What a beautiful video!!! It totally sums up the 'shadow' the darkness that is a part of us which can never be conquered or subdued but needs be reintegrated in our persona in order to make the passage of the soul from mortal to immortal.

Rihanna is very talented, true and real. No posing, no pretending, no masks of devious feminity to hide behind exploiting the "man's nature" as sadly a lot of young performers are doing.  I am totally with you here sister.

Laura, I actually missed the music in the 80's because I was in the throes of Back to the Bible years!!

My hair is very long dark not black, and straight, due to my lazy ass to cut it. Big hair? Never had it. Had very thick hair at one moment. My daughters inherited it.  I give you a breast and some hair I said. Feminine humor...guys:wink:

Truth. I personally enjoy shorter hair, it's just the every 4 week commitment. Not my forte at this moment.

I might add that the particular song of Danzig I linked too, isn't that dark. But I know a bit about the guy and he's very into dark, occult, satanism stuff. So perhaps it's better to ignore him

But since I've listened to Danzig for some time in the past (and still like some of their songs) I also did recognize his resemblance almost instantly in that video clip you posted and wondered if you people know about the resemblance also.

One of favourite musicians is Bob Marley..I feel he was way ahead of his time with his lyrics and was a special messenger...I also LOVE Michael Franti ...he is a beautiful soul and is raising awareness around the globe!

I feel that in New Zealand we are lucky to have an abundance of conscious music spanning almost all genre's ...I believe the music made here has greatly assisted people here to raise their consciousness!
