It can get overly technical with respect to the idea of creating reality, and it serves a purpose I suppose, but the underlying theme of any action one takes towards this goal has to be
trust.
I found myself in a spiritual, mental, and emotional jam around ten years ago, and reached an absolute low-point.
I could have checked out right then and there, but that's not my style. I almost did though due to the simple suffering involved.
So I had to make a desicion with respect to the rest of my life. But I did not know exactly what I wanted.
So I made a pact on the deepest level of my being I could reach. This was not too hard, since I was at an absolute low-point anyways.
The pact was with "the universe". I don't care how you call it and it matters not. Some people call it God.
The pact was as follows:
1) I will fully
acknowledge and "accept" the reality I am in right now.
2) I will hang in there for another five years.
3) I will not waste any good opportunity given to me that comes along.
4) If in doubt whether it is a good opportunity, I will do the
work necessary on a manifest level to honour that pact even if it doesn't pan out.
5) I will trust completely whatever the outcome even if it feels like loss in the process.
6) Even if that means no opportunity and checking out in five years in a natural way.
So now I'm living in another country, have a great wife, have a great job, and life looks good.
I think I'll stick arund for a couple of more decades knowing I will be taken care of.
