Moving on with the theme...

The beginning of freedom from Obligatory energy I believe is understanding how we get what we get... and understanding that we are the creators of our experience... in almost every,  if not EVERY,  instance of obligatory energy in our lives, we can trace it back to a situation that we created for ourselves.
