Hopi Prophecies

I just finished reading Daniel Pinchbeck's book "2012 The Return of Quetzalcoatl" and found it very interesting. The book takes various subjects like, the Mayans, Hopi Indians, UFO's, Crop Circles, Shamans, Metaphysics, mind expanding drugs, etc, etc and ties them together into a book about the coming changes.
Anyway, his talks about the Hopi's got me very interested in them. I went online to do a search and found quite a bit of information about them. I ended up reading about their prophecies and was wondering if anyone here had an opinion about them?

Greetings
I was surprised to see no-one had responded, so I will attempt it.
I have read much of the Hopi, personally I believe them t be the children of the Maya, but that is my own feeling.
One thing the Elders said of this time has stayed with me always.
" Meditate - meditate - meditate " in these times of transition.
There are deep similarity in the Mayan and Hopi beliefs and prophecy's and they bring to light the one truth, we can alter the course of destruction within the texts.
As for the other things you mention - I do not know. I know if there are extraterrestrial influences, crop circles are real, and other phenomenon mentioned are things we can use to navigate these times, it will be revealed to us all, not a select few.
I know the Hopi to be a quiet and peaceful, secluded people, and their Elders still possess a scared respect long since gone from other tribes.

Darrell,
I see what they are saying when they say, "meditate - meditate - meditate." Our future is not written in stone. The thing is, with the way society is today, it's hard to believe that we can get enough people to understand that.
Can you recommend a good book or two for me to read that will give me an insight into the Hopi's beliefs and there prophecie's? It's too bad that we don't pay more attention to what the so called "primitive" people like the Hopi and the Maya have to offer. I think there knowledge in some areas would far surpass ours today. Do you agree?
