Honestly I don't know what it is exactly your trying to do here! Knowing yourself is the journey? Of course it is, your whole life is Sir. You can mope around, waiting for something that may not happen on its own. Or you can take necessary steps to achieve it. The choice, dear Louis is yours.

What I mean is that you need to know yourself, I mean REALLY KNOW YOURSELF!! How can you expect to make changes to yourself if you don't take the time to get to know how you really are now? What you really are? You need to make subtile changes first. No amount of Chi Kung is ever going to make the changes for you. Even simply increasing your life energy alone isn't enough.

You already have the power to make these changes you want. However, without learning about that part of yourself that is all powerful, and coming to understand it, you wont make progress. Your going to be doing the same thing your doing know, day after day, week after week, month after month, and year after year. Our Mind - Body - and Spirit are not in perfect unity and we are not in complete realization of our ultimate selves. This is where you need to be in order to make your changes. Become aware of your true self and all its glory and you shall then realize the wondrous power that dwells within you! Do you understand?

I feel strongly - you have to know yourself, all of yourself, and your body is very much a part of Self. To know your bodies abilities, and potentials, and how it works as important as knowing your spiritual Self. Spiritual practices Yoga, Zen, and many others I have done led me to sciences as I needed to develop a reverence for flesh as well as spirit.
Our culture seems to focus on one or the other,and rarely do we give equal reverence t both, much less as One. If you want bigger muscles, you have to pick up the weights, if you want more stamina - you have to push yourself beyond the current limits your experiencing. Although LOA works we still have to do the foot work - we have the feet.

Our culture demands instant results in all phases of it now. We are evolving to that - but were not there yet, and to read a little on this and that, to practice a little to ' try it out ' and abandon it for the next ' thing ' is a disservice to you and to Source, as it will not ever yield the result you seek, much less the transformative experience you state is your intent.

You cannot revere Spirit and malign body - it only creates conflict within.

Anyway I don't know what you are talking about Zen. You keep talking about things that are conventionally accomplished. Like lifting weights to gain muscle of which I have no interest.

I want a new Phenotype. To look naturally like someone else. My goals are probably the most extreme and unrealistic out of anyone here. However Adrian says there is nothing you can't be, do or have. And I want to be someone else!

When last have you touched God for the sake of just the touch? When have we embraced Source as a Lover that fills your Heart, and awakens your Soul? To feel God feeling you - this is enlightenment, awakening, and transformation at its highest order of Life.
When was it last that you reached into the heart of you and your Source, and just felt one another? To feel as a child, as my children felt to me when they would run to the door and embrace me for the sake of just being me, and they - them.

When last - were you Home ? Just to visit, not to DO anything else. When did you last say I love you to God? And knew so for the tears swelling in your eyes and your heart willing to stop if this is the last feeling you were going to feel? It is enough for - forever?
