This thread is really a wonderful mix in the stream.

Praveen, I have no intentions to take away from the wonderfully wise way Talker is sharing with you here on how to apply the tools to benefit you in your experience.  In reading your first thought stream post, I thought it was very heartfully shared, including the InSights you gave into understanding yourself more in these hide and go seek games we play with ourselves. The Secondary Benefit Reversal is an interesting way of saying what I was defining as a push pull with Self Love. Fear or Love, Distrust or Trust. Belief or DisBelief.

Just sharing some thoughts with you here...

I feel I am on a very similar boat as Goonie and Louis because I too want to change my body (to be taller),
and reading the posts I felt a roller coaster of emotions.

Also I understand why Louis doesn't like some of the posts you see them as saying accept your current problem and move on?

Because I don't like that either I feel like this, is something I have to change, I don't want to accept it. This is
my ultimate validation. After I get the height I want I will know anything is possible.

The roller coaster of emotions is experienced throughout the process by everyone just in different moments. It does subside more and more as you become more acquainted with your Inner most desires by going through the roller coasting through  the what you want to achieve or become wrestling along with the secondary beneficial reversal. Hence, the roller coaster ride! It's just practicing until you find yourself going with the flow or riding together in rhythm with it. Like horse back riding.

The idea of accepting your current 'problem' and moving forward is moving past the what one 'sees' as the problem, going deeper into ones issues with trust, which is the underlying cause of the 'problem' or the heart of the matter. A deep subconcious disbelief being fed by the conscious mind of it isn't seeing what it wants to see yet so this must be all there is to see, it's immoveable or solid, giving weight to the illusion. Whereas, in believing it is on its way and not holding on to it by clutching onto to it in fear of losing it, you are detaching yourself to the outcome of when, where and how it will come because you are grounded in your trust in yourself to create as Source in you.

The illusion is no longer mastering you, you are now rightfully mastering as the Master of the illusion you wish to create.

It's the energy behind the motivation. Fear of not having or being answered or Love based in knowing that you are Loved and this very Love desires to give you all the desires of your heart and so in trusting that this is so, you can drop it into the hands of the One who Loves you beyond measure.

Which is why through the experience of learning to ride the rhythmic waves, I share that Ones relationship with their God is first and foremost to unlocking the keys to our totalities of possibilities and the Universal Principles. Trusting in our Highest Good as Being the Primary Intention of this Source Energy, the Life of all and in all.

The not liking something as it arises whether being heard or read or seen is what I call your Higher Self saying, Psst! Praveen! Pay attention! It is a call to shine the light of Love into our shadows, where we are still hiding from ourself.

So, perhaps this gives a little more Light into the idea of accepting where you are in this moment while applying actively the tools that Talker speaks of. Like deciding to have a garden. Before any plants bloom, the gardener in 'active' faith tills the soil and plants the seeds and waters in the belief that he/she will have blooms yet unseen. They make the preparations in the quiet expectation of their good believing before seeing. They don't dig up the seeds to see if they are doing anything. Patience is what is learned in this moment. Patience is what grows our trust. It allows us to 'work' on our trust issues when we find ourself getting impatient and wanting to abandon our garden by not tending to it.

When we become impatient with the Divine ~ Time ~ Space ~ Sequential ~ Order of things, we become 'clock and calendar' watchers, and this I have found in my observation tends to make one 'older' before their time or beyond there years...

Yes Talker what you said makes absolute sense to, its like that analogy with the waiter. Not
sure where I saw it probably on this forum or from one of Adrian newsletters.

I think thats exactly what is happening with me, because for example I will visualize being tall
before going to bed and wake up look at myself in the mirror and say I am short. And I am not exactly
sure how to solve that, its not like I can runaway from all mirrors and all people till I become tall.

Also I will put limitations on my self that further validates the negative for example "I can do ____________
because I am not tall enough"

Regardless, here is your homework for a week or so.
You should impress your inner self (mine is the Babbler) with some theatrics. Some will laugh at what you do, if they see what you are doing. I have posted some about my adventures with doing theatrics, to SHOW my Babbler, what it 'looks and feels' like, to obtain desired results. If a process is not working to ones satisfaction, why not modify, add, or change the process a bit.  In a situation as yours, I would place a marker on the wall behind me, at the height level, I'm currently at. This to establish a reference point for what comes next. So now looking into the mirror, I can actually see how tall I am RIGHT NOW. Have handy a few pieces of anything that's one inch thick or so, and large enough to stand on. Now comes the fun part. Stand ON one of those items, and look into the mirror. Naturally the prior height mark will have disappeared, because you are now taller. Move a bit to one side to allow the original mark to show. Now say what ever delights you, like, "OMG LOOK HOW I'VE GROWN TALLER", and capture that delightful feeling. After a few days of doing this, add another piece to the single stand-on piece. Again look into the mirror, and really turn on the "OMG, I LOVE IT, I'M TWO INCHES TALLER NOW". Do this for a few more days. Be sure to capture and retain that delightful 'new emotion of being tall'. Develope a 'ditty' mantra to enhance the feeling of being tall. Keep it silly like "Wall wall, I've grown tall", (make up more) things of this nature WILL register deep within. So now you have 'emotion, visual, and vocal' added to your situation to grow taller. Waiting in line some place, and 'humming' your ditty '"Wall wall, I've grown tall", brushing the teeth, walking the dog, carrying out the rubbish and where ever, THAT DITTY is always alive and in mind. Your babbler will be kept aware of what is on the schedule, 'TALLER and STILL TALLER', and your babbler does the magic of sending the message to specific organs of your body to make it happen. Don't flip flop, keep it all TALL.
Are you worth it! Do you really want it! So take the steps to make it happen.

Thanks Talker for the suggestion I have actually done this a couple times but not to this extent and not continuously. But randomly
I have done this as well as standing a large block to see what it would feel like to be 6 feet. But it makes a lot more sense to
do it continuously everyday in order impress the subconciousness. Thanks I feel like this is another one of my missing pieces and I feel
like now I have all or almost all the pieces to the puzzle now all I have do to is put it together. Unfortunately I won't be able to do this
particular exercise because I am going to Sri Lanka for a month.  But when I do get back I will start a routine and this is going to be a
definite part of it. Thanks.

Dear Praveen,

Don't give up. You can grow taller.

I have tried to accomplish my desires from the waking-conscious mind and I don't think that its powerful or focused enough.

Yesterday I ate only raw vegan food. I eat lemons and lemon water because of Laura's post and my tongue was lemon burned. Anyway I was just doing that to increase my spiritual power. I got my Lucidology timer on my iPod and I was ready to have an OBE. I woke up around 5 and watched a video with the guy I want to look like in it. Paused it and went to bed. The head phones made my ears hurt but anyway I had a Lucid Dream and that was it. No OBE.

I will try again tonight and EVERY NIGHT. Goonie, Praveen I suggest you do the same thing. Baki did what he wanted to do and hes past this yearning stage and wondering if its possible. So we can do it too. Keep in mind that Baki practices a discipline thus we must practice a discipline also so that our minds can become strong too.

i did sum thinkin and maybe if i can explain things a bit better maybe i can get acurate help. wen i said i wanted perfect health on this topic i was referring to the bodys natural state were everything is working and functionin properly as it shud. i was lookin for sumn type of spiritual practice or meditation or sumthin that will correct my body entirely. i dont want to work on individual problems i want sumthin that will fix it all together. i want to experience this perfect helth that adrian speaks of. he has it so he claims and now i want it to.

also this healin power i keep speakin of is an extension of this health. im goin to describe it cuz i dont think peeple get it, those who care anywayz

Goonie again the only advice for you in regards to your Immune System is "Diet". You need to avoid all things unnatural, processed, cocking or at least as much as you can while still enjoying your life. Eating Raw Fruit, Vegetables, Nuts, Seeds boost the Immune System. I'm Vegetarian and I feel great and have less depression. I'm a very emotional person too Goonie. Plus Vegans never get sick.

That reminds me a friend of mine died Sunday. He was a Vegan, only 18 and was never sick a day in his life. His death is believed to be caused by respiratory failure caused by complications from his dirt bike accident a year or so ago.

Just to let you know, even if you might be feeling that we who 'seem' to be not responding into your way of seeing it right now, we do care. Or we wouldn't take the 'time' to respond. You are surrounded by ones who care about you Goonie. And I do sense your feeling of being misunderstood here.

I sense that you feel like we are missing the point of what you want and are trying really hard to do with your life while we are also able to see you are misunderstanding those of us in the way you think we are not hearing what you are saying. It's kind of like this yes?

I am sharing from the way of being you in this experience, having moved on down the road from being 16, and looking back in retrospect at myself and relating to you that the way you feel and think in this moment right now about life and the world as you know it in this moment.

Being very frustrated with life and myself in particular in not seeming to be able to do what I really wanted to do and something inside kept saying I could yet I just wasn't seeing it happen. I felt like I was like a one legged duck swimming in circles. Getting and going nowhere.

Break this thought down. Individual means One, so 'i don't want to work on One problem, i want something that will fix it all at Once.' You see your many 'problems' and want One solution to wipe them all out at once. Is this possible and if it is I want it yesterday! We've all felt that way!

The spiritual practice that makes the body, mind, soul and spirit work together beyond the physical manifestations have been shared here and is shared by Adrian as well. Really and truly Goonie.

It isn't a big secret at all. This is where I feel this whole propaganda on 'The Secret' went awry. It is a great marketing tool. It creates a deep desire to have it. The very deep feelings you are having about your current conditions is the same deep feelings that will change your world. Honest Goonie.

God, if I had a nickel for everytime I said that one! Let's make that a dollar!

If you are still hanging in here with me and reading this Goonie, me being as you, down the road from this way of thinking about my life and getting downright upset that nothing was changing, how did I arrive to where I am now that would open up the way so you can do it sooner than I did?

If you really look at the way you stated your 'desires', you are really saying with feeling what you do not want. And you are getting what you don't want. Source is responding to your deepest heartfelt desires. We just associate desires with a feel good and think feel bad doesn't apply. Guess what? It does.

Now this is the key to getting what you want. Because this is showing you the opposite of what you are saying you do want. Honest. Really.

These are not affirming thoughts here. These thoughts are what are allowing yourself to argue with yourself because you are not in your prime health and are fighting against it with canceling out what you do want with what you don't want. Which is why it is beneficial to write them down...you can see this now yes? Not to judge it, just to see into your deepest, inner most thoughts... the page does not lie to the author who is writng its hearts thoughts down, writing, rights things as Julia Cameron said...

In closing; okay, so how do I affirm myself with thoughts that don't create an argument with what i see is not what i want to see? What spiritual practice can I apply that will allow me to tap into my keys of creativity to manifest what I do want? Go back to your list and rewrite it in the affirmative. Have your affirming (immunity) thoughts prepared in advance so when these thoughts pop up as we know they do, we have our Immunity well in place to affirm what we are by what we really deeply desire because Source doesn't experience emotions like we do, we are having them for Source to experience through us.

So choose which ones you desire to have the most of. Anyone can feel crappy, anyone can feel happy. Is there a sign somewhere that excludes you or me? No. I am the one to leave or include myself in or out of that one. It really comes down to choice. So choose.

Will it be focused on;

Focused on Becoming, I am vibrantly alive and radiant healthy energy.

You guys are something else . All talk and now work . You wont get what you want if all you do is complain. I dont said all that I can on this subject Goonie. Have you done what I have told you from day one? If not then I have nothing else to tell you. If you have then maybe I can hel you get to the next step. You said that you have finally got the SOB book right? Well start with that for now, if you havent done the homework I gave you months ago  .

Also, you and wave are still young. The way I see it you still got your whole life ahead of you. Why are you guys rushing something so much and yet not taking any steps towards achieving it? Even if it takes you 5 years to finally change your body Goonie, you will only be 21, still young! So start now. Goonie, personally I believe you can achieve this, but I dont know how. Supposedly the Subconscious Mind can control and effect the body so you would need to impress strongly upon the subconscious Mind these desires. As Adrian kept saying, you have to be the change you want to become. However you cant experience this directly on the physical realm cause you dont possess it. You would just merely be pretending. So you would have to experience these changes from within your Mind or another reality similar to the physical. All you need to do is experience it for you to believe it. Once that happens it can be firmly impressed onto the subconscious mind.

If you know how to perform self-hypnosis or enter trances, altered states of Mind - with control you can reprograme your body in anyway you want to. If you know how to Astral Travel, you can travel to the astral world with full awareness and conscious of what your doing and whats going on. There you can effect your being more immediately without or little hinderance.

Also Wave have giving you good advice on the immune system portion. Vegans have great immune systems  . Also you could under go Chi Kung training. It will help you with improving your health, but Im not going to teach you like wave suggested

We can all see what he did and was capable of doing... how did he do this?

Daily practicing honed his innate talents. He didn't have to go and get this. He already had it within and knew it. He just went on this knowing and kept going with it...remaining open to the process of progressing his talents.

There is a story in the Bible about using ones talents. Some look at anothers and say, how come I only have one and they have so many, so they never use the one they are given. Others are timid and shy, drawing back and not moving forward and leave the talent tucked within, never to be used nor seen...and then there are those give it a half -assed attempt and due to being impatient, give up and the finally there are those who say thank you and InJoy using the 'Talents' given to fullest measure and degree. Obviously open to ones own perceptions and what they are willing to do with their perceptions. Agree or disagree? Choice. Yeah, I can't do this, I'm no good at this or hmm, I see that there is more to this and I must hone my abilities more, I have it in me.

How then could we ever 'blame' another for having more or less than we do? It's comes down to choice. Yours. Do you use your talent(s) or leave them untouched by doubt, insecurities, fear... comparing ourselves with others Louis, takes our eyes off the Source of our talents and distracts us from our purpose here. To Be a Divine expression of Source in a physical body and then returning the investment back to Source by having the experience and saying THANK YOU for the experience!! And Source says...there's more ~

Michael Jackson is an excellent example of saying yes to the chord being plucked from within, his God given desires and he allowed himself to be 'played' by this UnSeen hand and the evidence was evident and seen in the physical world. Spirit Energy flowing from being connected to his Spirit Energy Source.

Dear Louis and Julia,


Julia that was inspiring! is like you spoke with my words and there's not much more to add... 

Louis, ,  I have to say this tom you with all my love attached to it.

I read other blogs about other people referring to other's "what did he or she do?"  Things as such are said about other performers that are not viewed with good eyes by the general population because of "other outrageous or marring behaviours" of not living up to some ideal.

My answer to all of them including you, is this: "He did something!"
He has something to show for himself, he filled a void... when other kids or people have a hard time getting up in the morning and moving about he spent countless hours practicing that which he deemed to develop in himself...

And my silent question to people is: "What did you do? what do you have to show for yourself?"


And going back to "outrageous, and marring behaviour" upon which sadly many are judged I have to say one very essential thing.
We all have a 'dark' side, veraciously protected by Ego.
And at times dark side acts in such way that is impossible to hide its horrific face. 
Next we know it ... is a public spectacle...

The good side of this is far more greater than people can ever imagine.

Instead of judging, and bashing other people dark side exposure, we should be happy for them!!

You know why?

Those 'rare moments of shame' are our salvation, as nothing ever bashes Ego worse than the public display of humiliation.
It is known in ALL spiritual teachings that as long as we hold Ego more dear than God, source of unconditional love, we have no way of redeeming ourselves and thus truly connecting to eternal Light of the Creator.
So, you see that stuff through which Michael (and others went through) it was a 'choice'...decided long before physical incarnation. Of bashing ego and earning a higher step in the evolutionary ladder of true spirit.

So, as hard as it seems and going against human nature, we in fact should be attracted to difficult situations, facing them, learning and experiencing the emotions related to elevating ourselves above that difficulty. This is the only way we can conquer our limited condition.

Thank you and I appreciate your expanding the view with your wonderful thoughts being shared here!! I agree.

What comes to mind in this idea you share here, while difficult to leave anything you've shared here out, forgive in advance, I am HighLighting what stands out as the Heart of your expression;

And going back to "outrageous, and marring behaviour" upon which sadly many are judged I have to say one very essential thing.

We all have a 'dark' side, veraciously protected by Ego.
And at times dark side acts in such way that is impossible to hide its horrific face. 
Next we know it ... is a public spectacle...

The good side of this is far more greater than people can ever imagine.

Instead of judging, and bashing other people dark side exposure, we should be happy for them!!


Those 'rare moments of shame' are our salvation, as nothing ever bashes Ego worse than the public display of humiliation.

It is known in ALL spiritual teachings that as long as we hold Ego more dear than God, source of unconditional love, we have no way of redeeming ourselves and thus truly connecting to eternal Light of the Creator.
So, you see that stuff through which Michael (and others went through) it was a 'choice'...decided long before physical incarnation. Of bashing ego and earning a higher step in the evolutionary ladder of true spirit.

So, as hard as it seems and going against human nature, we in fact should be attracted to difficult situations, facing them, learning and experiencing the emotions related to elevating ourselves above that difficulty. This is the only way we can conquer our limited condition.

Only expanding on this by what comes to mind. The story of the Prodigal Son. Always a Son, never lost this inheritance, just thought he did and so remained in his state until coming to his 'senses' and realizing that he was never separate from his Source no matter what he did. He returned home in a humbled by this realization position.

He swallowed his pride. Yes, Pride is what keeps us from our inheiritance. (typo intended). And it takes falling on our faces and wallowing in the mire until we realize that all it takes is getting up, 'correcting' our position and from there we can in confidence say, Yes, I am One with The One. Always.

Arrogance is saying I don't agree. I am not what or who you say I Am. Took me a long time to understand this and now, there's no going back... no way, no how... I Know 'better' now. And this is all I have been attempting to share in this forum from my humble beginnings in here. This is what I have desired for all to know here and in my immediate orbit, that you have IT in you too. Just when you are willing to show up (awaken to IT) and take your rightful place at the table, set and waiting for your Imminent return to realizing your place has always been here.

I wish to expand on my statement above here by saying and this is how I recognize those here who are in the Same Line or Way of Thinking the same Way! Namaste All. We are All in this together.

Louis, you will get this when you decide to get this. Relaxing into the arms of Source, I call it surrendering, Trusting by swallowing ones pride and saying YES, you do have It All under 'control'...'Agreeing with Source or God'. That's all that can be said. It doesn't mean though that just because you don't get what I or anyother here are saying yet, doesn't make it any less true...there are many ways of closing our eyes to not seeing or seeing what we want to see to the knowing of what we are seeing...
