Is there anyone here who could assist in Lucid dreaming and OBE techniques.  I have been trying for a while, but seem to hitting a "block". I have been  recording my dreams, but cannot seem to remember them all and in detail.  I know that you should write down immediately on waking, etc, but does not seem to be working for me.  I am a very deep sleeper and have tried calea, but this has not helped either.  I have tried the various relaxation exercises and affirmations.  I also meditate daily.
Please help!

I have been writing down my dreams for over a year and i noticed that my dream record becomes much better if try writing even a little detail and then in some days after it i can write down about one page and few times i remembered six different dreams. When you wake up plays a crucial role. Sometimes i cannot remember anything. Try waking up after 6 or 7.30 hours of sleep when you're in REM phase and dont move. Replay the dream from the end to start and then write it down. Or you can move back in the position when you wake up. This could help you remember dreams.

Check here for links for LD under Po Svetu.

Hello,

I am recording my dreams now for 6 months and I have had 3 lucid dreams. I write them down on a blok of paper, and then, in the evening I type and reread them on my PC (+- 20 minutes a day). This step may be important because in the evening you have more influence on your unconcious mind. Last month I have an average dream recall of 2 per night.

2 of the 3 lucid dreams where a sort of OBE:
I knew I was dreaming and I was in my village with some friends. I thought: "if this is a dream I will be able to fly". I took of and fly above the village, it seems very real and after 30 seconds I was back and awake.

The second time I was in a house that I don't know. I knew I was dreaming and thought: "if this is a dream I will be able to put my hand through this wall." I tried it and it worked! I even saw a glimps (bright yellow) of my "etheric body". I realised what was happening and I was SHOT back into my body.

if someone have had similar experiences, plz post them!!!

Oh, I have tried some Calea for invoke vivid dreaming. Until know it has'nt worked for me. I am smoking the Calea 10X extract. The first day I tried 0.1g. I remembered almost nothing. Then I tried 0.2 g. This worked a little. Yesterday I had smoked 0.4g and I had a very realistic dream, but it was'nt lucid. I think the best you can do is smoke at least 0.5 (2 cigy's of 2.5) and perhaps then dreaming becomes lucid.

I did it!!!! my first lucid dream - amazing! dreamt i was flirting with some guys going down the escalator on our way to the movies - to show off I thought i would slide down the side of the escalator. while doing this I realised i was dreaming and imagined I could fly. I flew backwards and forwards, up and down, doing flip-flops, etc, basically just showing off.  one of the guys grapped hold of my foot and I woke up! I was dissapointed that the dream ended to quickly.  When I awoke though, my whole lower body was numb and I realised that I could probably OBE from there, but declined cos I felt that I was probably not ready. Stupid, I know, but am ready for this next time round.

Oh by the way, I have been reading that vitamin B6 and calcium assists in lucid dreaming - have tried it and had my first lucid! see the following sight

some interesting stuff here

Malganis & Hyperion thanx for the replies - I am trying a voice recorder at the moment which seems to be working better.  As soon as I wake, I try and recall the dream, record it and write it down later during the day. Even if I just remember one or two words - it seems to come back in more detail when I replay the recorder.
