Christmas Greetings All, Been looking at opportunities of earning extra money via an on-line venture. What an experience it's proving to be. So easy to get mired down with all the websites popping emails at you by the dozens. What was a surprise though, is that it's no simple matter in endeavoring to reach a decision, in which offer to choose. Truly, the offers are wide and varied. All the way from the 'freebees to $5000' a crack. Wow. Nub of the situation though, is to do ones homework, research wise, before investing any money. There were/are good offers, that tempted even me to jump in and give it a whack. Holding off and doing Google searches, some what proved that famous 'if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is' saying. There are some good offers, don't misunderstand what I'm saying here. Yet from what I've been finding out, is that rule of thumb, 20/80 holds true. Twenty percent that give the effort will succeed, while eighty percent will fail. So just look at any tentative venture with a critical eye. Be Well (some added details) http://thetalker.org/archives/460/26-talker-on-earn-online/http://thetalker.org/archives/461/27-talker-on-earn-online-followup-1/

Namaste,
I would agree beloved Talker... except I would say that the internet turned the 80/20 rule into the 90/10 and that now only 10% succeed. There is so much "bull" to wade through.
I am sending you an email with one single peice of advice that I believe will help you tremendously to see the wide scope in your endeavor. A person like yourself should be a shoe in if they dont get sidetracked for two years by all the hype, or even 10 years.
Im no genius, but I know a guy like you can succeed on the internet.

Namaste Kadensnga, That all is in harmony with you and family. Thank you for the update and concerns. Knew it was tough in the online business, yet if the 80/20 rule has chipped down to 90/10, it's even rougher then I was aware of. For the record, my 'wants and needs' are all met, always and amply, by listening to the prompts given by Source. Some what humorously though, I still wrestle the 'desires' aspects with Source. Was and is quite the learning curve, as Source and this one, have numerous bouts with 'desires'. Need to get more specific in that area, as I see it. Ah yes, so much to still learn and reawaken. So, back to the drawing board. Be Well

I understand that a wanting to succeed on an internet endeavor , doesnt necessarily mean your life isnt already fuilfilled...its such a drawing challenge for a business person though, to want to use this medium to "create". For me internet marketing is more about excercising our power to "create" out of virtually "thin air" (ie; cyber space). Its most exciting when you are able to do that.

The Internet and how to make things (some things, anyway) is like Astral [planes] Lite: instant manifestation. I hit a key, there's a new letter on-screen (very helpful for streaming thoughts to words, as handwriting just can't keep up), I push the print button, printed document. Very lovely. Nevertheless this is all "extensions" or technology "outside of ourselves" (external manifestation of inner powers is all "technology" is) and I am looking forward to the Time when all electronics/computers aren't necessary for what we're already doing now with them and the Internet... Still pondering how an Internet without computers would work.

oh those are just scams. Even if there not scamming you you're scamming others.
Technology can be doing so much more. Anything can be mass produced however there is always a greedy person getting rich off of mass porduction instead of making everything affordable.

Hey I have a shirt like that wave, not to dis agree but many make their living in beautiful ways that contribute alot, for instance Adrian offers the book Our Ultimate reality in digital format and markets it online..., which I have benefitted greatly from. You could just as easily market your own knowledge of health and diet... Im not lettin up on ya bro! I want to see you believe in yourself and what you can achieve.
You have valuable knowledge that is worth mass producing.
Ps. I dont see technology being able to do much more than what Adrian has done for us with it here, I am sure you will agree. God, the infinite mind, is drawing you and I's thoughts together wave...we will get through this, you are wanting to give birth right now...you are in your 8th mth. , and also a new thread is being birthed, and the the thoughts contained therein will change lives...yet again Adrians creation continues to grow exponentially... wow. Yeah Im strange, but it's MY surreal life right?
Namaste Bro.

wow I am glad you believe in me kadensnga. I just can't see myself accomplishing my goals for the life of me. What I see in my future is time speeding by and continuing to leave me behind. I am not sure if I know how to get to where I want to be in life.

You never know where you are gonna end up becuase our vibrations call forth so many different things with our different moods, and our thoughts are scattered like the stars conjuring all kinds of mixtures of things we thought, that we do not even recognize as our own creations... thats why places like this are important, they help us keep our energy focused on our wantings...on whats goin on in the true core that will bring us happiness and fullfiment...
They say a camel is a horse that was designed by a committee...in our personal worlds, our personal camels that were meant to be horses are created the same way...and our scattered thoughts are the committee. When we bring those thoughts into ONENESS and clarity is when we start recognizing our creations more... because we remember clearly how we intentionally set forth our focused vibration on the things...and thus they "look" like something we created when they manifest... as opposed to looking like a mixture of all these vibrations sown un intentionally and without focus.
Anyway, conversations like these bring the diffused energy into focus, which is what your vibe is crying out for now...
Not to get too much into your business and make you feel like you're being analyzed but... I hear your clear question to the universe being "I want to know what I want", and that is a good clear place to start. If only we can recognize what we are truly asking, then we can ask it more clearly and receive a more clear answer.
Great love to you my friend. Some truths are self evident, and your sheer number of posts shows that you are a true "contributor" to life.

Still pondering how an Internet without computers would work.
An internet without computers! What a wonderful thing that would be / is. Somewhere in "The Nature of Personal Reality: A Seth Book," which bearing in mind was written before the internet came into conscious awareness, Seth states essentially that all thoughts in the Universe are in fact received by our inner consciousness, but only reaches our outer consciousness in accordance with our beliefs. We get these inspirations at times, but they can only come to us as we allow them, and even if we do receive them, we often simply disregard them. So I would say it would function exactly as it currently does, and that we have had this at our disposal our entire life and beyond. It's awesome how many times I've immediately received an answer to my questions, disregarded it, involved myself in a lengthy external search, only to find that the original thought was correct. I suppose I'm very inefficient and need to get to the point where I trust my own perceptions. Inspiration can only truly reach you

Yeah, I'd like to do the same Talker. However, there are just too many scams to have to sift through in hopes of finding a legit business opportunity that does no harm to yourself or others... I'm really about fed up with school. 4 years later, no degree and still no closer to finding out what it is that I want to do for a living...lol. May we all find what we are looking for.

Unfortunately, there are no get rich quick schemes on the Internet. Most of the offers to 'earn money' online are scams and a large number of them will pay you just peanuts for hours of work. Freelancing works... and the biggest payer on the Internet is your own online business. I wish you luck! Hope you make tons of money.

I recently tried http://my-data-source.com/ because it sounded pretty good and they supposedly had this policy that if you tried their program but didn't like it, you could get your money back. After paying, I got access to their stuff and I could see lot's of content on the site that looked good, in the sense that it didn't look like a scam, which was a relief. But the idea that you can make money within a few minutes or even hours wasn't the case for me because it still took lot's of reading & studying and I noticed that I spent hours reading content about affiliate programs etc. and didn't have time for anything else anymore. And, of course, after I mailed for a refund they just ignored me. Typical. It's not much, about €30.- or so I think, but I think it's safe to say not to get involved with any of those companies unless you truly have contact information beyond email so you can pay a visit and demand your money back in person. I kinda dropped the whole online money making thing and started working as a mail man for now. At least I get some exercise and fresh air instead of sitting at an office all day, but the salary is of course crap in comparison with the job I lost. Fortunately for me, I've learned to live with little money a long time ago and I also started to do some guitar teaching again which pays good. I only need more students And I'm playing more and think about joining a band. I certainly aren't looking for another office job.... I just can't do that anymore. Even if they'd offer me my old job back, I'd say no. BTW: I don't think my-data-source is a scam, but it's certainly not for me. Here's a blog about it: http://blog.dynamoo.com/2009/11/who-is-my-data-sourcecom.htmlAt the bottom, you can see a readers post that says the same as I wrote here: I spent lot's of hours without making a dime. The only difference is that he DID get a refund, which kinda pisses me off

Kaden you talk about Clarity. Yes that is important but I don't seem to have the concentration despite my best efforts to develop it. Can I do it without it.

Dear Friends, I would like to submit to your attention the opportunity to work on-line, as an English teacher. My friend Mary Moore recruits 600 teachers for her English Institute. Here is her advertising (on Facebook): "URGENT:600 English teachers needed at English with Mary Moore. For inquiries and applications, please send to marymoore2007@gmail.com www.englishwithmarymoore.com" Other info she provided: Clients prefer people with neutral or American accent Applicants should speak good English and be trainable enough to do teaching jobs. Experience is not necessary. You can find more info or apply at her address: marymoore2007@gmail.comwww.englishwithmarymoore.comI will think next days and might apply as well, she already invited me to do so. I am not teacher of English, but have certificate of translator. For English natives I suppose it would be easy. As far a I know, it is necessary a skype account to talk with her and the students. Mary has accounts on all social and professional networks, like Facebook, LinkedIn, Ecademy, etc. You may connect with her there. Good luck for those who wish to try it! I hope this do not contravene the forum rules, as this information is really to help us get jobs, and not to promote her business. If you feel it is not appropriate, please modify or delete it. With Love, Leila Edited March 13, 2010 I would like to add more info and update on this recruitment: Job offer was first posted on March 9, as follows: "English with Mary Moore needs 100 English teacher. Please send your resume with picture at marymoore2007@gmail.com. Thanks" Later info: "URGENT:Biggest English Institute in Asia enrolls 40,000 students to English with Mary Moore. One hundred English teachers needed. Please send your resume to marymoore2007@gmail.com" Update of this morning: "We were able to hire 10 yesterday, 590 more needed until the end of May 2010." Good luck to all applicants! Leila
