Getting out of debt

Hi everyone,

I have a very specific question and would appreciate any specific, practical input from you guys...

Suppose one has built up huge debt, more than can be repaid.

Aside from going bankrupt, what could be the solution?

Focusing on the amount of money required?

Focusing on having zero balance on one's monthly credit card statements?

Imagining that all the debtors have been repaid and are sending thank you letters?

The angle I'm coming from is the idea introduced by Adrian that we need not focus on money, but rather on what specifically is wanted. I get that point completely.

 I've also read elsewhere "never to ask for money".

However, what if what is wanted IS money--not a house or car? My goal is to "reset" and start from scratch, financially, with the new knowledge I now have received from Adrian and others.

I appreciate your honesty and asking the question I sense many are wondering about themselves.

Again, I will share with you from an article I wrote and ask only that you read between the lines and take what speaks to you and leave the rest.

For myself it is about changing or shifting from the mind doing the asking and hearing the Higher Mind doing the responding. It really is 'answered' in the moment we Ask. Sometimes though I find that I myself am not ready to hear what is being said.

Removing all expectations and being childlike in hearing the imaginative response.

Just me sharing out loud.

I fully agree with the idea of feeling and being grateful NOW for everything I experience and have experienced.

I am slowly understanding that we do not ask "somebody out there" for things--like ordering a meal--, but we are actually giving these things to ourselves, simply deciding what we want and allowing what we want to come to us in the best possible way.

Going through these things is a gift hidden within from the One who loves us no matter what, Our Higher Self, who can see the whole picture and the wonderful blessing behind the current circumstance. A things are not the way they seem and much is going on behind the scenes.

For myself all the 'I don't like this' experiences in my life so far have culminated into a "Psst!" Something amazing this way comes. I look at things differently now. I say you win Charles!!

Ah yes, the confusing episodes one can go through in life.
If only the process of 'attraction' were so simple as some say. The belief factor, I believe is the glitch in the methods advocated by many. The book 'Secret of The Ages' goes a long way in creating a good  basis in beliefs.
With a bit of modification, concept wise, you may find what you desiring to accomplish, in the listed posts. Seems that all the loop holes need to be closed. Otherwise how can a desire be fulfilled if there are far to many loop holes still open. Desire, intent, and faith are quite the mix, just like preparing a meal, leave out a specific, and that specific may just make a mess of the meal.

Marc Allen, in his book The greatest Secret of All, suggests to dig deeper with questions like:

What benefits can possibly come from being on the verge of bankrupcy?
What opportunities? What gifts?

He adds:

"And I found something wonderful and amazing: When you ask that question, you get answers. And they're the perfect answers for you, because they come from within you, and they connect you to a powerfully creative source within."

So I'm asking myself the same questions.

What has come so far is a great sense of peace, that everything is just fine the way it is.

Heavens, run it all day long, if you get really bored pick another good one, and alternate so that you always have some sort of auto-suggestion going, even in your sleep (om mani padme hum)
