is it possible to make your eyes a totally different color and shade

im just wondering because if so I would really like to turn my eyes pink which my mom tells me is totally unnatural. thank you.for your time and I really appreciate it

You can look in a mirror and see your eyes a different color if you want to. Creating a delusion in others that is contrary to the reality of things in other peoples' minds is a different story, yet much harder. If you are talking physically changing the properties of your eyes, with enough thought and will power, you could engineer a new form of surgery that has been going on for a very long time; the replacement of the lens of the eye with a synthetic substance that absorbs all but the red wavelengths that look Pink to you: Also Very difficult and time consuming for such a pursuit.

Maybe you should start with something simple like your personality and examine why you think your eye color is inadequate for you. Also possibly why the color pink means so much to you. What made you think of pink in the first place. Your body is yours alone so I can't tell you what is good or bad for you, but not loving yourself for who you are is the first thing you should tackle before looking into Anything else.
