So now, what do we have here! Do believe it's a test of common sense thinking. I've watched movies with actor's/actress's/and director's, that later were called "gay" persons. The same with certain book/music and stage personalities. How did you receive revelations of that nature! Did you stop reading the authors book's! Did you stop watching movies with "that person" in the movie! How about music under the same circumstances! Did you throw out all the Cd's and tapes of that persons music! How about a child/ teen ager or adult friend that has been tagged with the "gay" label! When the person with the "gay" label commits suicide, due to being ostracized by schoolmates/ family or friends, did you take delight in that! Have wept, when reading stories from concerned and understanding parents, about their child's angst before the suicide. Unable to say that Christian love and compassion ,took hold, as it seems to be Christians doing the most "bad mouthing" of Gay's. So one day, while doing some web research, I came across some word's that got my attention.Word's like "was Jesus gay". So off I went into a delicate, so to speak, topic, looking for the other side of the story, as Paul Harvey used to say.
Have expressed some thought's on the subject, right or wrong, true or false it is how I view the whole matter. The two postings are a bit long for including here. What are you're thoughts here.

Hello Talker,

There is no indication in the Bible about Jesus being gay. The fact that Bible mentions no woman or women with whom he had a sexual relationship is not indicative of him being gay. He was on a mission during his last years that Bible talks about, a mission dictated to him by God, and this is where all his energy went.

Point well taken Melody. While I thought that my post, had conveyed the message desired, do believe I may have completely missed the mark. In the rereading of my post, it appears that I was pointing a finger, so to speak, at the sexual orientation of the person we call Jesus. That is not, and was not my intention. What I desired to convey was, the talent, skills and contributions to humanity, that are lost, when souls in the gay community, are burdened by the stigma of the gay label, and never reach their full potential. Will endeavor to clarify from another perspective. If it were true, that Jesus was gay, does that change the truth of his message! No, it does not, and that was and is my point. Ones sexual orientation is of no consequence when it comes to truth. The same principle appplies,or should apply, regardless of the skin color, or nationality. So, I do express my thoughts on commonsense, and truths, as I see them, through my posts. Do realize that what I express, may only apply to me, as I see them, and only irritate others while doing that. So be it.
