Dear Darrell,
1000 is but a number, but I wished, for some reason to make my one thousandth post particularly meaningful, and you provided the perfect prelude to do that - thank you again.
What we perceive to be suffering is all part of our path of evolution. You can be absolutely sure, beyond question, that we are never, ever, ever tested beyond our ability to accept and prevail in the completion of those tests, no matter our age or situation. It is on the anvil of what we perceive as suffering that our future strength, understanding and above all evolution, or more specifically initiation is forged.
If life were easy it would be meaningless. That does not mean we must be miserable, far from it, we should be joyful, but when challenges do present themselves we should accept them eqully joyfully as a Divinely provided opportunity to evolve.
I enjoyed a reasonable modest but happy childhood for which I am grateful, but I have been presented with many tests since, during the course of my seeking of the last 40 years or so, but which, looking back, have all made perfect sense. It would have been easy in those moments to simply give up in every sense of the word, but I always knew there was a greater purpose, the very reason I am here. It simply made me stronger and better equipped for what was in my future.
One thing I do know is that it matters not how dark or hopeless a situation might seem - if we know our true reality as a Divine, infinite aspect of Source, God, and that providing we do not fight a situation with our Ego, our conscious Mind, but rather have Faith in the certainty of a perfect outcome by virtue of the perfection of which we are an equal aspect, then there always will be a perfect outcome - and this has certainly always been my own experience.
As I have mentioned before - if I had my time again I would not change a thing, and I am more than grateful for the tests I have faced and prevailed over to be where I am today. I suppose I could say in a way that I "suffered" so that others did not have to.
Any non-physical Being observing Earth will tell you that the Energy emanating from Earth, or more specifically from humans collectively is absolutely horrific. To them Earth seems far worse than any human concept of hell because of the dark oppressive, negative Energy emanating from this planet. These are the Energies that must be transmuted as we progress through the transition.
In the meantime we must raise our vibration above these levels by focusing on the glories within, and not on the dramas without. Of course we must always at the same time extend selfless service, compassion and Unconditional Love to all fellow aspects of ourselves and God and thereby help them to raise their vibrations as well. Helping to raise the vibrations of just one person is a wonderful thing, and one that brings its blessings although that should never be a motive.
You are absolutely correct Darrell - we cannot fix what has already been done, and neither should we endeavour to do so. Our mission is to focus only on the untold glories that are already ours within, so they will, in due course, gloriously manifest without.
The Kingdom of Heaven is within us, and soon we shall have the Kingdom of Heaven on Earth.
In Love and Light,
Adrian.

Hi Adrian, Darrell & MelodyThe way people choose to eat, drink and live their lives today result in tremendous Energy deficiencies and imbalances, which must manifest in to physical experience. What energy imbalances specifically?! Every time I try to be a Vegan or Fast for even a day it becomes harder and I fail quicker each time. It is as if each time I try and fail I believe less and less that I can succeed. I am so sick of eating Dairy, it makes my heart beat to fast and hard. It makes me lose my hair maybe, It makes me feel tired & or out of control. I however have Mental problems with my Fruitatarian Diet. It messes with my head & even though I have more energy and my stomach does not growl or anything I can't stop thinking about cheese foods. All I have read over the years and all I know doesn't help much. Please what can I do to fix the energy. I have tried everything to remind myself not to eat dairy. Should i be fasting? Should I fast while walking for a long time? Should I do any exercise while fasting? Is this maybe why I am failing? I am so uncertain.Hello Darrell,
I sense your pain on this subject throughout your posts. And it truly does not belong to you. Nevertheless, it would not be of an enlightened position to return all this crap back to those who originated it. Simply ask God to dissolve it and transmute it... Despite your sympathy Melody I do not sense pain in Darrell. It seems that he has gotten over it & is just using it as an example. The Source is many things, and one of them is the Divine Light. I agree with you, one is most wise to surrender negative emotions to the Divine Light.I also say to give it to God to them, let the Universe - Earth have it, let it be transmuted, but this is not always effective for them, was not for me either. I deal in what works. When we release the energy's it goes to them anyway. We will at some point see in a very clear way how our choices made everyone in our life feel, and even unto thee ones it ripples out to we do not see it could. We will know how we made them feel, by feeling as they did. It is not at all unenlightened to return energy's that belong to another left behind. Sure Negativity of others do not belong to you. There are mental Mirror techniques and other things you can do to protect yourself from Psychic attacks. Since those people have passed on there Negativity to you they no longer have it and feel better, that is why they do it. When people say to others they know "I don't needs your shit today" they are using words to tell someone off because they are over whelmed. Had they protected themselves in the first place they wouldn't feel that way. However once you have already taken the Negative energy into you, it is best to connect with the Devin & send it back to the source. Forgiveness, Compassion & Unconditional Love are good Virtues to transmute this Negative energy once it already poisons your soul. You can not really give it back at that point.I also will not engage in another God / Bible diversion here. Of all the words posted by me on this thread and others, you highlight only those you disagree with. How ' enlightened ' is that? In Melody's defense she is a very logical person searching for answers. It seems like she comes from the Philosophy "If no one says anything then there isn't anything wrong" so she brings up things that she feels might be wrong while the things she agrees with she does not say anything about. This is my take on her, that she wants to bring up things that she questions so people can explain it more. It might serve well as a tool for Evolution.
I am not done reading this forum yet guys, Its very early in the morning and I feel awful after breaking my fast on foods that doesn't even matter. I just don't know where I am going to find the strength now, I tried everything already.

Melody, You are not sensing pain. The pain is long gone for me personally. I have worked with many that have this pain, but it is theirs and do not make it my own.

Hello Darrell, I am glad you no longer have the pain. And it was a too strong a word to use on my part. But the fact that you bring this subject up in various discussion threads in this forum indicates that you are still very much preoccupied with this subject, The discussion often seems to turn back to this focal point, or touches on it, or even originates from it. I also understand that the unconditional releasing and transmuting of such negative types of energy is not easy as we are only human beings, and would like those who accosted to feel our pain and to suffer in their turn. This is a sense of justice and at time even of revenge. It is hard for us, human beings, to let go of the perpetrator completely, and just deliver him mentally to the Source. It also might be difficult because the Source is a rather abstract and almost scientific type of a concept, and therefore one can hardly get emotional about it. And many just no longer believe in any personable God, since he did not help them anyways when they were being accosted. So the question arises, how does one transmute the negative energy in this case if one does not accept God, feels unmoved about the scientific-Quanta-type of the Source, and would like the perpetrator to know and experience himself what he has done? Balancing of the chakras, I am sure, would help. But I don’t believe it would eradicate all the energetic remnants of such negative experiences. One would still have the tendency to keep the past experience somehow in the focus of one’s being. And it is not to disown such an experience really that I am talking about, but to transmute the energy completely, so no traces of it are left in one’s body and in one’s various energy body-fields. Really, the only way of doing it would be through the highest, purest energy there is in the Universe (and not through children’s energy by them being around, though this would help). And it would work better if one can somehow personalize this highest and purest energy and get emotional about it, regardless of what one calls it. I am not sure there exists a specific step by step technique how to do it, beyond of saying that one has to transmute the painful energy and its remnants into Unconditional Love and Joy. It is always easier said than done. And it might even feel hurtful to a person to whom something like that is suggested. Anyways, there is this dilemma on how to transmute…

Quite the contrary. I do not speak for Darrell and would never presume to do so, but the fact that Darrell has brought these experiences from within his Soul, where they weighed upon him, out to a level where he can discuss them openly and experientially for the benefit of others shows that they are no longer an issue. In my experience, people who are in genuine pain tend to suffer in silence. I differentiate this observation from those who think they are suffering in some way, but in reality are only seeking attention or feeling sorry for themselves.
It is never easy, but along with Unconditional Love is Unconditional Forgiveness - the two are closely related in fact. It is in Unconditionally Loving someone who has hurt us in some way that we also Forgive them Unconditionally. You see ultimately we are One. So we cannot wrong another, we can only wrong ourselves, and the only course of action is to recognise that, learn the lesson presented and then forgive and thank that aspect of ourselves for the lesson. These are all aspects of human evolution which can be difficult to comprehend until you get there. Justice and revenge in particular are two of the very darkest human traits, and the cause of much suffering. So the question arises, how does one transmute the negative energy in this case if one does not accept God, feels unmoved about the scientific-Quanta-type of the Source, and would like the perpetrator to know and experience himself what he has done?
We cannot move these Energies to God. We are God and therefore must deal with things as such. The desire to cause the perpetrator to experience what he has done is called "revenge" or some may even call it "justice". These concepts are irrelevant for the reasons I mention above, and also due to Cause and Effect - Karma from which there is no escape.
Balancing the Chakras would not really help. We are talking about different aspects of Energy. The Energy of emotions takes place on a different "plane" altogether. The best way to transmute it is as Darrell has done - by transmuting the Energy into Experience as opposed to Suffering. In Love and Light, Adrian.

Hello all, I guess I looked at “transmuting” from a women’s point of view. With women often when something bugs them, they talk about it constantly trying to resolve it through the talking and the feedback they receive. As soon as the problem has been successfully resolved, they either stop talking about it (and move to the next issue ) or mention it only occasionally. Now I see this is different with men. They only start talking about a problem once they resolve it. And then men make it into an experience. Meanwhile, the women are busy experiencing new issues. Women had experienced the original problem while they were talking about it and verbalizing it, and transmuting it. Once transmuted, it is no longer an issue for women and no longer an experience since it is no longer being experienced. I guess women stop talking about it since they no longer wish to re-experience it, to feel the same emotions which have already been transmuted and are really no longer there. It is good to keep these differences in perspective. Mind you, also for women if the experience is too severe there is a period when they don't talk about it. When they start talking about it, that's when the healing beggins. Once the healing takes place, when it is is completed and the negative energies are transmutted (from what I have seen around me) the talking usually stops.

I think you answered your own question with your final paragraph. If the "problem" is something reasonably general, such as a relationship issue or something "bugs" them etc. then talking about it and through it might be a way forward. But if it is for example an abusive relationship it is a completely different matter. There are very deep emotions involved in such cases such as guilt, lack of self-esteem, even fear of being found out talking and the consequences - and much more. And very often the victim still wishes to protect their abuser from other members of their family, the law etc. It does not matter whether it is male or female, adult or child -the tendency is to suffer in silence, fealing ever more isolated and hopeless. Once the situation is resolved, which might take many years of suffering, there may still be a reluctance to talk about it due to the emotional pain and memories involved. Only many years later does the meaning become evident, if it ever does, at which point talking about has its greatest value in helping others who may be experiencing the same situation now. In Love and Light, Adrian.

Good Day one and All ~
The purpose of revealing myself was to put a spin on abuse rarely discussed with these people, the extraordinary skills and ability's honed within these experiences. Psychology keeps them focused on the pain and the negative to ' release ' it and the main focus is their survival of the experiences. Also to those that struggle now a true story to grasp onto and apply the wisdom found in their experiences.
Adrian is very clear sighted, most suffering do so in silence, as did I for many decades of my life. Silence was my only friend until I was around forty years old, except with my children. Most that suffer are not on the Oprah show, are not successful authors of their stories, or leading seminars. Preoccupied ? Hardly dear Melody. But very occupied with this issue indeed. I am very occupied with abused children, children that are at this moment fighting for their lives, being sent to a rich Saudi for sex, sleeping in a Mexican barn awaiting transport to some sex merchant, and right next door being visited in the night by a twisted aunt and uncle - yes, women molest and beat children too. Another shattered myth of self delusional comfort within the ' box ' Since I am revealing myself here, when I was five, my sister and I were sold by my father to German sex slavers. My grandfather intercepted us at four in the morning on the Est 9th street pier in the Cleveland harbor. He was charged with slavery and sale of a minor - believe it or not, a misdemeanor charge in the fifties. Yes, I am very actively occupied with the subject, not the ' issue ' While I understand the logical thinker, say nothing if nothing is wrong is right up there with ignorance is bliss, both in my opinion are self imposed states of voluntary stupidity. I was one once myself. It is also the cloak that many children suffer under. If you talk to those that suffered as children, you will find their greatest anger/pain is for those that refused to see the obvious. The post that started this was focused on the ability's that enhanced during these experiences, not the pain that was felt or still exists. The powerful people that were honed in order to survive, and the spiritual reality's attained within that many work for all their lives. This evolved here from the source topic of Kriya Yoga - one of the tools I used to survive and then move far beyond survival. The tools I taught for the same journey to others. Most of this alumni of children will tell you their pity is not for themselves, but for others that make the claim to be ' normal ' because inside every abused child is a superior adult. One that knows the reality of spiritual evolvement and does not separate it from their physical existence. They know these arts are tools, and they are the creation that uses them as such, they know they are God, and they also know the truth that not all that walk upright are Human Beings. Again - self imposed - evolutionary stagnation or actual reversal.
I can think of no greater discussion on these boards than to dialogue of this application of Adrian's book, spiritual arts, and the many new discoveries of science than to end such atrocity in life. I feel people that read here and remain silent to the discussions seek the use of these things, not the knowledge alone. Adrian is also correct and very astute to recognize - releasing these e-motions to God keeps them within you. You are the God you released to. As I said, we cannot escape the reality of knowing in a very experiential way how our choices and actions effected those in our lives, and we will also know how they effect the futures of our children and grandchildren, even unto infinity. Zen sight will reveal the ripples that emanated from our life into lives we did not even know through that that knew us. This is the Christian ' judgment day ' and the ' weighing of the Soul ' in ancient manuscripts. You will feel it all and see it all with crystal clarity, and death is not a requirement for this experience. It is also a window for forgiveness on a level we cannot know otherwise. Do not allude yourself to believe forgiveness is for the other persons peace of mind. The logical mind will demand proof of this - the logical mind is also a steel trap that one will chew their foot off to escape one day. Philosophers are observers of others behaviors, and rarely their own. They inevitably miss the point of their own lives. Keeping the ' problems ' in the forefront only serves to feed the need to be needed, feeding the problem along the way.
We have all suffered in our lives, felt pain, been unjustly terrorized. Bottom line - so fucking what ! Do you want justice for it? Do you want revenge? Whatever you TRULY desire - own it, do it- or not, and move on. No act will reverse the others act, and you will give them back the e-motional crap they left, they will know what you felt, and yes - it will be coming from you. We cannot own what does not belong to us. What we create we are responsible for - Frankenstein will always return to the castle he was created in, he will always seek his creator.
Kriya Yoga is but one tool of reunification within ourselves. I found the Bible extremely useful in the midst of my dark experiences - I used it to hit the last person that tried to molest me, thank God it is a heavy book. WHAM "welcome to the Word Of God - you twisted fuck!!!! "
I have smiled throughout this entire dialogue, I feel no offense and have delivered none here. I know of what I speak and do with authority. Debate and masturbate rhyme for good reason. Even Viagra cannot enhance either experience, just prolong it. Adrian and I do not see eye to eye on all matters discussed, but we see mutual respect, his work is invaluable to me. As are the ideas and insights of so many here.
Pain is a heart ache, nothing but a heart ache. It hurts and we will sit in it until we don't. We will pick ourselves up heal ourselves. We will cry, scream, and rage at the moon as is a Human thing to do, but we are Gods, all of us, even the man that I hit with the Bible. But know this - when a child is punched, we are all punched, God has just been beaten. Until we know that the predator is driven by starvation, we will stay the prey. I do not need validation of this, nor do I seek affirmation of it from anyone here. Know too that our children are the closest to our goals stated here. I will remain ' preoccupied ' with them until I decide to pass on from here, and I will not take unconditional love ever as standing idly by saying all is perfect while children are loaded into cattle cars on this planet. Not all children on milk cartons need to be found. Not all are taken from loving parents. If you rescue a scorpion from the water, it will sting you - it is a scorpion - that is what it does, and it will not change for your desire to feel loving towards it. No matter how many times it runs back into the water.
I have been present when an abused child found the gleam in their eye again, and when they just could hold on anymore and slipped home again. I know to stay silent when words only hurt to feel them, and when words are the only reality that keeps someone from leaving life.
So think what you will ~ I know where I am walking to an how to get there.

Warm Welcome To All, I follow the trends of various topics presented on this forum with loving interest and 'feeling tones'. As I allowed my thoughts to roam into the depths of this topic, could only recognize that the old bugaboo of finding the appropriate words to apply, was again, rearing it's head. So without further ado will just jump in to mangle, butcher and misapply certain words, that could apply, using a 'big stretch' of ones imagination and interpretation. Do I really want to post this is the present thought! A some what change of pace and point of view approach to this topic. Body, Mind, Soul and God, as I feel it applied here, is being presented as a profound dichotomy of ones thinking process. Understood that to the one experiencing the event it is very personal, and one may not be open to the why of it from a grander scale, point of view. If on the one hand, 'all is one', it is a mirage (although convenient) to isolate each of the four aspects mentioned, into separate entities. The epithelium so to speak, one places between those four aspects only enhances the schism and myopia in ones thinking process. The fermentation ( best fit, wrong word) process of Body, Mind, Soul and God is an eclectic one until Unconditional Love is achieved. While ones physical, ephemeral experiences on earth, are looked upon, as a karmic by nature experience, (and a some what misunderstood process) for the soul's progress, it is basically a didactic process into mysticism. One's experiences, whether good or not so good, at which point they either hold it in, express it to others, and/or learn and share them. Often the difficult aspect of speaking about an experience, if unpleasant, will relieve the pressure of it. In this way, others can be, in manner of speaking, assisted in coping with their situations. Transmutation is also a process that requires energy. Regardless of what it's called or how it may be used, (healing, joy, sorrow, pain, birth, death, relaxation, marriage, chakras, yoga, Kriya yoga, etc) all the mentioned processes involve energy in some way, shape or form, being used in starting, applying, continuing or ending an event. Why the various names for the energy used! Only one who started a method of using energy and assigned a name to it, makes the difference, energy is energy, regardless of what called, unless I'm very mistaken here. Much depends on where in the string (what else could I call it!) of energy one is tapping into it. Like a pipeline (of what ever distance) of water, no matter where in that pipeline one taps into it, it is water that come out. I feel the same would apply to energy, (regardless of from where) no matter how one taps into it, it is energy coming out. How this energy is used is another story. Healing, cooling a home, heating a home, oil, air, life itself, etc, all involve energy in one form or another. Part of this situation is we ( at least I) are unable to see either the beginning or ending (if that were possible) of the energy line or source. The main point here is that what one experiences beautiful or otherwise is all part of a learning curve. If by design or not, is part of the confusion. Logic if applied to 'nothing happens by accident' dictates that the incident was some how planned. The same logic then applies to 'by whom or by what source was that planning done!' It is hard to understand the 'why' of some of the experiences as stated here in the forum. Recognized is the courage required to express those unpleasant experiences, even if not asked for. Than kicks in that biblical passage, 'This too shall pass'. Many events happening in any given moment, defy understanding the why of it. Like I had stated on in my blog 'Truth is like a Rubber Band', depends much on where you are viewing it from, to make sense of it all. Do I fully comprehend the magnitude of all the thoughts expressed, no, that would perhaps be, what is termed enlightenment, haven't reached that yet. Basic understanding would be closer to the truth of it all. All can be tracked back to one specific source, need I write that source! I could be wrong in all or part of my thinking, but that is part of the learning process, isn't it. Be Well

Greetings Melody ~
No regrets, no sad story here. Higher power kept my innocence well intact until I was ready to feel it once again.

Hi EveryoneJustice and revenge in particular are two of the very darkest human traits, and the cause of much suffering. This is a quote from Adrian. Although I agree with it I do not feel as if that is really what Justice is. For a long time I hated the people who called themselves "Justified".
Pure real Justice is The respect for yourself & others, to treat all life with Fairness & equality, Righteousness.
However now in days with everyones Negative moods, Anger & selfishness people believe Justice to be a Judgmental, blaming state of mind in which it is right or acceptable to punish others. This IS NOT what Justice is all about. Justice relates to Jesus for both have been tainted and Polluted. As long as people have Justice without Compassion in there hearts there will never be true peace.
I also want to say that even though Emotions are on a different plan of existence they do block the Chakras.
There is a TV Psychic that has Meditation Disks out. In one of them she says that she hates to Forgive and tells her fans that we do not have to. Instead we can just give it to God. I never really questioned it until I read what you said. This is perhaps why Melody said that you should give it to God. I also want to say Melody that Bitching isn't a healing exercise. I ate foods that I didn't intend to & I was bitching all night. My Friends got so mad. Yes I feel weak & of Involution. I am angry and off centered but I have to keep reminding myself that I have Fortitude which is one of the best Virtues of all.

Hello Wavepsychic Hi EveryoneJustice and revenge in particular are two of the very darkest human traits, and the cause of much suffering. This is a quote from Adrian. I understand what you are saying, and in fact perhaps a better word would be "retribution". Either way one element is lacking - Forgiveness. And also understanding. When people look at events that they deem to be "terrible", they are only seeing these events from an extremely limited, temporal perspective. They are oblivious to the greater causes and effects and the true meanings behind these events. Nothing ever happens without reason. They also see "perpetrators" of these events as being sometimes "evil" and seperate from themselves. There can be no evil, because everyone and everything is Source, God, and God only knows perfection. Kind regards, Adrian.
