I am reading much today, and spend time with you, and share Love, because all my Friends have left me, so I dwell now in my "Sacred Chamber of Love". 

This is appropriate for Louis and Goonie...And I can testify it's true...we can remain ageless, and see our physical being as Beautiful, by loving it and being grateful and appreciative of it.

What if you could re-invent yourself, create a new "you" that was free of all of the pain, mistakes, bad choices and limitations that you believe have created the person you are at this moment (and may not like very well). What if it was possible for you to let all of that go, pretend it did not happen and instead, create the life you wish you had chosen? It is possible to reinvent yourself and it does not take a team of Hollywood makeup artists. You can create a new "you" just by wanting it but there are two criteria, you must get out of the way and you have to choose what you want to be.
 
Every night as we sleep our body undergoes a wonderful process of regeneration and renewal. These processes are essential to life and they are done when our conscious mind is turned off because it would get in the way. So we are put to sleep so our body can do its cleanup work to create a new "us" in the best and most efficient way possible. And here's pare of the secret to self re-invention, every morning we awaken with a new body, cells and potential for a new life.
 
We have two ways of looking at ourselves, as misfits and failures or as powerful beings who can be re-created any day and at any time. But the concept of limitless is just too much for us. So we create boundaries to our limitless power by remind ourselves of our mistakes, bad choices, fears and limitations. This satisfied the ego's need for boundaries and we feel better about not honoring our limitless nature. And we wish we could re-invent ourselves, change our life, make different choices and become a different person. It is possible when we stop wishing, trying and judging ourselves into a new reality.
 
If we suspend our judgment we would see how life is simply a series of choices that are no more than events on our life journey. They have no meaning other than the one we give them and what one person would describe as terrible another would see as a miracle. These events reflect our ego's need to feel powerful and the soul's desire for healing. So every "bad" choice you made is just a choice. To reinvent yourself, do a daily memory cleanse, where you purge your judgments about yourself and your life, replacing every limiting thought with a positive one. As you change your focus, you will change the energy of your life and before too long, the person you want to be will be the person you are.

This came at the right time. I was getting down on myself about not have the potential to accomplish what I want. I have some very "impossible" goals here. There really is no Impossible, ET Tech taught me that. The point is this reminds me the unlimited potential I have deep down inside. I just need to tap into it.

This is why I want to be conscious while I'm asleep so bad. We poison our bodies with food everyday so we must connect with the Source at night so the body can rejuvenate. It is at this time that the body can change at the Genetic Level but only with a large amount of Conscious awareness. This is when Baki made his changes. I can do this task, I must or I'll always wonder what I could have done as I'm unhappy about my life all the while.

Lol, its almost as if you guys just circled back around to what I have been telling you all along. Could have sworn I mentioned using Lucid Dreaming as a practice; becoming completely conscous while your body is asleep. Actually you can obtain this level under deep meditation. So u dont have to wait until you go to sleep goonie,, err.. Adonis G
