Hi Freedom, Talker and Everyone,

Freedom you are such a sweet heart! And I am going to say you really are not confused about everything. At least I don't see you this way.

It seems it is an american game. Loads of fun and growing up in a culturally mixed neighborhood in my earliest formative years, the beauty of it was all were welcomed to play! I like that.

I InJoyed your sharing about your uncle's funeral. Children at funerals are the ones running around laughing and playing.

It's wonderful that you are sending your aunt love and blessings. This greatly assists when one does transform.

I understand about your precious cat Freedom really. Love and hugs.

I agree wholeheartedly with Laura's statement. This is what is so deeply humbling. (there's that word again Freedom)

People have been trying to manuever the time/shift for awhile and I do see this opportunity rising up in these interesting Energy shifts we all seem to be experiencing lately. The ride continues ...

Hmm ... Love. What does Love really mean to you? Your root or foundation you are basing your idea of love from in this moment.

From your earliest influences ... what comes to mind as the reasons why you do what you do based on what you perceive love is.

Since I am fairly young yet, I would have to relate my 'ambitions' or 'love' on my childhood.  As a child, my influence for doing right or wrong, good or bad is to satisfy others.  I don't know if it's necessarily expectations, but I've my goal in school, sports, anything was to be able to say to the ones that I 'love' look what I've done or look what I can do.

Perhaps pride is the word here?  I do good so that you will be proud of me.

Interesting and very insightful really. Thank you for stepping forward and sharing your thoughts on this. I have noticed in observing myself and others that pretty much most of us are deeply influenced as a child through daily conditioning and then we tend to take our view of what love means based on this influence into our ongoing experiences.

You are very perceptive Brandon.

I have noticed this conditioning being applied differently to males and females and according to birth orders of the same family.

Interesting.

Many people do associate love with pride and lust. I agree with Talker in another post that most of us enjoy being appreciated.

My own revelations have allowed my view of love to shift quite a bit through the years. I feel like a child again in moments. Scratching out the previous meanings by scratching my head in the process as I am being influenced by love's changing impressions in my life, the love continues to change in meaning.

Like beliefs about anything, don't be so set and sure in your ways and beliefs Julia, allow space, be open to being surprised by experience how deep and vast Love is by learning to leave it undefined or open. I have to say I most definitely have been surprised.

Right now, for me, love is what remains when all the everyones and everythings are no longer seen. This from my own influence changing forms or beliefs yet again.

it is not that it didnt go over so well, I think most people havent discovered this 'Definitions of Meanings, etc' forum yet... Lots of people might just go to other forums and havent got to the bottom of the page yet... It is undiscovered territory for many, perhaps? 

Well, after reading heaps of stuff, my main feeling is that Love means to 'let go and let god' as the saying goes. That is what I am still after.

I must put in that I loved the book Jesse recommended to me. Pls read the Pyramids posts.
The '2012 -the war for souls', book he told me about, is just so like 'The Neverending Story' , just so beautiful and tells you how Love Wins, and I cant say any more , I would so much love you all to read it, cos it has changed me and helped me to really understand Souls and Love, more than so many other books.

I will have to come back to Inspiration, cos that is something I inspire towards..still.

I slowly learn..

Inspiration to me is things, people or places in life that "move" you or influence your outlook or ideas.

Hello to All,
Attention and focus are much overlooked as door openers to conversation. When greeting a person, it's generally a 'Hi, Hello, or How are are you' based statement. Often it proceeds no further than that, with little else attached. I've observed that even these 'little greeting' events, don't receive ones due attention. Amazing how much information can be exchanged in a matter of moments, with applied effort. Regardles if business, friends or family are involved, be in the moment. Heart warming it is, to observe the look in the eye's of those I greet be it at home, or when out and about. The bank guard, the bank teller, the store clerk, the gas station attendant, etc. it's like ones eye's are saying 'some one noticed me'. A recent and common event, that was experienced, while with my daughter at the bank, had my daughter laughing so hard tears were rolling by the time we reached the exit door. The teller processing the transaction, was a young lady in the twenty's. Average looking, very polite. But the eyes had a blank look to them. When we were done, I asked ' may I say something personal to you!'. The teller blinked her eyes, my daughter shifted to full attention, probably thinking 'Ooh boy dad!'. The teller responded with a 'yes'. So I popped out a 'have you been told lately that you are a beautiful looking young lady!". Her eye's lit up and actually sparkled, while she responded with ' No, but you come back often'. Thought my daughter was going to be rolling on the floor, she was laughing so hard. Male or female, young or mature, I endeavor to be in the moment, with the person involved, with all my comments and presence. People appreciate recognition. All done of course, appropriately. Have many stories like just related. And the journey continues.

Brandon, I liked your unique expression on Inspiration.

Talker, thank you for this wonderful and touching observation you share here. I agree, people appreciate recognition or just being appreciated. I've also noticed that when one knows one well enough, they can sense the appreciation even when words are not constantly being expressed.

I agree, it is the simple things that have the most profound impressions of being appreciated. And I have found that when one lives from the Spirit of appreciation it emanates from within them to the ones who surround them. Just your presence makes a difference and the Energy is noticed in the behaviour of those around you.

I InJoy having these conversations with 'others' also. I find the eyes say so much more than words at times.

Forgiveness is a word that is often thrown around too lightly.  What does it really mean to forgive some one?  I think forgiveness is more personal, introspective than necessarily an outwardly act or expression.  Some people beg for the forgiveness of others but truly the only person one can forgive is oneself. 

To truly forgive some one is to look deep inside yourself and realize that there is no 'ill' or 'bad' feelings towards that person, event, or time.  Often times this takes a lot more 'work' than 'time.'  So, I will make my Einsteinian equations of F=tw²   Therefore forgiveness = times x work (squared).

And if you are the one to be forgiven, you still need to find forgiveness in yourself because that forgiveness from another may never come.  I think this is the key of life, not necessarily living with out any regrets, but accepting the way things are and being able to move forward with your life.

I've been toying with the idea that forgiveness' meaning could be as in a barrier, a false idea or a lie. Removing the lies to love. Beginning of course with myself. Whatever lies I tell myself about myself that keeps me from loving myself and then extending the lies to others as in seeing it in their behaviour towards me. A coming round full circle. Hmmm...

This would include lying to protect myself in the guise of protecting another...

The webs we weave are interesting. I really do InJoy others thoughts being shared on this, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts on this here Brandon.

I try turning the word 'for-give-ness., the other way around cos I like to play with words.

It could mean 'give-you' ... so if you forgive "another-self", you are giving for you. Something like that.

If you dont know how to 'forgive' , you are making only negs for yourself.

If you 'give for' that would be the opposite.

Since we are all One from the Source, ( but not all the Same, as Darrell lovingly reminded me) , then 'for-giving'  would = 'giving-for'.

So, if everyOne  forgives, we are all giving for each other.

Thats my take on it. Happy Forgiving, it may be better than Thanksgiving,
