I could not agree more! Meat does not feel good for my body.
Reading your post made me realise you haven't watched the movie so we are talking only on general context.
InJoyed the movie with Kiara. Actually, my sharing was based from your aside above as the last comment you made here in your post and I have shared in agreement with you in another post on how to eat, that we are free to eat what feels good for ones own body.
It may sound like I am promoting eating meat. I am not promoting supporting anything that separates us from Spiritual Understanding of Unconditonal Love. Not the world's ideas of what this means by trying to change the world by getting entangled in the saying of such things.
Truly Laura, I have observed the many, many posts in this forums on eating and this idea has been brought up over and over again. And I just find it interesting that it is such a focal point when in all honesty it seems to keep ones focused on the physical aspects and ones level of 'being spiritual'. Again, that is just me. :wink
If it gives me a higher perspective of God? I don't know I don't even know what God is.
But if I am to believe that is in me (any trace of divinity) and in all of us my heart cannot possibly eat a cow, or any other creature, that has never seen a blade of grass, and is made to live a brief life in a depressing confinement, pumped with hormones, chemicals.
I don't know what God is for you or another either. I do know for myself yet again, can't express IT in words.
And now in your sharing, I do see that we see differently in this idea of what this world means to you in being an illusion. What we are all doing here for me is having an experience that's all. It's not real like in the Matrix. IT is what IT IS. Energy Life Source is in everything, even a plant. And as to what you share about the ways of slaughter houses well, I don't see how one can throw out common sense here.
What kind of 'consciousness' am I to wish that kind of life on a fellow creature?.. to feed me... Is that closer to God? I don't know... I only KNOW that there's something in me that doesn't allow for that.
I cannot answer what that kind of consciousness is for you. I can only see it from my view of consciousness of knowing and being aware that anything with a beginning or an end is an illusion. That which is Eternal is never born. So we have the experience we desire to have here on this earth, based on our subconscious beliefs, the inner cause or root of what effects we are seeing from in this world.
And that is where freewill is and our will is one with the Father who gives to all who asks and without emotions. Defining it under the terms you use here is only defining what
you believe and you know well, that I do believe in tolerance which is caused by Love and sees no offense to defend the illusion. Forgiveness or removing the physical barriers of the illusion which hides within it the Spirit Realm. Again, that is just me.
I share my thoughts on this idea of what kind of consciousness of saying things like in regards to one's ways of eating in the dis-identifying from all form thread and how it is the same idea as saying how can one be overweight and know GOD? or have GOD consciousness or any other manner of physical manifestations? The physical has nothing to do with Being in the Will of GOD, and we see the progression of the messages of the ones we call Masters with Jesus being the most recent and he was saying take no thought to what enters the body for it goes right back out. . . instead take thought of what comes out of ones Heart for out of the Heart comes the 'issues' of life , Causes of what one is seeing as where they believe Life is really coming from.

Yes Laura, and this is why I do not judge this world as being the real world in which we can kill and harm another because I like you, believe that All is perfect in the universe.
And by all means Laura, speak your voice in your truth as you know IT and eat whatsoever way makes you feel GOD. I am just saying surely we all can sit at the same table in Peace this way and not even make it an issue at all. We are playing in an illusion. But that's just the way I see GOD through the illusion. Removing the form hiding the Spirit.
