But what does it mean to be correct, true or false? Hmm, merely vage concepts. Their reality may be a mirage!

Yes I am referring to just looking old. L is referring to "what would we do if we don't die from old age".

She should be asking Adrian that since he doesn't get disease.

this should be possible since turtles never age & seemingly live forever (unless killed), same with jellyfish.

Turtles live so long because there hearts beat very slowly. This offers us a clue. If you want to live longer you mustn't eat foods that increase heart rate such as Caffeine,  avoid stressful situations and concur fear.

This topics title is called "Don't be a victum of aging... No means no, Lol". When it comes to eating unhealthy such as Animal proteins, Processed Carbohydrates, Saturated Fats & those hidden trans fats No means No!!!!
