Thank you for your reply Adrian.Hello Wavepsychic,
Quote from: wavepsychic on July 17, 2008, 20:38:37 BTW how do you feel about Fasting & Yoga at the same time?!
It depends on how you define "Yoga".
The true meaning of Yoga is completely misunderstood in the west, where it is believed to a series of postures, exercises etc as an alternative to the gymn, health club etc. These are all just one aspect of Hatha Yoga- which in fact does not represent the true meaning of Yoga.
The true Yoga, the only Yoga mentioned in the Sutras is Kriya Yoga, which is fundamentally attunement with God, similar to Samahdi. Patanjali once defined Kriya Yoga as "self-discipline, self-study and attunement to the indwelling Reality.”
To that extent Yoga and Fasting would certainly be compatible. Fasting in and of itself can be a profound Spiritual experience for many reasons, not the least of which the bodies Energy is not wasted in the process of digestion, and there is definitely a lifting of vibration.
I would suggest juice fasting at first, providing the juice has been juiced through a worm drive type juicer to retain all of the natural nutrition and Energy.
Kind regards,
Adrian. I had thought that Yoga is the balancing of the chakras. I like your explanation better. However when I asked the question I meant can you do fast & do yoga posses that give you muscle pains? I have a lot of muscle plains right not from yoga. I am back to my regular vegetarian diet because I lost to much weight even though I have muscle aches. I was hoping that by opening the chakras with yoga I could ease of eating. My intuition said differently so I started eating regular again. Before I was eating mainly seeds for a detox.
I really want to be free from eating. Can't the chakras build my body without foods?! Isn't that how teleportation is possible?

Hello Wavepsychic, I had thought that Yoga is the balancing of the chakras.
Yoga, as practiced in the west, would not effectively achieve that objective. True Yoga only includes a minimum of exercises, and then to affirm development of body as well as Mind and Spirit. According to Patanjali, Kriya Yoga includes development of the body and Mind as well as meditating on Aum[/i]." In Sanskrit the first syllable "kri" is karma dhatu which is the action of the elements, Fire, Air, Water and Earth, and yâ means Soul or Atma. AUM is generally considered to be the "Word", Sound, Vibration of God that created and continues to create the Universe. I really want to be free from eating. Can't the chakras build my body without foods?! Isn't that how teleportation is possible?
No. Developing the Chakras is extremely important because they determine the overall Energy balance of the Energy body, and also how much Energy can be stored and utilised. I would say the Chakras are a major cause of human physical and mental issues. But Chakras cannot, in and of themselves alleviate the need for food. To do this you need to learn how to constantly absorbe Energy from the Universe and convert it into a form of Energy that can be utilised to maintain bodily functions. This is a mission that should be taken with extreme care, and never, ever starving your body of sufficient food in the meantime. Kind regards, Adrian.

Kind regards,
Adrian. Thank you for clearing these issues up. I had thought the the chakras could maintain the organs. But then I thought why do the people who do Yoga the most still feel hungry.
I WILL learn to convert this Universal Energy into body matter! I am sure that the chakras are still needed to balance this energy.
I will not starve because I know the symptoms of starvation. If I do this right I should always have energy! Never feeling tired. If I get weak and tired then I will know I am doing it wrong and eat. However eating in and of itself weakens me, makes me tired. The more sugar, carbs, calories & caffeine people eat the more they sleep at night.

Most pulses will need to be cooked otherwise they will be too hard. I know we have talked about not cooking things, but the value of pulses is in the various chemical - in a good way - content which will not be rendered useless by cooking. I would still microwave them though. That
I never owned a microwave and would not want to eat microwaved food, at least not on costant bases. The microwave heats up the food by artificially exciting the molecules and electrons so they create an artificial vibration in the food particles, and this artificial vibration creates heat somehow. I basically would not want anything to fool around with the atoms and electrons of the food I am going to put inside my body. The microwaving process appears to me as very artificial and unnatural.

Really!? I DIDN'T KNOW THAT! I don't want unnatural electrons in my body. I thought it was the light bulb that heated it up some how!

A microwave oven generally works by exciting water molecules causing them to vibrate faster - which is what heating water does by conventional means. A microwave oven is also much more efficient though because it only acts upon the item being microwaved, and there is much less wasted Energy. For example - if you are making a cup of coffee - it is much more Energy efficient to heat a cup of water in the microwave than boiling a whole kettle and only using some of it while the remainder of the water cools back down. There is no microwave energy contamination of food or water. If you do not like microwaves then whatever you do do not use a mobile phone - the frequencies used by mobile phones are the same as used in microwave ovens -and you are placing it next to your brain In Love and Light, Adrian.

Hello Adrian, Thank you for your advice about the cellphones, but I actually do not own one either! I just never felt a need to be constantly attached to a tele line, though this is not a line in a physical sense.

I believe a cell phone is a good thing if you believe it is, but if like Melody you think it is no use then it is not. Or is that too simple- ??!

Hi Adrian, Baki & L LawlietThey must have been cooked and canned - believe me - if they were raw or partially cooked you would know about it very quickly. I have seen more than one case of people being violently sick after eating chilli con carne with undercooked beans. Actually raw beans might be safer than partially cooked kidney/chilli beans due to the release of toxic lectins - phytohaemagglutinin in this case. I thought you said before that toxins do not kill people unless they believe that it will? Baki has very strong life force, he wouldn't be so easy to kill off.
Thanks, I do feel like I have a lot of energy. I do believe those chilli beans were cooked somehat for they were in cans.

Hello Baki Hanma, Are we not allowed to drink milk either, I mean as far as being vegan? Some people say that you shouldn't eat dairy products. Do they mean things like milk, cheese, butter, cream, etc - they're not meat so whats the problem ? There are numerous issues with dairy products. Ethical: Dairy cows are: 1. Made pregnant every year to keep producing milk. 2. Are injected with hormones to increase milk supply which are then secreted in to the milk to be later ingested by humans. 3. The calves produced are slaughtered for veal 4. After 4 years, when the dairy cow has outlived its useful milk producing age, they are slaughtered and sold to the fast food industry for burgers. Health: Milk is designed for baby cows - not humans which have a totally different physiology. Milk is responsible for numerous diseases. Rather than discuss them I would refer you to a book that everyone should read: http://www.ourultimatereality.com/recommended.htmlRead the reviews of this book. Also you can download this excepetional best selling book which has been made available at no cost in eBook format. Right click to download: http://www.ourultimatereality.com/files/Vegan.pdfAs an aside - some people have asked whether "free range" eggs are ethical. No - when "free range" birds are bred, all the male chicks are slaughtered because they cannot lay eggs. There is no getting away from the truth, however you look at it, that we are "designed" to eat gatherable, whole, plant foods. Even the Bible states these truths - here is an article I wrote about this: http://www.ourultimatereality.com/vegetarian-diet-and-the-bible.htmlFurther articles I have written: http://www.ourultimatereality.com/importance-of-a-raw-vegan-diet.htmlhttp://www.ourultimatereality.com/the-vegan-diet.htmlIn Love and Light, Adrian.

Do they mean things like milk, cheese, butter, cream, etc - they're not meat so whats the problem? By Definition a Vegan does not eat dairy products. What Adrian says is most wise & is something very few people realize. I HAVE the book China Study, because of Adrian. I am Vegetarian because of Adrian. I however am still addicted to Cheese but I avoid all other forms of dairy for the most part. That is why I am working on learned a new way of eating without foods. Adrian has collected and presented many reasons against dairy that most never learn. Also look up a website called. Milksucks.com

Hey Baki! Where have you been?? Thats very noble of you to take his resources ao seriously. I bet some people here probably just blow a few of these things off - I know I have , never thought milk was so dangerous. I've heard rumors and such but didn't really care to much at the time to look into it. I am making my own transition to vegan, but I am not trying to go cold turkey . Little y little I am foregoing many of the things I use to eat. Eventually I will completely give them up. Hello Baki Hanma, Are we not allowed to drink milk either, I mean as far as being vegan?
