I dont really know what to say here. I mean I could just repeat what I have said a thousand times before but what would be the point . I am not writting no meditations, or hypnosis exercises or any of that. Find your own way by the materials you have. It is what I have done. Why bite off me? Do yourself! The only thing I can tell you about the "Science of Being Book" is to keep at it. The author implied that each lesson has at least a week dedicated to it. However this is not writtin in stone man. It may take longer for some people. Maybe two weeks would do it better. I have just progressed to lesson 5 recently and I have had the book for months. I am more interested in weilding the Universal Life Force Energy so I stick to exercises partaining to using it directly and harnessing it. I even implied some of the exercises in with my Chi Kung training. I like the results . Stick with it bro, you'll get there with a little more practice and even more Faith.

But what does it mean to be correct, true or false? Hmm, merely vage concepts. Their reality may be a mirage!

Goonie, I have already stated that the phrase I used, "defying gravity", was a bit misleading. Some people may look at it like that but from my own opinion it is more of an over exaggeration. I have achieved some things, usually unintentionally, that are considered "eye-openers". Theres really no need to list many as I stated that I only said it to prove a point, but there were times that I have jumped or fell from very high places and the falling appeared to happen in slow motion as if it took forever to hit the ground, much longer then it would normally take. I felt like I was floating for a while. Sometimes I would have friends around when I've "pulled" these tricks. They are the ones who stated I defied gravity. To them it looked as though I slowly descended to the ground. However to me it felt like I was just falling in slow motion sort of like that feeling I got when I had a near-death experience. Either way Goonie, I am no Houdini. I have done a few things that will probably make you say "oh wow". Nothing spectacular, just uncommon. Oh an by the way... and knowlege of the power or shit, watever he wants to be called, where is he. he seemed like an inspiring speaker by his posts. maybe he knows more then he is sayin. and how did u defy gravity? u a magician or sumthin?

You're not lucky. You practiced a martial art that increased your life force. I am also practicing a martial art but I'm not good enough at it to call it martial. I can't do the fighting styles because I'm not comfortable in my souls console.

Sir Louis, Hanma is lucky, if he Say's he is. He is because he creates his own luck, situating himself so these things may manifest for him to experience even if he doesn't consciously do so.

Lets see here...
Luck is only a perception within the mind. I am sure we can all agree.

health is in diet and exercise, exercise is yoga, not western machoism,
I believe the best exercise is walking, Meditation and stretching. I do not really agree with the machines we use to exercise. It takes energy to run those machines and obese men and women use up energy when they use them. Not only does America eat to much food that uses to much energy and resources but the exercise machines to keep us skinny uses to much energy. I think this is a foolish use of energy.
P.S. people who are allergic to milk still can't handle raw milk.

walking is very good yes,
exercise machines are beside the point because we should absorb good energy from nature
