I'm very excited to see an expansion of like minds finally in one website! So, with that, I will begin first by apologizing. I lack a great vocabulary and some ideas, thoughts and beliefs are not translated - or explained for that matter - for someone with the mind like mine, so forgive and of my future elementry, random as well as scattered discussions.

I've recently come upon a book written by a well known man. I'm sure you've heard of the author Dan Brown and his inspiring, as well as controversial topics, in a few books. The one that fascinates me is that of The Lost Symbol. The main reason why I'm so fascinated with it is mainly due to his introduction to me about Noetic Science: basically summing it up into metaphysics, mind over matter and human consciousness.

What interests me more than anything is the possibility that thought creates a sort of matter that could quite possibly manifest itself into the physical world. Along with that, is it quite possible - going hand in hand with astral as well as mental projection - to create a world of your own; your version of heaven or hell or a simple area in which is parallel to this world, but without the constrictions of today's understanding of physics? If you can create this world of your choosing by thought, can you actually live in it either during this life, or in the afterlife?

Then again, if this world is created, is it truly real to the terms of what we define as real?

I know I'm getting beyond myself with this one, but it truly does inspire and fascinate that there are endless possibilities that the mind has. Just like our universe that surrounds us, our minds are just as similar; no one has even come close to fully explaining the brain's functions.

I would also like to add something as well to this topic.

Shadow form, shadow people, ghosts, negative and positive energies . . . perhaps created by our own consciousness and gathering into a form. Perhaps that these "ghosts" are not of dead relatives - though some may actually be, but imagine a source of energy that feels familiar, empowering and yet gives you the heebee jeebees. These shadow forms (I use the term shadows because I don't see lit up beings, I see shadow forms only) could quite possibly be our own conscious created energy; there aiding us, watching us, or whatnot. They could be in another plane of the universe, yet be here with us at the same time. It could also be possible that they could be a formation of energies - ranging from positive energy (love, happiness, joy, laughter, etc.) or negative energy (fears, hate, rage, depression, etc.). I focus more on the shadow than I do the lightened side of me as the shadow is the reflective image that many people tend to not want to see.

Anyhow, I think I'm done talking. Haha.

A welcome to you

I would feel noetic sciences would invite you to know that the shadow - the powerful knowing flows into mind from the sleepers within the cells, and micro-universe within.  Ghosts that appear in the mind from voices long forgotten, summoned by the brain at the minds command.

When you think awhile on heaven and hell, do they not appear in your reality? Nothing is the canvas of everything.

Hello IsaoftheVeil and All Sharing Souls,
Second welcome to the forums.
Triple header going here. Three mods in a row, WOW.
You'll like the table setting here, as most every post will show.
Enjoyed your use of the term 'heebee jeebees', been a long time since I used it or even heard it said.
Don't take it wrong, but I believe you'll fit right in with my wide range of 'normal insanity' as your post indicates.
Ah yes, so many questions, that beg clarification, and when anything that seems to fit as an answer arrives, one still can be left wondering.
Be Well

Yes I fudged the reply up, but I couldn't help myself. Hahaha. Interesting forums I've read, but I do have something that is a bit unrelated in THIS current forum: time.

Because I'm learning a bit of Noetic Science - and I can safely say I'm no expert - I can say that from my researching, the mind is capable of many things. I've always felt this pull since my early childhood of many magical things, but time . . . that's a whole new ballgame.

To a child, time does not exist. This could be explained in simple terms that the child has not learned of it, but perhaps . . . the child should never learn of time. Think of it this way: perhaps time does not exist. Time is just a simple frame of mind set by the elders in order to create death? To create youth? To create the time in which a woman and man should mate and have children? Time is always on the minds of many adults as well as young adults, but no . . . not for the child. I would almost have to say - the child is correct in assuming that there is no time. This would, perhaps, keep us young - unchaining us from those age-old labels of "Old timer", "Crone", "Old man", "Elder", etc. Any frame of thought from many countless minds can in fact, over time, create a stigma of what is aged by time.

Time could quite possibly false - a lie to keep us mortal and fearful of the unknown. Perhaps we should cut that chain to where we can truly live and be free?
