness” we have the ability to increase the vibration of our individual bodies which in turn lifts our level of consciousness/awareness and understanding, thus opening us up as individuals to tools to further increase our vibrations, which then increases our consciousness/awareness and understanding, a never ending cycle…

There are many measures that we can take to increase the vibration of the particles that make up our “self”.

Exercise to allow life energy that is at the bases of our cells to flow, sweating to release toxins from our bodies which allows this life energy to flow more freely…meditation is very important to quiet the chattering of our thoughts and to relieve stress, exercise is also very important in ridding ourselves of stress and stress blocks the flow of life energy from moving through what we could view as our human bodies…the food that we consume affects our personal vibrations greatly…the more dead the food is that we put into our bodies, the more physical toxins that build up in the deep tissues of our bodies….drugs either prescription or street drugs can lessen the amount of life energy from flowing through us….consuming large amounts of alcohol slows the flow…smoking cigarettes, causes great darkness to build within our bodies…another very important thing to partake in when it is your conscious decision to accelerate the particles of your being is to seek “source” with all of your heart , mind and soul through prayer and the denial of the flesh…

All things hold a frequency according to their level of consciousness/awareness….the more conscious, the greater the vibration held, the greater the vibration, the higher the frequency… the greater the frequency, the closer to source we are.

Source holds the greatest frequency, for us as human beings to draw close to source, it is a journey….we are all on this same journey…each person taking different paths, holding a different vibration, each person with a different perception and understanding as to what source is and how to realign with the frequency held by source.

Source to me is “God”….God being the thing that brought me into manifestation, it is the creator…God to me is a constant unchanging vibration…there is a spark of “God” within all of us because God is the energy at the bases of our cells, of our being...this makes us all a part of the one body of God.

We as individuals do not hold the same frequency as “God”…we are experiencing a lesser vibration…but God did create us, us as in humans to be as he is…he created us in such a way that we could rise up to hold the same vibration as he does…

There is only one human being  to have ever walked within the physical 3D world in the fullness of his being…to walk fully as “God”…to hold the same frequency within his consciousness as source…to be God…this person is known as Lord Jesus…the son of God, the saviour of the world.

We are a mass of vibrating particles held together by a magnetic force…..the spirit/life force/frequency of Jesus….it can flow, build and rise within the mass of particles that we are...thus lifting us as the limited, fleshly self to a higher state of being…to lift us as individuals to the state of being, the frequency in which he stands….

Fasting is a very important part of this….not to fast for weight loss or for health reasons so much as to fast to seek source with all of our beings…to draw closer to God…

Fasting is not only a physical experience, but a very spiritual act…so when we fast, we should not only follow certain physical guidelines but spiritual ones…I believe the greatest thing we can achieve through fasting is to raise up to the full statue of Christ….for the very particles of our beings to be lifted as both physical and spiritual blockages are met and defeated by the life force of Jesus which clears the house/temple/mass of particles we are…as these things are cleared from within us, it opens up space for the spirit/life force of Jesus to rise up from within us.

There are dark forces within the spirit world that will cause us to experience great resistance to fast in search of God….these forces do not want humans to connect with the life force of Jesus...to seek Jesus through fasting, we will have to use spiritual measures to cut through these blockages.

These forces hold a certain frequency and these other frequencies stop the flow of life energy from flowing through us, forcing us to experience separation from source…the life energy I am speaking of is the pure energy at the bases of all things…this is “God”

The closer we get to source, the more resistance we will experience…

All things in our world are symbols….why would we call going without food fasting…to go faster, means to accelerate…when we fast searching for God, our particles go FASTER…we created this thing and gave it this name “fasting” to help remind us….

The person or thing that Jesus was and is holds a certain frequency as all things do….the faster the particles are moving and colliding, the greater the vacuum affect …as we fast searching for Jesus, not religion but the actual life force of Jesus…our particles accelerate because the spirit of Jesus rises from within...we as an individual are then lifted to this vacuum that the force field of Jesus is…we actually are drawn to him.

John 12:32

“But I, when I am lifted from the earth, I will draw all men to myself.”


We are to deny the little self so that a higher self can rise from within…..this means that we no longer view ourselves as separate from the rest of humanity, that we see ourselves as a much bigger self, the body of Christ…to deny the desires of our flesh….this can mean many things….the giving up of drugs, cigarettes, coffee, pop, masturbation, looking at porn, gambling, any type of sexual perversion…any discomfort that we may feel should be focused into prayer for the suffering of humanity…our lives are not meant to be lived just to serve our individual selves but the whole of what we are…as we deny the little self, the things which block the flow of life will be torn down, they will be trimmed from us, transforming us from the inside out…this is what transfiguration is…as we draw closer to God, our particles accelerate…we are lifted and drawn to source…the very particles of our being becoming illuminated…we realign, we are reborn…as we give ourselves over to be used, God from within sustains us, lifting us to Himself…


We are all a part of the one heart….a metaphysical heart…just as there are millions of different cells that make up our physical heart, there are countless numbers of cells in our metaphysical heart as well…these cells are represented by our brothers and sisters in the family of humanity …to awaken our metaphysical heart to its fullest capacity...our lives have to be used in such a way that includes all of mankind...as we allow love to flow through us through our “CONSCIOUS INTENT” we become consciously connected to all of humanity, including all of its suffering...this is what is meant by the “Christ heart”…if it is not truly your intent to help raise mankind from the darkness of this dimension, while still in your flesh, you will experience separation from your brothers and sisters and from your creator, from source, from God…it has everything to do with what your true intentions are because it is your intentions that are the force that pushes the acceleration of the particles that make you, “you”…

Love is not an emotion or a thing…love is not what we as a species believe it to be...it reaches far beyond our human comprehension…love to me is a state of being, a vibration...love to me is who and what Jesus is…pure love, pure energy…to become a fully functioning heart in all of its spheres, we have to allow this love energy to flow through us, lifting us, awakening us…

Hello Dear Sherry and Everyone,

I must say this is a very beautiful expression here and I deeply vibe with this!! I did see this posted in several places, I will express that I feel it is only necessary to say it once as we are to release Divinely given expressions and leave the results to GOD who is handling all the details. And there is no way to suppress GOD whom says of IT Self that IT IS OmniPresent, Omniscient and OmiPotent Spirit BEing. As we can see here now in these times, ITs hardly been able to be suppressed. This message will be received by the ones whom have the awareness to see IT. Trust.

The only place I differ with you in definitions of language being translated here is in the way you are expressing 'dark forces' as something separate from ourselves or outside of ourselves. I do not see this at all however that is just what I was shown. Because there is nothing that was not made by the ONE. And we are ONE with the ONE. So, given the multitude of mathematical equations of possibilities by multiplication not by addition or subtraction, we are all capable of having these dark forces of energy within ourselves and do until we apply ourselves in understanding alchemy and geometry.

Regeneration or Particle Acceleration is not possible until we see first, the unregenerate state of where we may be seeing we are currently believing from and that this is what is influencing, reinforcing our current thinking that this is the only way of life.

And so we tend to live from this level of awareness until we are awakened to rise up and above this current level of 'seeing' things. This idea is in harmony with Adrian speaking of young children having imaginary friends. They are not imaginary to children only to adults whose Eye has been covered over and so cannot see into the realms due to blockage of the Eye. Children's Eye(s) are wide open and do see these things. They fear them because they lack the support of the parent to believe what they are seeing or being Intuitive sense the fear of the parent while perhaps not expressed yet being held within.

Why do children see 'dark energy' forces? Well, I shared in another post that this world was created in rebellion. Truth. As beautiful as it is folks. A wayward child did this to hide from ITs Parent. And since Parent is Formless, IT devised a plan to hide IT Self in form where IT thought IT could hide. Ah, just fairy tales in some minds. What do I know? After all, I am very childlike and tend to see things differently from the collective consciousness' ways of seeing.

We all have the elements of darkness and light within, just depends on the current equation. What's your mixture made up of in this moment? It can be altered. Sacred Alchemy, Sacred Geometry applied together brings out the GOD in one by placing oneself into the Holy Fire, the Violet Flame.
