Hello Everyone, smiley

A wonderful article that says so well to all whom are asking how to questions regarding, meditation, body changing, and all related areas of shifting ones perception from a material world mentality to living in ones I AM state, Authentic God Self.

We are  from Divine Seed.

Walk and Live your life backwards. This idea is that you see your life in review as from the 'ending' to the beginning of it. Who do you see yourself as when you have placed the period on the parting sentence of your book of life that you wrote. Did you live IT?

What you see as your story of adventure, walk back to this moment of Now and begin to move forward to see it come to pass.

Sharing some Soul Food to go with you today.

InJoy All,

Julia cool

How to See the Future With Meditation
By Owen Waters / Author of  The Shift

One of the great advantages of regular meditation is that it enhances your sense of intuition. The more you practice meditation, the more you gain insight into every aspect of your life. Insights can relate to present or past events, leading to a greater understanding of your life's path, or they can relate to future events.

Insights into future events can be challenging in four ways:

1. The future is not fixed. Until you experience it, the future remains as an array of possibilities with a "most likely" scenario based on what holds the greatest energy.

2. Viewing the future can change the outcome. Even a 100% accurate view of the most likely scenario will trigger questions about whether you want that scenario to manifest, and that change can influence the outcome. This can give the illusion of inaccuracy in the original prediction.

3. Inner impressions come into your awareness through your imagination. However, a fertile imagination can create images on its own, almost for pure entertainment. True impressions of a future event arrive while you are in a meditative state, or sometimes while performing a monotonous task such as driving at a constant speed. They don't fire up with the great energy of a dramatic imagination. They slip in quietly and have to be examined and unraveled to see what each impression contains.

4. When you first start scanning the future, your predictions will be less accurate than they will become later, after constant practice.

Sometimes, lack of self-esteem can be a barrier to the development of your innate abilities. In that case you need to be aware that everyone is everything that Infinite Being is. The universe is holographic by design, meaning that while the many make up the One, the One is also mirrored within each of the many. So, each person, each spark of Infinite Being, contains all of the qualities of Infinite Being.

Lack of self-esteem, therefore, is only a personality trait and not reflective of your true self.
You have a perfect sense of intuition or insight, just waiting to be developed. One of the hallmarks of the global Shift to higher consciousness is that, with each passing year, more and more people will develop more of their inner abilities.
While you are practicing your intuitive skills, it is a good idea to make written notes for later reference.

Insights arrive in your consciousness while you are in an altered, meditative state, so their memory dissipates quickly just like the memory of your dreams. If you keep notes, then re-read them weeks or months later, you will be amazed at how accurate many of these insights were.

Sometimes, you will also see how insights into less than desirable scenarios caused you to make a decision to steer your life in a different direction. When faced with decisions about which direction to turn, the best barometer is always your highest joy. Ask yourself:

"What scenario would represent my highest joy?"

When you follow your highest joy, you are following the path through life which is most closely aligned with your true essence - your soul or inner self.

I have started to believe that whatever happens to me is meant to be. This might not be true but does seem to be, especially these days. Anyhow, I am just so very thankful that i came upon this post today. I needed it; or at least i feel/think so.

The last part which i have quoted from your post, Julia sis, has made me think of what my joy is: doing what will make me happy even if i know i don't need to do it; a scenario which will make me happy and joyous. I know I can be joyous without the specific scenario that i have in my mind, but still, i think i should just be and not prevent myself from experiencing what my heart "desires." I am still trying to solve my confusion, and this post is very helpful.
Sincerely and wholeheartedly, Thank YOU ~  grin

I love how we are constantly being communicated with in every moment. I highlighted your opening expression here because I felt in my Heart sensing that this is about your growing into your Trust. You are evolving in your remembering that you are able to Trust in yourself and your life to lead you along and Trust is the ground we walk upon.

The idea of not knowing as in who am I, what am I here to do, where am I going is what is known as being in the state of 'Not Knowing'. This is what trust is. As Darrell shared with me recently, it's by allowing the path to grow under your feet as you walk and Truth is known by how it feels to you. This is the path we walk and you are on it as I can both sense and see here in your Heartfelt sharing.

Namaste` Beloved Sister, it is my Joy and Pleasure to walk this Journey with you.

Much Love embracing you today Jasmeen and Always,

Julia cool

I used to meditate regularly once. It does wonders to one's mind and body. It makes you feel calm. It gives meaning to life. Now, after having the baby, I just can't meditate. I want to start again, but feel so darn tired. Any suggestions? Sad

Hello farfromreality, smiley

A warm welcome to the forums.

I used to meditate regularly once. It does wonders to one's mind and body. It makes you feel calm. It gives meaning to life. Now, after having the baby, I just can't meditate. I want to start again, but feel so darn tired. Any suggestions? Sad

Being a mother of a baby really shifts the way we live forever. I recall saying to myself, well, so much for getting any sleep. wink

What this experience did for me as I glance back over my shoulders was leading me through the process of letting go or surrendering to the moment. I breast fed my children and during this time of feeding I would sit and relax while looking intently at their little faces and little bodies and felt such love flowing for them. I began to observe them while extending this feeling into them and would watch their responses. You can feel the love in them blending with yours when you sit still and just be there with them. And when finished they would go limp, arms falling to the sides, head back and eyes closed and softly breathing. Such a picture of total surrender into trust and peaceful. My 'Love Note' from Divine Providence of how I am to remain in each moment.

Meditation is a state of being. Be in the moment. If you feel tired, feel tired. I have noticed that when I try to fight it I become more tired. We are way to hard on ourselves. You are taking care of a baby as well as yourself and any others in your home.

Acceptance leads to surrender. This is where I am right now and I accept this.

I also found quotes and little wall hangings to place in appropriate places to bring me back to remembrance of being in the center of Divine Presence and found this very helpful throughout the years.

Rest well my friend by going with the flow. We take our state of being with us everywhere we go and it seems this may be the part of the process of understanding this and being fine with it.

Sharing this to ease your mind, you are exactly where you are to be right now, you are meditating by 'practicing' relaxing into where you are right now. A be here moment.

Blessing you and baby in Loves Divine Essence.

With much Love in understanding,

Julia cool

As a mother to mother my advice would be to go with the flow. Get your sleep and rest, is more important to you than anything. Eat right... find your balance in replenishing your body with what was given to the baby. Also the baby now is sucking a lot of energy from you (which my not readily be apparent).

If you can and have the means to have your baby in good hands, find a Yoga group that does a class which along the physical one has a meditation component. Once /week is enough. Smiley
Even reading spiritual material

Meanwhile, do your best to take joy in motherhood! Treasure every moment, marvel at the being that incarnated in the child that you gave life, that is the best meditation ever. This IS the meaning that you chose at this point in your life.
Sooner than you think these times shall pass. You will have the rest of your life to meditate and be a part of spiritual like minded people.

Love and blessings your way Smiley

Hello farfromreality and All Sharing Souls,

Will need to be careful here lest Julia and Laura get on my case. Ha.
Yes many area of life will start to alter once raising a family commences.
So, grab the moments as you get them. Just 'close' the eyes and 'see' your most favorite 'place', and gently let your voice slide into whatever 'soft humming' tune that arises.
So don't fight it, flow with it, even if only a moment by moment thing.
All else will eventually follow.
Check out the link re: your tiredness.

Ha!
- we won't as long as you promise to look after the baby while we take the time 'to close our eyes'. Make sure you do a great job else is hell and damnation!!

lol...

Laughing aside - dear Farfromreality - a new baby comes with increased complexity. There is 'this protection mechanism' that awakes in a new mother which simply has a hard time 'to let go' - of control over baby well-being.
Is normal, is programmed in us.

Closing your eyes and just letting go, even when a trusted person looks after baby is not easy task. You simply cannot go, as the new life is still attached to you, a part of you. A man cannot possibly comprehend this. However try (what our beloved Talker suggested here) and give your best intention to the relax command, if is not coming do not beat yourself up. Is normal. Smiley
Remember ALWAYS to find ..to aim for best feelings in the midst of anything. Your aim is to "feel good" ~ because as you feel good your baby, and all around you will feel good.

If you 'try' to meditate and feel sad about your 'impossibility' is no good for anyone. And...meditation is not necessarily closing your eyes and chanting 'aum' etc... you can meditate while doing dishes, changing diapers, taking a moment to smell the flowers, playing with your baby toes, and so on.... and the true meditation is aiming for 'good feelings'.

I do give credit for knowing some wonderful men like Talker, Adrian, Darrell, DH and other ones who are very attentive fathers. Love you guys with deep Heartfelt appreciation and admiration. Truly. You bless me Heartfully.

I appreciate and can resonate with your Heart genuinely here Laura. We are protective of our children and letting them go to take wings and fly is another part of the experience of evolving in our trust.

SmileySmileySmiley Beloved friends,

Another wonderful day/play spent with you...

Dear "Farfromreality" we do hope that we managed to convey a certain playful mode in here. The bottom line is that life is meant to be fun. All of it!
And in our honest opinion that's what we feel you need: to feel good. That's how your children wants you to be: happy and fun to be around. If "aum" chanting is fun then so be it.

Julia and Talker. I am blessed to have you. Smiley
