Hi Justin ~ Pardon me my Baffled Brother. Julia just planting a seed. Sometimes in the doing we are so focused on, we forget the Being. It comes. Really. I apologize. I am big on Asking for Divine Assistance and then Relaxing, not going to sleep. Just going with the flow. Seems to 'happen' quicker this way. Love to you in Divine Spirit, Julia

Ah! I think I am getting the message now. Quit trying so darned hard and just let it happen? Instead of looking at it as waking sleeping, look at it as meditation perhaps? Rather, tuning into the source of being?

Hello Justin, Darrell and All ~ Yes, Justin. Wise words, simply said Darrell. Love to you both and All in Divine Spirit, Julia In reviewing this, I wish to share something that was shown to me regarding meditation. There are many beneficial ways to meditate. That we can all agree on. What works for one may not work for another. The beauty of diversity. I 'learned' early on to meditate all day long. Beginning my day early was very beneficial for me however, when my children were babies they had an amazing 'alarm clock' as they tended to wake up as early as I did!! So I switched to later in the evening after precious ones were in bed and then woke up in a well rested mood and state of mind. Carried this connection with me throughout the day and as the years go by, it becomes first nature to do this. Literally communing with Tao, Source or God all day long. Pouring out my Heart and Being Still to be comforted, InCouraged and InPowered. Being Present in every moment by Direct contact ... does wonders for ones State of Being. That is my honest view on meditation. Takes the pressure off if you do not get to sit in a room, burn candles, play certain sounds and do such and such... Even in the moments when life seems to be crushing in on you, there's a space where you remain untouched by it all. Grow in Grace Brother ~

Dear Julia, Thank you, I can relate to everything you say here. Still I really wish to make a transition to a more disciplined meditation, and eventually I will - being a single parent doesn't make it easy at all. Mornings I wish they were longer, I never was a morning person although I wish sometimes I was... Being Present in every moment by Direct contact ... does wonders for ones State of Being. That is my honest view on meditation. Takes the pressure off if you do not get to sit in a room, burn candles, play certain sounds and do such and such...

This is so true Julia, strong women have always had this... is inherent in our nature else the whole world would crumble over... love - Laura

Hi Laura, I do understand what you are sharing here. I by no means am indicating a less than focused and centered meditation. Meditation for me means to be One with God. This simplistic way actually allows you to reach this deep state in a very relaxed manner because you are maintaining this state all day long. So deeper meditation is allowed to be reached 'easier'. You are letting go all day long and keep the Channel clear. Yes, strong women have always had this ~ Wise Woman Ways. Love to you always Laura, In Divine Spirit, Julia

WILD is very complicated
children can't be given the keys to bulldozers and set behind the wheel to do as they please
there is A LOT of information in the dream world
for one who seeks it, then, let it be
/////////////////////////////////////////////////

so if you want to have conscious immediate lucidity you need the electrical current flowing right, need to be fully hydrated, you need to pay attention when you fall asleep, its not like you are going to dream, that is many hours away, you are just going to sleep so pay attention to that
if one meditates at night, until they are sleepy, and has green tea handy, the right amount of green causes a wakeful mind in the hypnotic sleep stages, one can then retire to bed in this state and watch the mind and no, they will not dream dreams come in the morning, generally, but, being in the state, and not rolling over or moving the body
one will have a choice to get up and DO SOMETHING or ROLL OVER and RESIGN to *nonlucidity*, do you understand ? there is a cut-off point where people "give up" roll over, "sleep normally" this is when REM comes. or else, they just zonk out and don't even notice they fell asleep, which, is in many ways a blessing.

I wish to reply to myself so that it will be noticed :
the heart chakra is very important for lucid dreaming, the best thing I can advise is to invest in a large quartz crystal point, a rough / raw stone, about 3 inches long, bigger than a normal cigarette lighter,
not necessarily transparent,
and to bathe with it, and soak it in water often, and meditate with it, and put your energies into it, then sleep with it by your chest,
while using the mantra Om Mani Padme Hung (Hung = heart center) while falling asleep, there is the effect that consciousness falls into the etheric planes and comes to rest in the heart center, it is constantly pulling energy down into this center, and you may suddenly find extreme lucidity,
its intense!

I have a crystal that fits that description. I shall try that.
But what do you mean by there only being "2 choices"? Give up and get up or roll over and resign to non-lucidity. Is there not another option?
How is zonking out a blessing?
And how/where is there a difference between sleeping normally in REM and zonking out? I zonk out every night without noticing that I fell asleep but I always awake remembering dreams.

to transition consciously into the dream state is a sort of OBE
it requires awareness, and rolling over will disrupt the clarity of consciousness i have found.
as you said it is easy to wake up recalling dreams, but we want to go into dreams recalling being awake.

Hi all, I am new to the forum and I'd like some feedback on a dream I had recently. I dreamt that I was awake, in fact i was not aware that i was dreaming untill I started waking up. In the dream I was given a book on how to do energy healing, and i read it. Then I had to practise what i read. i had to do healing work on "people" to learn the practical side of what I just read in the book. The people were not visible as physical bodies only as individual energy fields. i could see all their ailments without them having to tell me what was wrong. The illness however was not physical but more like energy blockages caused by intentions that dont serve a higher purpose. I practically could see into the inner-being of the people who I did healings on. They could not hide their intentions from me, and just by hold my hands over the spots were the energy blockages was, the ailments were cleared up. There are no words that I know of that can describe what I read in peoples energy field, it more that emotions or thoughts, but intention is the closest word that I can use to describe what I felt and saw. As I was waking up I realised that I had been dreaming, because i felt as awake as i do now (actually more awake than now!!!). I wanted mark the page where I read about the healing work, but of course I didn't have the book. And the memory started fading becuase i did not have suitable words to write it down. What I want to know is this Do you think I read from the "Akashic Records", what was that book? Is all that ails us just a product of our intentions? Dreaming that I am awake? I have lucid dreams very often, where I am fully aware that I am dreaming, but I have never had an experience like this one before. Has anyone ever read from the Akashic Records Drop me a line, I'd be so grateful In love & reverence Netta

Hi dear Netta I cant believe that I missed this post. I also have dreams where I cannot get back to the book I am reading. It is possible that you have accessed the Akashic Records. Wow! How amazing, I would love that. Also had dreams where i am not sure what is awake and what is dream mode. Sometimes the dreams are more real than the real life. I think that all that ails us is from our thoughts/intentions, you seem right about that, to me. Adrian has a forum all about lucid dreams etc, maybe you will get more info if you go there. Welcome here, sorry I didnt see you b4, it can get pretty busy in here sometimes, especially at this time of year! A really interesting post that i liked a lot Lots of love and light
