To be honest I wasn't sure if I should post this, because its to long & Theoretical. Basically every Chakra can be closed by a Negative Emotion & opened by its transmuted Virtue. I have been on a quest to find the Virtues that open the Chakra & my work isn't completed yet. One should be able to use Virtues while concentrating on a Chakra to help open it! This is not just for Meditation, it is also a life style, where you can keep the chakras open by being mindful of the Virtues. If someone feels I have a Virtue wrong or something that isn't an Emotion let me know & I can look into it and make changes. Also keep in mind that these Emotion/Virtues have different definitions & I am presenting the definition that feels the most holy. Feel free to look up these words for yourself. I am doing this because I strongly believe that our emotions effect our Chakras & energy flow. I do not go for all the lighting rainbow candles, the rocks, or mystic oils. I just don't feel they will benefit people much.
I shall start with the Root Chakra & fear. Everyone even Adrian says "Fear is the worst" "nothing to fear but fear itself" but what do people DO about it? I have heard that the opposite of Fear is hope, faith, or courage. These are to simple & do not neutralize Fear. So I did a lot of research & came up with the fallowing. Let me know if you agree or disagree. Non-virtues are black & Virtues are in color.
