Our Lifes Purpose?!?

I hear a lot of talk about us learning to know our lives purpose. What is our life's purpose? Do we all have our own life purpose or is it the purpose of human life in general?

Darrell has posted a wonderful response, a way of answering this question in the Projections of Consiousness forum. It doesn't get any simpler than this. Truly. You are living your life purpose in this moment. Will you still be doing what you are doing in say, a month? a year? and however long you wish to project into the time continuum? Why ask why? IT is a getting back into our present moment, which is being experienced in this expression or form of now. It is simple but easy? Well, only we can decide as unique expressions of One Mind, One Source of All. Alchemy, a melting pot of experiences in the same 'pot if you will..... I leave you with some thoughts to consider taken from my recent blog:

I assumed when I read things like "You will know your life's true purpose" or "Do what it is your sent here to do", they are stating that we are supposed to be doing something specific.. So by the responses, I take it that we are not sent here to do anything in particular - but only just to experience?

That is the particular my friend. Each experience is particularly unique. It's the Hellooo! My life is happening and it's happening right now experience.

In my understanding you mean by specific as in having an experience by becoming president, astronaut or a famous someone. Well that's true for the ones who are fulfilling their position in this picture as one playing a role but that has nothing to do with who they really are. These are just what they are here to do. Play their part in this experience. Some are here to be moms, dads, teachers, grave diggers (yes, I said that), grocery store clerks, garbage collectors, the homeless and on and on. Every one is playing their roles as 'God' in taking their various positions.

We are not complete if we do not fulfill by living in our 'now spot'. You are right where you are by Divine Intention. If you have aspirations to do something else, the 'hints' and steps to get you there will unfold in your life. You can Trust that everything is working out perfectly and All is well. You are right where you are by Good Orderly Direction and a Divine Plan. There are no accidents or coincidence. How do I know? Will you give consideration here? Are you where you were as a child? You have progressed. All life is progression. It's as natural as the sun rises and sets. We just forget.

I quit watching tv years ago amongst stopping other activities, not hard for me as I was more of an outside girl. Having also worked in the Beauty industry for years I was very aware of how ones would wish to look like someone else. I really made an effort to bring out the unique qualities in the individuals who sat in my chair because it saddened me to see the angst and what others were willing to do at all costs to have the acceptance of a shifting bar of what was all that and not. Who is deciding these things and causing so much despair, grief and dissatisfaction within the collective consciousness of our global society?

We've all participated. I got to a point where I couldn't be around it any longer. I know it seems I am getting off topic here but I am relating this to the pressure of striving and achieving a false sense of accomplishment and greatness created by a consumer society.

We are here to experience our lives the way they are right now, the rest will take care of itself as it always has. We are here to be happy in the living of them. As Darrell shared in Are We God?, it's about engaging 'God' our Higher Self our True Self within in the everyday.
Knowing I Am Enough.

Just encouraging you L, You are perfectly where you are meant to be right now. It is in the peaceful acceptance of this that opens the flow to being open to the totality of possibilities that are available to you right now when you are in the Eternal Now as Adrian shares, you can hear what your Higher Self is saying because you know without a doubt you are God expressing as L Lawliet. What 'would, could, should, YES!! the choices are endless, we are never 'stuck' to anything, we just think we are (BEing in dream state)  ...we do without you taking your rightful place? Hmmm... Well, in my quirky view of my own question here, I'm hearing an echo, an(d) swer (pass the peas, please, a bowl of 'p's' definition? Fill in your own blanks/ p = __________? In Your Honest Opine yun? (Your opinionn of yourself is reflecting...where you are 'placing' your POWER...did I just logos that?!?

Great question L and juliainkc with a beautiful response as always - glad to see your back . I was  wondering this all myself too L, about our true purpose and why we are here. Many products on the market today seems to slip that statement in when describing what their producets does for you - "You will open up to your Higher self and God and realise your true purpose in the world". I read such things all the time. I prefer to live my life by my own accord and nothing else. I do what I want, simple as that. Such products gives me the thought that they are trying to change me, so I forgo them entirely. To be honest I almost blew this site off at first - glad i didn't - Oops gotcha glasses again

I too, that's the beauty of free will. Sadly our free will is somewhat limited by higher influences like the government, laws, other people in powerful positions.

Warm Welcome and Hello To All
Interesting topic as usual here on the forum.
Unless I'm all messed up and tangle foot in my thinking and belief factors,
 here is how I feel and see it:
 1 - We are not sent here.
 2 - One willingly comes here.
 3 - We experience.
 4 - One is not forced to do anything
 5 - One can just sit or rest until ready to go at it all again.
 6 - We learn how to cope with those experiences.
 7 - We grade and critique our own efforts as pass - no pass.
 8 - Pass give the opportunity to move to a higher level of spiritual
      awareness, if desired.
 9 - No pass give the opportunity to try again, or try again at another time.
10 - All the experiences are toward achieving Unconditional Love our purpose
      for being here, not necessarily a specific style of activity.
11 - Unconditional Love achieved and service helping mankind advance, gives
      one true knowledge of the God Spirit.
12 - What more would one need or want!
