Hi you guys have helped me out a lot before, and I have another question but I think it is going to
be a little hard to explain but I hope everyone understands.
Okay sometimes when I think about somethings than I know I have limiting beliefs about, I get negative feelings.
My question is how do I know whether these feelings is intuition 'warning' me trying to help me out, or if they
are my limiting beliefs and mental barriers I have set up for myself trying to stop be from going out of my comfort zone.
I have read that your intuition never lies, but how do I know whether it is my intuition or my learned sub conscious filters
that are talking to me.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello Praveen and All Fellow Travelers,
Very interesting question Praveen, and the simple answer is, that there is 'no' simple answer. Ones intuitive process needs to be 'put' to the test, so to speak, through 'trial and error'. When I was faced with what you are asking, there were more questions then answers arriving. So from the various 'inputs' and 'trial and error' process, certain conclusions were arrived at.
Every thought, word, and deed, is imprinted in ones psyche. Yes, these become filters on how we perceive our world. Alright, lets start with the questions here.
Have you followed up with 'intuitive thoughts' vs 'limited belief thoughts'!
Were you able to winnow out the truth between events as in above!
By actually paying attention, one can 'hone' the process very well.
There will probably always be the element of 'erroneous ' conclusion, as in 'wrong interpretation' made.
Each 'intuitive thought and limited belief aspect, is highly personal, and 'is' flavored or colored by ones own 'filters'.
Ones own 'feeling tones' need to be seriously worked with in the learning process.
Limited beliefs, will generally be just that, like, 'you can't' and requiring a 'yes or no' action.
Intuition, will ordinarily be in the form of a 'warning', or a 'new' thought about an action that is being presented. Here as I've found it to be, is where 'careful' attention is required. There will be extremely subtle variances in 'emotions' attached, that requires the 'winnowing' mentioned above. There is 'no cut and dried' process. There is a 'learning curve though. During my 'learning curve', for example: I'm doing an email and a 'thought' pops in. So will mostly 'follow' through and 'ask' the recipient of the email', if 'such and so event or condition' is valid. Used to be 'surprising' with how many were very accurate. Of course, many were duds. But I was 'acting' on the intuitive' process. Appears there is a 'use it or lose it' aspect involved here.
There is also the 'first impression' that generally is 'mostly' the 'right' one. The moment one endeavors to 'decipher' that 'first impression', one will 'mess' it up and use the 'incorrect' thought. so there is no 'poke' in the ribs' saying 'did you get that'. It's being fully aware of ones norm, and how that 'intuitive 'thought' flavors' that 'norm'. Like a petulant child, ones inner self will refuse to give meaningful 'hints' if you refuse to play it's game. By acting upon those 'meaningful hints', the inner child will 'pop' up more and more 'good' hints to follow.
So play the game. I now value the 'hints' that keep showing up.
Actually a book could be written, on what is not being further stated here.

PS:
Thought I should clarify what I call 'feeling tones'.
So check it out on my blog:

Hi and thanks to Laura for coming up with the word 'synesthesia', that I also added in to my blog post.
Hi and thank you Julia for the kind words, written below.
