Energy work and Phasing

Hello to everyone.

In Adrians phasing example number one he uses some chakras.  I was wondering of those who do energy work/chakra work do you find it helps with your phasing?

Hello Jeff,

The use of the chakras as described in my book is not really about Energy. I personally doubt the usefulness of "running energy" or doing energy excercises in general terms.

Focussing on the chakras has two main benefits. First the chakras, the crown, brow and heart in particular are "gateways" to the inner plains. More importantly, by focussing on your chakras you are focussing your attention away from the physical body and that is vital to success in Astral projection or OBE. Also focussing on your brow chakra will result in seeing imagery can sooner or later become a "window" into the Astral through which you can project.

If you can focus on your brow chakra while remaining aware of your heart and crown chakras, that is a very powerful way of attaining the Astral level of consciousness.

I experimented with this today and had some very interesting affects.  A whole gambit.  One of the affects was what seemed like light coming down and I was beginning to squint.  I tried relaxing my face as I realized I was doing this.  

I will let everyone know of my experiences as they occur.  Look forward to them.

It sounds like a most positive experience!

It is very important to keep all of your muscles totally relaxed during these experiences in order for them to develop. Easier said than done I know
