But back on to the Healing factor. This is not something that can be learned but experienced. Not sure how your going to experience it until your body has achieved it.
Just impress upon your subconscious Mind what the healing factor is and input every detail. Once your finished, and wish to expereince it first hand, use the AP or lucid dreaming idea I discuss before in another one of your topics. Hope this helps
Technically, Baki, you are correct regards the Healing factor.
In actuality though, one can play act, mentally the way you want the healing to proceed. Adding just enough detail to let the subconscious realize what you are shooting for. What I'm hinting at here, is that ones subconscious already has gazillions of programs running.
Every thought, word, deed, sight viewed, feeling, emotion, heard sound, and spoken sound, is fed from the conscious into the subconscious, for storing, as a program to act upon.
As yet, there is no computer in existence, that could handle the vast amounts of programs, that the 'subconscious' is running 'ALL' the time, to keep you alive and going.
Now, how does one change a 'computer program!'. You can reverse engineer it. You can add to it. you can remove from it, or you can DELETE it. Same with the internal subconscious programing AND/OR reprogramming. Would elaborate specifically, but it would be useless in the main, because the specific 'programing AND/OR reprogramming' varies for each desired specific result. Consider any habit you have.
People have told me they 'have no habits". They blink their eyes when I tell them 'bullshit, you don't'. Everyone has hundreds of habits, but just don't see them as 'habits'. What leg goes into your pants 'first' when you are dressing! Left or right leg! Pay attention, you will notice that it is almost without exception, the same 'leg' every time.
That is a programed habit. It became a programed habit by repeating the 'same' motions over and over until it became automatically performed, by the programing AND/OR re programing process's by the subconscious.
Habits can be beneficial or detrimental, benign or deadly.
What other habits are there! How do you always tie a tie knot! What part of your body do you always wash first, when in the shower! What hand do always hold a fork in when eating! What route driving, when going to work, do you use mostly! When leaving for work, what time do you always walk out the door on average!
So, wild as it may seem at first glance, things we do, and repeated often enough, automatically become habits, and automatically beliefs, that are results of, yup, you got it, 'programing'. And the journey continues.
Be Well
