Dear OUR Members,
Talker has been working on this for awhile taking into consideration Darrell's and my input on the questions we receive
from both new and existing members and also based on what is being asked throughout the forums threads.
This is ongoing as a growing list of How to's, so we are going to be fine tuning, cleaning up and tweaking this topic as well.
Patience seems to be the word of the hour it seems and is deeply appreciated as we desire to create an enjoyable
experience for all of the members here.
Printing this out will allow for ease of following the things you can do as a member participating in the forums.
Posting in the forums You must first Login into the forum with your name and password in order to respond to a post or a private message.
When a topic is found that you want to respond to, go to the very
top of the page, and 'CLICK' the 'REPLY' button. Write your message.
Click on Preview, Spell check, Save or Post.
( OR ) When a post topic is found that you want to quote from do this:
Locate at the top right of wanted post, the words 'Quote' and 'click' it.
Write your message and do a 'Save' or click 'Post' when ready to send it into the forums.
( OR )You can also click on Insert quote from another's post into your text box. You can now keep
or delete any part of the message you wish to focus on in adding your response.
Just make sure that the one you are quoting has the quote brackets at the beginning and ending of
the specific quote before you respond or it will box the whole message into one and make it difficult to see
where one's response is. It will run the whole message into one large quote box.
Make sure your response is not followed at the end of your signature with a closing quote box, if so,
remove the end quote box and it should adjust the view.
Quoting within a Quote If you want to do a quote within a quote, use the brackets shown
here, at the beginning of the sentence:

and the brackets shown here at the end of the words you want
copied and pasted in the middle of the two quote brackets
quoted:

Write your message and do a 'Save' or 'Post'.
Previewing Your Written Message Before Posting When your message is ready, find 'Preview' at the bottom of the
post box, and click it to see how your message looks, scroll upward to view it.
If corrections are needed, move down the page below the preview box to your original post
and make the desired corrections you want. Do another 'Preview', and do a 'Save' or Post.
Spell Checking Your Post To check spelling, there is a 'Spell' check button, at the post
bottom, 'click it' to open and activate it. Anew window will open at
the left top area. Any words that show in 'RED' indicate a suspected
error or misspelled word. Read those indicated 'RED' words, as the
selected word may be a name that is correct.
If shown in 'RED' and your way is correct, go to the bottom of the page and 'CLICK' 'Ignore'.
If in the ' word suggestion box' there is a correct word you want to use,
place the cursor arrow on the word wanted and 'click' it, then 'click'
'Change'. There will be some sliding the shown message, up and
down, during the spell check to relocate the 'RED' suspected word
shown in the lower left information box.
When the spell check is done, a small window opens, saying 'Spell check complete',
'Click' it to return to the regular original post. If all is the way you want it to be, do a
'Save' and/or Post.
